Missions:

A new excitement came rolling into the nations. A casino! Jun had never been to one before, as she had just turned 18 not too long ago. Not to mention all the training and missions she had been doing. When she heard about the space-time portal that would take them straight to the casino in the Tea country, Jun took it right away. She needed some vacation time.

The casino was so bright and colorful. Rows of slot machines, stacks of chips, dealers in neat suits stoically dealing decks, and waitresses in bunny suits. Jun loved how the bunny suits looked. She had to get a suit for herself. She always thought she would look really sexy in a tight suit that highlights her thunder thighs but was too scared to show that off to her family. Her cultural clothing was normally layered, loose, and long, it would be a culture shock for their old souls.

After exploring the casino some more, she found it! The bunny suit! It looked perfect however like everything in the casino, it cost casino chips.

"Are you looking to get something?" the casino worker asked Jun, sensing her desire. "You know if you want to earn some casino chips without putting down some ryo you could do some security work." He pointed to her headband. "We could always use a shinobi's help with security. Lots of dangerous strangers will frequent the casino."

"Deal! Who do I talk to?" Jun smirked, the bunny suit would soon be hers.

Jun would get the details for the security team from one of the heads. She would be joining a group of fellow shinobi who were also hired. They were to split up and look around for some suspicious activity. Jun started her patrol around the casino, staring off at the bunny suit every once in and while. This mission better is worth it, she thought.

Try your luck (IO) Empty Re: Try your luck (IO)

Today had started out like many other days for Hoshigakure’s number one most free-spirited shinobi. Her routine was simple, yet effective- she woke up early, got dressed, fed her brown bear Archie, made herself breakfast (two eggs over easy with two slices of wheat toast and a glass of water), then went for a run, and then stumbled upon a magic portal that brought her to a casino in a land she had never been to before. On second thought- everything leading up to the portal had been normal- but it had lead the kunoichi to a most opportunistic moment; in only a few more seconds, her financial life would change forever, and in just three words- it did.

“I’m all in.”

The old man would say, after tanking for several minutes while facing an early position, 3-beat raise from Fu in the straddle. Fu now eyed the man, her Sharingan peering into his soul from behind the tinted lens of a pair of glasses she had 5-finger discounted from the casino gift shop upon her arrival. Shortly after, she made her way to the casino’s poker room where she now found herself playing in a high stakes game where her entire net worth was currently in play. Fu glanced down at her cards, pulling back the corners closest to her so that she could check them one last time before calling the other player’s all in. Despite knowing she was going to call, she pretended to think for just a few seconds longer, relishing in the high of the moment.

Fu’s hand contained a 7 of Diamonds and a 2 of Spades.
The table ran out 7 of Hearts, 7 of Spades, 2 of Hearts, 2 of Clubs, King of Diamonds.

Fu’s 72 combined with the boards 772, gave Fu one of the best hands in poker- also know as, the Full-House. Her initial hand was so bad that there was no way that her opponent could put her on a hand that could have connected with the board, so Fu knew that when the old man pushed all his chips into the middle- that he had to be bluffing. Fu picked up a chip, turned it thrice in hand, and then flicked the chip into the middle whilst a devilish grin, filled with greed, formed across her face.

“Sorry old man, but today just isn’t your day, I call.”

It was customary for the caller to show their cards first, and Fu wasted no time turning her cards over and throwing them in the middle face up for the whole table to see. She was confident that she won, and before the dealer could confirm, Fu had already begun reaching for the pot.

“Not so fast.” The old man said, now turning over his hand. King of Clubs and King of Spades. “I think that gives me a bigger Full-House than you, better luck next time little girl.”

“Now that’s what I call a bad beat.” The dealer said, now pushing the pot towards the winner and turning Fu’s cards face down and throwing them into the muck before initiating the shuffling process for the next hand. Fu’s heart sank. She hadn’t felt this low since she had woken up in the hospital and realized she lost her fight to Enishi in the Nova exams. Fu had lost every single chip she had, which meant she was now broke. “Fucking sucked out on me, bastard, mother fucker...” Fu would now be cursing the man under her breath as she stood up. She didn’t bother to push her seat back in, in fact, she knocked it over and then began walking in the other direction. It was taking everything in her not to reduce the entire gambling establishment to ruins. Walking without intention and fuming over her loss, Fu would walk right in front of Jun’s path, cutting her off and causing the two to almost collide. “Watch where you’re going.” Fu would say rudely, not realizing it was someone familiar. When Fu realized who it was, her mood changed. “Jun! Sorry about that, I just- uh, never mind. What are you doing here?” Fu would say- her normal, chipper attitude back and on full blast. Fu had not seen Jun since the two had gone out for food after they completed that one mission in the archives.

