Backstory: The origins of this item tie back to ancient clans that designed these masks to conceal the wearer's identity. Unlike normal masks, these allow you to use chakra to fuse the mask to your face, making it impossible to remove without consent. Over time, they became highly sought after by missing ninja, mercenaries, and vagabonds to mask their identities. The masks are said to hold an eerie curse. Those who wear them are said to lose their identity and risk becoming one with the mask's persona.

Trait: This mask allows users to conceal their identity and is partially fused into the wearer's skin. While the mask only covers the user's face, it alters the wearer's chakra signature once active, making it impossible to memorize. Using chakra to maintain the bond, the mask cannot be removed without the wearer's consent unless it's forcibly broken. Should the wearer wish to remove the mask, they can freely do so. To maintain this bond, the wearer must spend 10 AP per post that it's fused. Those with a Dojutsu capable of seeing through solid objects like Byakugan or Sharingan can pierce through the mask, revealing the face underneath and the wearer's true chakra signature. Chakra Vision and applicable Sensory techniques above A rank can discern the user's true appearance.
