A Meeting (Private)

The tea shop was quite quiet that day. Not many people came by and about the only people in were the employees, an old couple, and some other shinobi here on assumed a break. But there was one different than the rest that drank there. One person who was unique to the world no matter who you were or your clan. Hokage Nashua sipped green tea from the brown clay cup he held gently in his hands, enjoying the drink. The place was overall relaxing, very quiet and happy. It seemed quite strange for the village known as the Bloody Mist. Also for them to have adapted so quickly from, as the intel Nashua received, a foreign ninja coming in, wreaking havoc, and then claiming the position of Mizukage. Nashua assumed that he would be quite powerful, although the previous Mizukage had been said to be quite weak. Still, it wasn't a very easy task. It was a wonder how he could just waltz in and destroy so easily. But when thought about Nashua wasn't really one to talk, having taken his spot of Hokage by looting, killing, and then claiming the position from his dead nephew in Konoha. Nashua decided to let these thoughts slip away with the relaxation of the tea. He sat and waited for his prestigious guest of the day, Mizukage-kun himself. He sat and waited, his tea soon finished and asked for a refill. A waitress came over with a pot of tea and filled his cup back up, Nashua handing a few ryo to her. "Keep the change," he added, giving a wink and smile to the girl. She blushed and hurried away back to work. And so the waiting continued.

Psyke had been finishing paperwork, but had known that the Hokage would be wanting to see him, regardless the importance of some of the things on the papers were certainly more important than being early. He was never one for punctuality anyway. He sat beside the hokage "Ello Mate, sorry that Im Late. I see your having fun, but dont think we are done" Psychosis chuckled at his little rhyme, mimicing Kirabi for a moment. "Sorry, but in any case, what can I do for you?" Psychosis was genuinely surprised the new hokage had come here, considering his gennin had killed the last hokage. Ironic as though it was, he would seek peace so long as the hokage did, he had the sharingan, he needed nothing from him for now, so it wouldnt be surprising to those who knew Psychosis, that he was willing to speak with peace.

Nashua chuckled at the little rhyme Mizukage made and sipped his tea. At the next question Nashua thought about how to answer. In truth he was here to make allies with the Mizukage and Bloody Mist. They would be very valuable in upcoming battles, and also it was after all important to make friends. "Ahh I'm just here to get acquainted with the new Mizukage and offer the Leaf as an ally, not much. But before all of that technical business talk how about I finish my drink and you order something, alright?" Nashua replied. "Then we can get down to business," he said, handing him a pouch of ryo. "Get what you like it's on me, even if you are Mizukage your villagers should have money too, and after all, they have to pay those taxes right?" Nashua added with a light smile and chuckle as he sipped more from his cup of tea.

"Ah, no worries there, I heard about the recent... troubles in your village, I can sympathize. An alliance will be wonderful, I am already allied with Iwagakure, so as long as you dont have problems with them, I dont care" Psychosis chuckled, ignoring the ryo. He needed no money, and he wasnt hungry or thirsty, so itd be pointless to order anything. "Its only recently that the village began to trust me, after revealing so many faults within the systems and how many council members and ninja had taken bribes to vote on specific events, but I doubt you wish to hear about politics right now, I understand that" Psychosis sighed lightly, knowing the pains of constantly dealing with politics. He chuckled as he thought about it. It was true, he had managed to convince the village to support him, of course the mist was known for its wish to follow the strongest, and in a way it made sense. He had only helped the village since his take over, so it was doubtful that they would be able to hate him.

Nashua shrugged. "Well the troubles have been taken care of and about Iwagakure, I have no hate towards them they will be another good ally towards goals," Nashua replied. He never really liked Iwagakure much, but there was nothing against them. As Nashua had said, sacrifices do need to be made in the scheme of things to attain a personal or overall goal. Nashua laughed at the next statement. "Very tricky, how clever of you Mizukage-kun. Politics, ahh they aren't very fun but I am good with them, especially getting people on my side whether I have to force them or not," Nashua said, shrugging. He sipped green tea from the cup in his hands, letting it go throughout and soothe him. Really the only reason he wasn't back in the Leaf using some ANBU as training and thrashing them around was because that would make him look bad and he had to come out here. "Well, have any enemies lately? I have not seemed to have many troubles, had one group of three rebel Hyugga the other day try and take down an ANBU building but utterly failed, other than that not many, you?" Nashua asked.

