Backstory:
There are tales of a shinobi who activated their Mangekyou Sharingan enough to turn their vision blurry. They dedicated their life to developing a jutsu to restore their sight but they ultimately failed. The result of their hard work was this jutsu which still found some practical use for those who were fortunate enough to avoid damaging their eyes.

What it does:

This jutsu enhances the sensory capabilities of the sharingan granting their sharingan the ability to detect any jutsu within 40/70m of their field of view. Note: A Sensory technique or a technique concealed by a sensory technique with a power equal or greater than the power of this technique will still be undetectable to Sharingan Sensory. While this jutsu is active any jutsu effects that blind the user, deactivate their sharingan, or put their sharingan on cooldown are ineffective unless their power is greater than or equal to this technique's power. Likewise, if the user is currently experiencing one of these debilitating effects, then activating this jutsu cleanses said effects for the duration of this jutsu provided that this technique's power is equal or greater than the power of the debilitating effect(s.). This jutsu does not grant the user sight if their blindness is caused by physical damage. Likewise this jutsu is not a way to restore vision deterioration from Mangekyou blindness counters.

At S rank this jutsu grants the ability to tell when someone is suppressing their chakra and by how much they are doing so. If the user is a pureblood Uchiha the S rank version allows the user to even tell if someone is a clone and what type of clone they are (living, shadow, etc).

changed the power, replaced the text you wanted, and I specified that it doesn't restore vision deterioration from MS blindness counters.

-Note: Below I will list areas I am uneasy/unsure about for the Full Approval mod to address or ignore as they see fit.

- The wording here may be too broad and all-encompassing. (Presumably it would not be able to see stronger concealment techniques)

- Not sure that living clones should fall under this as they are only created from S-rank techniques that are unlearnable and should be mostly identical to the original.

- Finally, this technique seems on the face to be pretty benign, but it has a lot of effects going on. Jutsu detection, targeted jutsu immunity, effect cleansing, and at S-rank it adds in long range chakra sensory. Maybe this is too many effects to get at once, but not enough for me to not give it a Trial Approval.

-Add "provided that this technique's power is equal or greater than the power of the debilitating effect(s.)"

Also, yeah this line, ""This jutsu enhances the sensory capabilities of the sharingan granting their sharingan the ability to detect any jutsu within 40/70m of their field of view" will have to be altered to state that a Sensory technique or a technique concealed by a sensory technique with a power equal or greater than the power of this technique will still be undetectable to Sharingan Sensory.

The Pureblood effect...I'm not that against considering that the range of this technique is smaller than a lot of other Sensory techniques and it requires being a Pureblooded Uchiha with the Sensory specialty and spending a S rank slot as well.
