A battle of the senses (Musu/Kota)

As the simulation ended, Musu could feel the sweat from every pore in his body, his heart was pounding at an exhilarating pace, as his last moments before returning to the physical world were his last in the virtual one. It all felt so... real. Like the Uzumaki was about to fall at the hands of his comrade, like nothing else in his life mattered, and like his whole reality was a lie. Was this Genjutsu or something far more sinister.

Regardless, Musu would take off the hardware and rise from his pod, his breathing normalized, and overall he felt good about the experience of being in a real battle. There was still much that Musu did not know and there would be time to reflect on what happened later, but for now, he would bow his head at the workers that manned the arena, leave the building, and head to the grove to reflect on the events of the day. Thankfully Musu would be able to reflect on the battle and what went wrong, specifically with his sand techniques, as he didn't really have the chance to use them at all during the fight. The fight, as a whole, went much faster than Musu thought, and if he wanted to have any chance of keeping up with the speed of some of the world's greatest fighters, he would need to use his fastest and most powerful sand in more effective ways. Perhaps what he had learned while he was away could be of use to him now....

He also had to find Kota, even though the battle was a draw, it was time to catch up, perhaps the two would share a drink soon!