It seems being in a casino was prime for people around the village to come around.

Ryumi wasn’t the one to gamble when it came to money, sure items that were already bought and sold certainly would be fun to bet on. Yet her own money was something that she certainly could not risk, not when she had just gone on a spending spree all around the Steel Fabrications workshops. Trying her best to get ready for the future battles she was about to be in. Her scarred appearance led to most thinking she was some type of straggler, a hobo if you were to call her. Yet she had received a mission inquiring on the specific whereabouts of an unknown individual within that of the Casino realm. The short muscular figure of Ryumi peering over others for moments. Realizing that her current size was not gonna cut it, especially given that everyone around her was at least 5’8 in height. She needed a leg up when it came to looking out for this mysterious figure. She was going to have to change her height, which meant a quick pit stop towards the bathroom in order to quickly use her advanced transformation technique to round out her body slightly. Now the scarred worry was an astounding 6’4 in height. Easily allowing her now to peer over everyone around the casino. She had to at least try and find where the hell this individual was that the security team wa sso up and arms about. So when she did walk out of the rest room, striding through the halls and pathways of the Casino. She had ended up walking into someone who she did end up recognizing. The one who had fought Enishi inside of the Nova Exams. Ryumi noted that Fu would be the same height that she would be, if she hand’t changed her own height inside of the restroom just moments beforehand. Thankfully, her change in appearance hadn’t left any source of chakra on her to be spotted.

“Yo! Fu! Pleasure to meetcha in person this time!” Ryumi suddenly shouted as she walked over towards the pair. Jun was the second individual, someone who was a staggering 5’10, which made Fu the shortest out of the pair. Ryumi is naturally the smallest out of any of them. Yet she held the same grin, her scars stretching out with her big grin plastered on her face. She offered a hand towards the both of them, the hands were scarred, especially with burn marks. Yet at the same time, Ryumi was not wearing bandages, which the young Hiyu always noticed whenever she offered to shake hands with someone now.

“Names Ryumi! Ryumi Hiyu!”

Try your luck (IO) Empty Re: Try your luck (IO)

After about an hour of general surveillance with very little going on, Jun got approached by the supervisor of the security team. "Hey, Star Shinobi- or whatever your name is- we got a lot of people lining up for a snack. Go take care of it." His tone was neutral and bored, he didn't seem to care about the ridiculousness of his demand.

Jun froze for a moment in shock, "Uh... but how am I going to do security and run a snack bar?"

He sighed, "I don't know. Figure something out." He wandered away before Jun could protest more. He acted like this wasn't his problem, even though he was the supervisor for security; it clearly was his problem She had been only working for about 2 hours, and she knew this wouldn't give her enough money for the bunny costume. Jun would have to do as he said if she wanted to continue to work.

For the next hour, she was quickly busting a very busy snack bar. Jun quickly had to learn where all the snacks were, how to take people's orders, and then work the cash registers. Ordinarily, people would quit when given this task so early on the first day. But not Jun. Thanks to her shinobi training, her wits, and patience, she was able to work the stand like she was training. Spinning back and forth between the snacks and the customers.

This didn't mean she forgave the head for forcing her to do this task, obviously abusing their power to make Jun do the hard tasks. She would need to think of a way to get back at them after she would get her bunny suit.

The line at her snack bar was gone, and now she had time to go back to surveillance. She walked out of the snack bar quickly, barely realizing she was about to run into someone. Once she noticed, she quickly reacted by stepping around the person in a circle like she was taught to do by the monks to avoid danger. "Oh I'm sorry-" They both rushed to apologize before realizing who each other were. It was Fu! Her friend from Hoshi. "Oh my god, it's you, Fu!" She would grab her in a hug, bringing her off the ground for a moment. "How have you been? Where is Archie?" Jun remembered when she first met Fu and she showed Jun around on top of her bear, Archie.

Suddenly another person appeared beside Jun and Fu. She introduced herself as Ryumi Hiyu. She seemed to know Fu, or at least know of her. She implied that this was the first time Fu and Ryumi had met in person. "I'm Jun Fuji." Jun introduced herself to Ryumi as she had. "What are you guys doing here? I'm working right now as security - and personal meat bag" she mumbled the last part under her breath, hoping no higher-ups would hear her.