"Honestly, no. I do, however, have the strangest urge to destroy Kumogakure... I will have to wait though, I have a feeling I aint the only one." Psychosis chuckled. No enemies... it was dreadfully dull at this point. What point was power if it would never be tested? The entire point of gaining power is to have more fun, but what fun would it be when no one would fight you? Of course at this point he was considering going on a training trip, perhaps to gather his thoughts, but not yet. He would need a temporary kage before that, along with an idea on where to go and what to do. "I honestly want an enemy to pop up, someone to truly oppose me, someone I can truly go full strength against. I have ideas that need put to the test but no one to test them against, I am sure you understand"

"Ahh yes Kumogakure. I would probably just go in and take the place down to make it another village for Konoha. Likely it will be destroyed soon.," Nashua agreed. Kumogakure was a disgusting village to him. He didn't really have anything against the people or ninja there, but it was just wasting up space that could be used for something else. And who would base an entire village off of top shaped buildings on mountain tips connected by bridges? It was as if the place was just begging to get blown up. "Hmm I may have a solution to that. You may not be able to just go in yourself all out all the time though or else the whole damn place might explode!" Nashua said, laughing. "I had this idea for something I call a War Lab. Pretty much, think of a giant area staked out and built with different areas and scenarios for testing tactics and soldiers, and even for training! My ANBU are already using something quite similar to train and I can tell you it is deadly efficient," Nashua explained. "Ha we could even send in troops to fight each other, simply like a game of chess," Nashua joked, sipping more tea from his little brown cup.

"reminds me of something I read about... anyway, I could certainly build such a technological center, but I am more worried on rebuilding and regrowing what Kiri has lost over the past few years. Not just that, but we would have to find somewhere to place it.. Wave would work perfectly, but as I said, I would need seal masters, and while Im good with seals, I would need more than one person." Psychosis knew he could use seals to control it with his older idea, Itanimulli, which he would train whenever he could, but right now he felt so tired, and when he wasnt tired he was lazy. "I would need some time to train my jutsu that I think would be perfect for this." Itanimulli was the ultimate genjutsu, at least in his opinion. It wasnt like normal ones, he could change it the way he wanted, like tsukiyomi. Infact, Tsukiyomi was his inspiration for it, but the truth was that he wanted an ultimate weapon, something no one else could acheive. "admittedly a game of chess sounds fun right now"

"Well, I have actually already started construction on it. Over by a little place called the Uchiha Hideout ruins. Granted, haven't done a whole lot, due to a little problem we ran into. But I will leave that for a less public place," Nashua replied. And as for the multiple sealing specialists, that wouldn't be a problem at all. Nashua had been building up his forces now, and was quite proud of himself. He now had a large army formed of Konoha ninja and ANBU and Uchiha organized into specialized units based on specialties and special Kekkei Genkai. It was quite the force to be feared. He did have a sealing team, specialized for building, traps, and Fuuinjutsu combat. They would be quite useful later on. Nashua listened to Psy as he continued, sipping more of his tea until he ran out. Nashua set his cup down and called the waitress over, placing the ryo Psy had denied in her hand for a plate of beef dumplings. Nashua smiled at the waitress on her way and her face turned bright red as she scurried away. Nashua turned back to the Mizukage to continue their conversation afterwards. Once he had finished Nashua sat silent, waiting for his food. The plate soon arrived and Nashua lifted one up and into his mouth, licking his lips at the delicious smell. He pushed it towards the Mizukage, offering him some food. "One of the problems I also encountered is I can't seem to find any good carpenters or stone masons. Also my storage seems to be depleting, any chance you could lend a hand and send some Genin with a supply cart or something? I would be especially grateful, Mizukage-kun," Nashua said lightly, smiling and munching on another dumpling. But then something else popped into mind. "By the way, I think I have an assignment you would enjoy quite a lot. The Two Tailed Beast has been rampaging in the ruins of the old Uzumaki building a few miles from Konoha. I don't necessarily want you to fight it, just travel there and get some intel on the Bijuu and anything around. Be careful, the rogue ninja who looted and destroyed before were said to have booby trapped the entire place, now it might as well be an ancient trapped tomb!" Nashua explained, laughing.

Psychosis chuckled "well that sounds fun, might give it a go, I could send some of my gennin to gaurd supply runs between our villages, or we could set up a transportation highway between our villages. Its your choice, but for now, I think I should go check on the Nibi, see what its doing. Wish you had told me earlier, the damn thing couldve attacked one of our villages by now" Of course Psychosis wasnt worried. He had something special planned for the nibi. His newer idea would certainly work for this. The ability to seal someone in a secondary phase would be insanely powerful, so powerful it might just bring him to the top. "Im off mate, Ill see you around" He spoke, walking towards the exit.
