Hiroshi would watch the young student train and practice his jutsu. When he completed the transformation technique and looked just like Hiroshi down to the equipment he was wearing. Hiroshi would give a clap of excitement that the young shinobi could complete the jutsu just fine. “Great job Roy, I believe you’ll be able to complete the Genin exams just fine.” After he said that he would allow Roy to go on about his day. Hiroshi would find his own spot and begin training on learning the element of fire. Hiroshi knew he was in for a challenge, but it was a challenge he was ready for.
Hiroshi found himself meditating for the majority of his training, he knew he could master the element of fire as he could feel it burning deep inside him. He just needed to learn how to let the fire inside outside. He approached a shinobi that looked about the same age as Hiroshi who was practicing fire jutsu. Hiroshi asked him to show him some tricks, and the shinobi was dumbfounded. “I don’t know how to teach you; I just know it.” The shinobi would say to the dejected genin.
“That’s fine, I’ll figure it out, I’m sure of it.” Hiroshi would say looking inside himself for the answers. Hiroshi knew not everything would come easy to him, and he needed to persevere to unlock this element. He was told his family was from volcano country just like Roy. They had stories inside the family about a Dojutsu, but Hiroshi was unsure whether or not he could activate it. It didn’t really matter to Hiroshi since he felt like he was doing fine on his own without the aid of his family’s ancient power.
Hiroshi meditated on his chakra and then decided to try more imaginative means. He got up and decided to try more. He tried to focus on the fire inside and tried to expel it a little at a time. He took a piece of chakra paper and challenged himself to ignite the paper. The task seemed impossible every try seemed like he was further from success and he just wanted to quit, but he couldn’t find it inside himself to do so. Hiroshi would try until he exhausted himself, and then he would return to meditation. He needed to figure out what it would take to get this chakra element learned by him. He knew he could do it, it was a matter of how. Hiroshi fantasized about the Jutsu he’d be able to perform with the ability to use fire chakra. These thoughts only emboldened Hiroshi to keep trying. He rested enough and was ready to attempt the element on paper yet again. After a few more hours of attempts, Hiroshi realized he wouldn’t be able to accomplish his goals this time of training. He looked around realizing that he probably looked crazy just holding a piece of chakra paper and not getting anywhere and come to think of it he hadn’t seen Roy in a couple of hours.