Try your luck (IO) Empty Re: Try your luck (IO)

Jun pulled Fu towards her in excitement and hugged her, causing Fu’s feet to lift slightly off the ground for a couple of seconds. Once the two were done fawning over one another, Jun asked Fu how she and Archie had been. “I’ve been better…” Fu said sorely, remembering she had just lost most of her money in a bad beat, just a few moments ago. “Archie’s good, he won’t stop eating my shoes.” Fu chuckled thinking about it. Fu quickly got over her bad luck. Now levelheaded, Fu became aware of someone approaching, a huge person, and they were calling her name, yet Fu did not know who they were.

For a moment, Fu was confused, but she wouldn’t dare risk not accepting the giant’s handshake, so Fu shook their hand, with both of her own hands, and sort of bowed awkwardly in the process, to show that the giant that she was on her side in case their temper were to change for the worst. “It’s nice to meet you!” Fu would say, finally letting her hand go. Fu could almost cry right now, her eyes pooling as she looked upon Ryumi’s freakishly tall body with admiration. “I’ve never had a fan before! Also… really glad that wasn’t someone I owed money too!” The Jounin thought to herself. “Security guard, huh? Sounds boring. I was gambling, but now I’m broke. Maybe I should help you out… I don’t have anymore money and I don’t think the portal back is free.” Fu laughed again, making light of the situation. Fu didn’t actually intend on doing any real work, but if she had an opportunity to recoup some of her money back from the casino so she could return home, then she wasn’t going to pass it up.

Finally, another person appeared. Unlike Ryumi, she was much more subtle and seemed to almost appear in the group. Fu started laughing to herself again, this time not at anything anyone had done, but how this current situation was beginning to play out, almost like DeJa’Vu. “Doesn’t look like I have much of a choice and you all look like you could use some extra help.” Fu said, half seriously. Anyone who knew Fu, knew she always appeared to be doing more work on missions, than she actually was. Appearing busy was her specialty- that, and constant banter, but she always found a way to contribute- after all, Fu wasn’t useless, the grunt work and strategic portions of the missions just weren’t her forte, her job was to kick the bad guy’s assess and collect fat paychecks for doing so. Ever since becoming a Jounin, Fu’s pay had significantly increased and she was making more money then she knew what to do with, way more then she ever made back in Konoha. She thought about her old home, but the thought fleeted as quickly as it came. Hoshigakure was her new home now and she was beginning to understand the people, and they were beginning to understand her.

“Alright Ryumi, you look like a strong and powerful athlete, why don’t you get us started on these jobs or whatever it is we are supposed to be doing?” Fu suggested, doing her best to lead from the back so she didn’t have to actually do anything. If the others started to catch onto Fu’s poor habits, she would conjure a shadow clone and sneak off to gamble while her clone earned her more money and formed meaningful relationships with the others in the mission group.

Try your luck (IO) Empty Re: Try your luck (IO)

“~well, it is a pleasure to meet all of you, and it seems like most of us are here for similar reasons-” The notion of Fuu having already gambled inside of this place had the much taller women raise an eyebrow. Fuu had already lost almost all of her money inside of this place? That didn’t sound entirely right with the muscle bound fighter, her eyes darting towards where the occupants of various rooms that held people playing cards or casting their own dies onto massive tables. Their dark colored liquids flowing into their lips made Ryumi painfully aware of how much they stuck out like a sore thumb, especially her. Yet They all had to be working on something if they wished to get through this entire casino process alive. It was only natural that they all were to meet on a day like this, especially when Isaribi showed up out of nowhere. Ryumi having no idea how the hell to even sense most people would give her a notable lack of edge against those who could suppress their chakra. Ryumi thoughts wandered for a moment, entirely focused on how to explain what their desired missions would most likely be about. This place felt strange, too safe, there were definitely some people here that she would not want to cross currently. Lest she lose all of the money she has made in her life over some stupid bets and a game of Poker.

