Dark Divinity, a Monster's Emissaries

Denkiteki had grown antsy waiting for Kagu to arrive at the hospital for the procedure and decided to take matters into his own hands. The blind man quietly made his way out of one of the back entrances of the hospital, his senses all on alert to ensure there wasn't anyone around to notice him. Thankfully the entrance he chose was in an alley that couldn't be observed unless someone was standing at the entrance of the alley itself, and from what his advanced senses picked up it seemed to be free of occupants or onlookers. Even the street that the alley led toward was unoccupied, Den unable to sense anyone within 70 meters of him that were traveling upon it. Other than his usual equipment Den carried with him some medical supplies in a bag slung over his shoulder,  and in his right hand was a cheap cooler containing a random Senju Kidney he'd found shortly after his arrival in the hospital.

Stepping into the alley the blind man quickly performed the Ram, Tiger, and then Boar hand seal at 110 speed with his unoccupied hand as he exited the building. Upon completion of the last seal he activated the Hiding Like a Mole technique and quickly sunk into the dirt of the alleyway at 90 speed. The former Tenkage traveled downward until he was 25 meters beneath the surface, utilizing his adaptive deprivations tremor sense to extend his perception beyond the one provided by the technique itself. Once he had achieved the depth he desired the blind man began to travel in the direction of the Uchiha District at 90 speed, utilizing information he'd gathered from his Living Clones via their previous telepathic communications to discern its location.

As he traveled he maintained his depth of 25 meters in hopes of avoiding the passive sensory of other shinobi. Upon arrival in the district Den's adaptive senses immediately took notice of the large underground structure that was beneath the community center. Intrigued, the blind man made his way toward the structure, noticing that there seemed to be a man sitting on a throne all by himself. As he got closer Den also began to realize that the stairs seemed to have a hidden doorway blocking them. Dark thoughts started to enter the Snake Sage's mind as he realized that whoever sat upon that throne, be it the Uchiha clan head or not, could be an easy target. With the revelation Junko had recently brought him, Den pondered if he should make another attempt at The Sage of Six Path's powers. He'd told Junko that he'd demonstrate how to make the complete bloodline using 2 Uchiha, but perhaps he could restore his own sight instead. He wondered if Junko would be angered if she found out he wanted to go this far, but hoped that if he managed to be discreet that he could maintain his alliance and take more power for himself.

Denkiteki traveled underneath the cavern that Kagu resided in, deciding to emerge from the floor 5 meters in front of the Uchiha. Denkiteki slowed down as he made his way upward, moving at a casual pace as he ascended into the underground lair. The blind man was dressed in his 'Takehiko' outfit, he wore his Black Ronin robes and his simple white mask. Two swords were at his right hip, a simple katana and wakizashi that he could barely wield.

The Masked Man waited until he had completely burrowed out of the ground before speaking, addressing the Uchiha who sat on the throne in front of him, "Lord Uchiha, I presume? My master Isamu said you agreed to his bargain, yet you haven't made your way to the hospital yet. He's eager to see the level of power you can reach and saw it fitting that I make a house call. If it's alright with you I'll perform the surgery here, it shouldn't be an issue."

Denkiteki waited a moment to see if Kagu responded. If the man made no indication of refusal in those few seconds then the blind man approached. He quickly got to work, setting the cooler down and pulling medical tools out of the bag he had brought along. He placed sterile fabric atop the table in front of Kagu and did his best to prepare the area before reaching and trying to pull the younger man onto the table with his strength of 20. Unless the man objected Den would continue to go about his work, preparing the man for a kidney transplant. Denkiteki was well versed in transplant surgery, though in his youth he had used his extensive space time abilities to make the task much easier.

Once the area was sterile and the man's torso exposed Den set to work using techniques to perform the surgery itself. He performed the Chakra Anesthesia technique first, performing the Hare, Ox, and then Monkey seals he activated the technique and briefly placed a finger onto Kagu's chest, causing the man's pain receptors to go numb for the duration of the surgery. Den then set about utilizing the Chakra Scalpel technique, performing the Tiger, Horse, Rabbit, Rat, and then Dog seals. He utilized the technique to surgically remove Kagu's kidney, setting it aside on the sterile fabric once it was removed.

Of course, in order to achieve that ultimate eye there was still one more step that involved the use of Chakra Scalpel. Without asking permission Den would move to use Chakra Scalpel to sever the man's optical nerves as well, allowing him to remove the man's eyes and set them on another corner of the sterile fabric. As he worked Den occasionally walked over to a water basin to clean himself, using some soap he'd brought along in his bag of medical tools to make sure he didn't contaminate Kagu during surgery.

Den decided to explain himself as he continued working, in case his actions had alarmed the Lord of the Uchiha within Tsukigakure. "In order to fully activate your bloodline you will need the eyes of another. If you've achieved the Mangekyou state then you will simply need to have another pair of that level transplanted, otherwise, I can return these eyes to you after making them achieve the state myself and then we will find a suitable trade."

Once he'd finished removing Kagu's eyes he ended Chakra Scalpel and performed the Snake, Ox, Tiger, Ram, and then Rat seals to activate Mystical Palm. As the healing chakra surged through him he removed the Senju Kidney from the cooler and placed it into Kagu before setting about repairing the man's body. He made sure to properly integrate the foreign tissue into the Uchiha so that his body could develop Wood Release and perhaps advance his dojutsu to that of Rinnegan. The blind man then removed his mask and blindfold, taking a deep breath. Den picked up the eyes and transplanted them into his own skull, utilizing the same Mystical Palm technique to attach the eyes to his own severed optic nerve.

Though he felt the eyes connect to his brain Den opted to keep his adaptive deprivation active for now, not wishing to endure the emotional release that he had experienced the last two times he'd implanted Sharingan within his skull. Despite this precaution, he found his ability to detect tremors and his other advanced senses greatly reduced. He'd have to re-adapt to the powerful dojutsu if he ended up keeping the eyes, otherwise he might have just weakened himself further in his attempt to regain his lost strength.

Denkiteki put the Uchiha's kidney in the cheap cooler he'd brought and set about cleaning the area, putting the equipment inside the bag he'd brought with him. He put his blindfold and mask back on, not ready to drop his guise just yet. Perhaps if he mastered these eyes or regained some of his lost power, but for now he was still too weak to walk around without his identity hidden. "I think it'd be best if you stayed at the hospital until we can procure the eyes you will need to achieve the power of the Sage of Six Paths. My master has promised Lady Tsukiko to demonstrate how the power is obtained, so that location will be more suitable for the final surgery than this wonderful base of yours. I know it's not the best situation, but if everything's successful then you will find a whole host of abilities within your reach."

Assuming everything had gone off without a hitch and Den had successfully performed the transplants, he'd perform the Instant Transmission Technique once he'd gathered all of his things. His bag slung over his shoulder again and he rested his right foot atop the closed cooler as he performed the Ox, Snake, Tiger, Ram, Rat, and then Ram. Once he finished the hand seals he rested one hand on Kagu's chest and the other on his own forehead, activating his teleportation technique and whisking the Lord of Tsukigakure's Uchiha to the hospital bed he'd kept Hasu in during her recent recovery. He'd then pick up the cooler at his feet and leave the room, trying to get the kidney into a freezer as quickly as possible.
