A request to the Kazekage

Ikamaru Uchiha walked over to the building and looked up at the balcony that leads into the Kazekage's office. He then used his body flicker jutsu to appear on the balcony he then walked into the Kage's office and then stop at her desk. He looked at her and then spoke with a very stern voice "Ms. Kazekage sama I wish to wander the lands. I ask your permission to allow me this great privilege, I will return and I will not become a missing-nin scum." He then looked at her with his smile still on his face. He continued to stand in front of her desk.

Amane blinked. Two Anbu guards landed behind a man as he asked her a question about wandering the lands. She nodded at her Anbu and they relaxed. She sighed. "Listen, you can't just flicker into my office. There's this thing called knocking?" She smiled and knocked her fist on the desk a few times. "But it isn't really convenient right now for you to leave. I'll have to give you a time limit, Suna is running short on working ninja. You have two weeks to be back here in my office. We can take it further if things progress, but for now, that is my condition." She replied, nodding.

Ikamaru bowed his head and spoke "Thank you Kazekage sama I promise I will return to the village." He then turned and smiled at the anbu members before dispersing into a puff of smoke due to his body flicker jutsu. He appeared outside and then walked down to the gates and then smiled at Suna speaking "Goodbye for now my wonderful Village. I will be back soon." Ikamaru then began walking out of the village.