“Alright alright alright, since everyone is now here that I can see, our first order of business is to simply look around weird acting people that are not us. From there we will be informed of our assignments by the gamemaster of this entire place. If we want to be efficient I’d have us all split up so as to not look like a massive group trudging along throughout this place. If any of us is compromised, we run through this place like hell-”

She turned towards each of them, purple eyes staring back with adamant reassurance on the matter. They would not, no they could not be compromised in a place like this. Everyone here was too normal, too… focused on their own feelings regarding the stupid gambling games that they indulged in. It was nothing like Hoshigakure or any other mission she had been on. However the group of hoshites she had with her would be beneficial in the long run. Head continuously focusing on each of them. Especially that of Fu, someone who was most likely the strongest out of their group in pure firepower, based off of what she knew about fu during the Nova Exams. She’d be the last person who’d go down in this place… Besides if she happened to make another bet with someone.

“We’ll reconvene when the party begins to get more wild at this spot, other than that, good luck.”

Ryumi turned her back on the group, walking away from them with a few others now finally noticing that the place had someone pretty tall and muscular walking around. Some began to whisper, others staring blankly at the woman who was obviously a new security guard of some sorts. Someone who seemed like they could throw out anyone that was from this place without so much as a second thought. Her scarred hands flexing right at the sides of her while she walked. Aiming to try and track down any kind of suspicious characters within the area. She had seen a few people who were in the backgrounds of crowds, locking eyes with her for a moment before escaping from her sight entirely. She had been doing her best to keep track of them, the only constant was that all of them were wearing some form of a top hat, one of theirs was red, another's was green, and another one was bright pink even. Yet no one cared in this place of debauchery and pleasure. Only the thought of the next dice roll was what kept those people coming back and wasting their time here. She couldn’t really understand why people would spend almost all of their days in a place like this. However she was focused on mainly figuring out what all of these people were doing, and what the hell was going on with those people in top hats.

People were beginning to mingle about inside of the party’s main dance floor where Ryumi was currently stationed. She was asked by this supposed pervy sage to keep a lookout on things while he got to work on his charm with the ladies. Even going so far as to offer if Ryumi could indeed tag along. The muscle bound brunette politely declined the man's offer, suggesting that he go back and live his life with those who are interested. Ryumi noticed somewhat how there were those same people in multicolored top hats again, this time there was a blue one, a purple one, and a yellow one. Some of them were dancing with the crowds in their own matching suits, while others were handing out notes in their own hat coloration. Ryumi found it very… suspicious of them to be handing out notes towards people inside of the crowds, keeping a keen eye on them while the rest of the party goers mingled about on the dance floor, some getting real close with each other… It made her wonder what she would look like on that kind of dance floor. Who would even take her to something like that? Ryumi was concerned as to how this network was even operating, however there was another individual that seemed suspicious, one that was inching closer and closer towards the perverted sage's own booth with the women inside. She kept close to the booth itself, completely skipping the stairs and climbing down the railing to potentially intervene. Yet it seems that the man was very acute in his awareness, able to see that Ryumi was running towards him… As a result he fled, with some of the top hat individuals only staring in surprise as the man seemed to not be having fun at the party at all.

“Hopefully the rest of the group is doing alright…”

Jun was happy to hear that Archie was doing well, she would have to have anything terrible happen to him. Despite being a bear, known for being a terrifying and vicious killers, Archie was a blessed bear and deserved no harsh titles. However, he was still a bear, so it made sense that he wouldn't be allowed in the casino. "I wish he was here. I could use a bear hug right about now," Jun teased Fu.

Ryumi wasn't the only girl to approach Fu and Jun, another one came up and asked if they were there doing the jobs. Jun had sensed her chakra before when she was just examining the other patrons as well. Jun assumed that she was shinobi hired to do the same work and it turned out to be true. "Yeah, I'm earning some money so I can get some of the merch that is here." Jun suddenly and loudly gasped, "Oh my god! This is perfect! The four of us can work together as the girl squad! Looking cool and protecting the layman from the dangers of the casino." Jun protruded her chest like she was doing a hero pose with her hands on her hips. It was a goofy idea but Jun thought this job would go by a lot smoother if she had some fun with it.

The 'Girl Squad' had its first mission. Ryumi explained that there were some suspicious people around and they would need to split up. If things were to go south and a fight broke loose, they would reconvene together. The group split with Ryumi heading to the main dance floor. Jun would take her pick and go towards the slot machines that had fewer workers because everything was automatically running. It was the perfect breeding ground for trouble.

