A Growing Flame, Training at Shinoda Springs

Oda would laugh uproariously as the two dragons collided and dispersed in a shower of brilliant flames. Relishing in his victory, he could sometimes be a little over competitive. He nodded at Takashis statement about bets, and returned the smile, giving a brief reply “Ah it was luck, good match!”

As he listened to Takashi’s response he couldn’t help but let his shoulders slump ever so slightly, but they quickly rebounded as Takashi spoke of being an ally. “Of course, always!” Oda would grin back. After Takashi finished speaking more on his motivations Oda couldn’t help but understand, it was a shinobi's job to determine their own path, not anyone else's. These thoughts ran through his mind as he looked up to see Takashi leaving and giving his signature send off, Oda’s face brightening at the compliment. He simply waved in his usual energetic manner “Right back at ya bossman!”.
