All the clone of Evens was destroyed by the shurikens and the rest was destroyed by the fire ball. Evens, who came just after all the stuff was done, jump up on the shinobi, landing his feet on the arms of the down laying shinobi so he couldn't move his arms due to Evens' weight.

He pointed his hand down on the shinobi ''I give you 1 last chance to answer me'' he said annoyed to the shinobi.
''Why are you running away?'' even that he knew that the shinobi was going to become a missing-ninja. His hand was charged with his lightning chakra.
The thunder chakra emerged out of Evens' hand against the shinobi's head at a speed of 40. Evens stopped the spear for impaling the ninja right in front of the shinobi's face.

"heheh!!!" said Dudzi "I'm going back to Konoha so get off me!!!!" shouted Dudzi as he was lying. "And if that blade impales me you will be dead in less than 2 minutes!!!" lied Dudzi again

Evens said while laughing, his lightning spear hasn't reached it's real for yet causes of Evens not using all of his chakra in it. He used the chakra needed to success the 'perfect spear' of his. He formed the spear's end as the dragon head he was used to make and then roared out in the skies.
''Dragon Spear, Impale him!'' he shot his last chakra he needed to 'kill' the shinobi. He extended the spear but not to impale the head, impaling the neck's nerve so he would turn unconscious but not dead. the spear didn't totally impale the neck, but only some of it, not to kill the shinobi.
''I just began to sweat'' he said annoyed by the easy work of getting a genin down.

''I'm not amused by that you threw your Kumogakure headband at me. Even if you are going to the leaf, I don't understand why you want to be killed so badly. The leaf and the cloud just had a war and nothing else can stop it'' he said to the unconscious body.

I would like to note that, due to the lack of JP and Chakra Evens has to be able to use that lightning Dragon Spear thing, the entire topic up to where Evens first used Lightning Dragon Spear or whatever it's called is voided