There seemed to be no end in sight for all of the creeps that had attempted to drag their way into the massive dance floors illuminated halls. Ryumi saw the pudgy faces all gabbering on and on about what kind of money they had gotten from the slot machines. Something that did entice her somewhat given her background. However, the main dance floor was something that surprised her. The lights shine down on the people below, with their hips shaking and moving around with the beat of the music being controlled by the DJ. Ryumi was surprised that she had to keep such a close eye on the people. However, that mysterious guy from around the place was certainly something she’d have to watch out for. The people continued to sing and dance about while she was lost in her own thoughts for a moment. Maybe she should ask someone for a dance like this back at home, someone that she knew she could at least trust to make it as fun as possible. Purple eyes like a watchlight from a tower, scoping out the scene for any and all signs of potential danger. Yet it was the sudden bump of her own side, of someone running away from other guards that she was confused as to what was even happening. Some of the people caught a glimpse as the man was running around, attempting to avoid the guards, he was shouting and screaming that someone had made him do it. A curious answer to guards coming to chase after you? However Ryumi felt something inside of her side pocket… A small note that was something of an invitation… A secret party of sorts… It sounded familiar to a report she had gotten of people being invited to a secret party by someone within the casino.

“Perhaps these are the notes that I’ve been after… I gotta make sure that I can get there before anyone else… The people don’t have to know that the entire party is potentially in jeopardy thanks to a fucking serial killer out on the loose.”

The loud crashes and bangs of the music continued to rev up, all the while some people were also standing around the dance floor. Reading small cards and or notes that they had gotten mysteriously. Ryumi scoped out for how many people there were all together, at least 10 others within the room had gotten the notes, and there was no telling just how many more there could be floating around upstairs. She needed to figure out the private room and fast, as she had never been to this casino, and the only hint was that it would come for you when you would know of it… making it almost sound like a threat of sorts… Was it in relation to some of the people in those weird top hats? No, one of them had also gotten a letter, the one in purple who was down here with someone of a matching costume. Someone was making sure that their targets were known… This had to be bait directed at her or however they thought would most likely be a threat to them in the future of their own little fun. Something about these notes just continued to not add up. From how they were delivered to how it almost sounded like a threat was being sent their way as a result of them being “chosen” for this kind of party. She’d stay alert and on guard for the coming attack of this missing ninja. Knowing that the party goers did not deserve death for simply having some amount of fun.

Ryumi kept herself on guard, focused on primarily securing the civilians and party goers by snooping around the dance floor. Mainly trying to get as best of a look as possible to see if there would be someone that was suspicious like that of the man who had tried to creep his way into the pervy sage's own purple box that he was supposedly keeping his eye on everyone. Surely the small amount of ruckus that could be heard in there was him furiously pounding away at a training dummy while others watched. She could only wonder just what he was doing in there while the rest of the party goers became more drunk and unaware of their surroundings. She even had to stop a man from throwing his bottle at the bartender. Given the state that some people were in inside of this never ending dance. She motioned for some of the other security members that were not originally a part of her shinobi group. Yet she had a feeling she could trust them. Showing them the note of the invitation towards that of this elusive party that was being held. The rest of the guards were kept on their guard, also making sure to keep an eye out for anyone that seemingly looked too suspicious for their own good. She was counting on them while she focused primarily on getting the fucker who was responsible for leading people straight into their own deaths as a result of their own malicious intentions. A person like that, with so many victims all around for them to collect would be a terrible tragedy. She focused her efforts on tracking him down, there wasn’t much of a physical description she could go off of, say that he liked to wear certain masks and featured to be rather short. However what she was not prepared for were the reports that came in so suddenly as she was continuing to monitor the party floor. There was a case of someone going missing within the dance floor… She had just checked on the place! Rushing towards the dance floor, she saw that some of the guards that were stationed had been knocked out… With the one who was captured was the man inside of the top hot. The situation looked dire, however she’d use her own kekkei genkai in this instance, shooting her arm out as it reached up to 10 meters, grabbing onto one of the booths before she pulled herself forwards.

It seemed as though someone was attempting to get away, having seemingly rushed around the area with some of the guards in hot pursuit. However what she noticed, with her keen eyes and sense of instinct. Is that it would be a distraction to try and chase after the man who had been pursued by the guards. It was someone that was still walking around, someone that she could tell would be trying to get away, but not too far away to increase any kind of suspicion. It was due to this instinct that she was able to source out who it was… Given that even with his chakra signature being slightly hidden, he still had it wrapped around most of his body, to which Ryumi landed right before him, immediately springing the man into action, attempting to land a punch right towards her face, Ryumi took the attack at full force, responding with a suddenly kick to his stomach that sent him barrelling backwards. Ryumi having a new found smirk on her face due to the man’s identity being partially revealed.

