Usually Yusuke and Ru raced in the morning time to work as a genin for Hoshigakure. Tonight was a different case however. 

The day before Yusuke picked up a mission on the board labeled covert. The ninja was curious what kind of covert operation a genin could in the village. After taking on the mission he was briefed on the parameters. While he knew ninja weren't always welcomed by the people of Hoshi, he had no idea things got so serious. He was to bring medicine to the hospital, covertly. That meant he would be dressed up as a regular hospital goer. A clown. Armed with a ruck sack full of medicine Yu the Ckown clopped his way thru the halls. After every few rooms he visited Yusuke would deliver some medicine to the nurse, and he did that for all of the day.

The hardest part was walking thru the pediatrics unit. So many poor kids who couldn't walk or worse. Yusuke went extra hard on his clown disguise for them, honking his red nose for the poor children. His act seemed to go over well with the kids, and Yusuke felt like an lmall around better person for taking on this mission. 

After his last drop off was made Yusyje headed back home. He was instructed not to bring any stragglers along to the covert mission office. Fortunately no one followed him and after a few hours Rudi and Yusuke raced off. The two were neck and neck and it was a photo finish. Yusuke gave the win to Rudi, promising to cook him up a t bone steak for dinner. Once inside the office Yusuke was celebrated as a midnight clown for Hoshi. The assistant happily paid him and encouraged he do it again. 

Truth be told Yusuke enjoyed being a clown for a day. He wasn't sure if everyday was for him, but the ninja put a mental note for something to do on his time off. Yusuke wandered back to the hospital after wards, and sat st a bench near the emergency room exit. Grief welled up in his heart as he considered the young kids who were suffering. Yusukebdidnt have his clown get up anymore. But he walked into the hospital anywhere. 

The ninja walked up to thebfrint desk and gave the attendant one thousand Ryo. "I'd like to donate to charity." Yusuke cooly declared, and the woman replied; "I'm sorry sir it doesn't work like that, if you want to donate to the cause here you csn ourchase stocks." 

"Well make it happen this time. For the kids." Yusuke pointed up and slid another thousand Ryo onto the desk top. The woman nodded and put the money in a pull out drawer. She didn't say anything else so Yusuke figure his good deed was done and turned back toward the door. 

Yusuke wondered whst the woman would do eith his money, but Yusuke had faith. Playing it cooly worked well for the ninja, and he felt good about himself. The climb to chuunun was proving to be a long one, but Yusuke was certain he would be ready.