“You pack quite a punch miss, I must say that you are the tallest woman I’ve ever seen- It’ll make all the better when you’re hanging on a hook like a rack of meat…” He said in the calmest attitude that Ryumi had ever seen. Immediately getting ready as the man’s hand was fully revealed, a small sickle like object rolled out of his sleeve and aimed right at her own head, Ryumi’s body beginning to return to it’s normal height, meaning that the pants that had once fit her were no longer working. That meant that she was forced to keep on her bodysuit that covered most of her body. Her suit began to fall off as more of it was being slashed at. However her bodysuit underneath her guard suit was hanging on just fine with the amount of refined threads being pooled into this for shinobi to wear. She might not even have to use her own hardening techniques at this rate. His movements were elegant, definitely someone who was trained to fight, and he was proficient in that sickle that he used, a part of it was wrapped around underneath his sleeve in a small black chain. Possibly meant to hide his own movements and to continue to bait out attacks from her. His arm swung diagonally, aiming to slash apart her face while she was caught off guard by a kunai thrown at her stomach. Ryumi however, decided to take the Kunai directly in the stomach, not even flinching from the pain as she grabbed the blade of the Kusari. Using her own strength and hardening her hand slightly so as to not completely ruin her own hand before crushing the blade in an instant. The pieces of metal scattered around on the blackened floor, his face widened into shock before Ryumi’s fish suddenly planted itself directly into his cheek. The man was sent flying backwards yet again, his cheek completely indented from the sudden punch directly across his cheek. His blood splattering onto the ground while she returned from her impressive six foot tall size, to now her original 5’1 size. Way smaller than before, yet she could still pack a punch if she absolutely needed to. Her size wasn’t a weakness, she had put so much time into honing her body, that the thought of someone else being just as strong as her physically was something that she would think impossible.

With his face almost caved in completely, he’d get up with a low growl, still holding onto the broken Kusarigama in his hands, unsure of how to approach Ryumi as she was standing there, Ryumi didn’t give him a second longer, dashing forwards at top speeds, aiming to get him to move, to get him to do something while she was running. His hands rose up, the chain of the Kusarigama spinning around before he launched it right at her head, Ryumi, knowing that the Kusarigama would land, immediately snatched it with her hands, both hands clasping the chain before she pulled on it, launching the missing ninja forwards and right to where Ryumi was able to land a lariat right on the man, completely knocking him out cold with the attack straight towards his chest. Luckily for him she was only attempting to non lethally take him out, anything worse and his entire chest would have split open as a result. Ryumi’s main focus was on getting him straight to the authorities around, the rest of the guards could deal with him once he was safe in custody. A murderous ninja like that running around and using their knowledge to lure people in before killing them left her enraged, wanting to kill the bastard for already having someone go missing… They were able to find the man in the top hat, at least… What was left of him… He somehow had survived, yet most of his body had been slashed up all to hell. It was a terrible sight to see… Reminding her too much of her own past related to being slashed around, Ryumi went off in order to relax and see how the rest of the casino would play out. She focused primarily on getting something to drink while near the bar area, a few others already feeling much safer, as the pervy sage was also being questioned on if he had known that someone as insane as that was roaming around the area. The man only replied that he had his hands full running the place, leading the other guards to only shrug and say that they were unable to see where he was. A small chuckle escaped Ryumi’s mouth at the thought of what she was at least able to accomplish today, saving a group of people from a mad man, especially someone that wanted to hang her body on some kind of meathook. It was crazy. The way that he looked as his blade was shown made her surprised that she was really able to go up against him. Was she stronger? Potentially, it wasn’t out of the ordinary for her to go up against crazy people, yet what was this feeling? It didn’t feel very natural given her own situations with blades.

“Can I just get some water please?” She asked the bartender near the dance floor. He was an older looking man, a bit shorter than average, small brown specks of hair left on his balding head as he nodded before pouring her a glass of water. Ryumi was still wearing only her tight skinned body suit. Hanging out by the bar and getting a drink of water. Wondering how the others up top were doing so far. She knew that leaving them alone would make sure that she got the roughest challenge. However she could at least count on all of them to get the job done. The murderous ninja was in custody, so nothing would go wrong if she just… rested her head and slept… Right?

Right?
