Delve Into the Depths (S-Rank Mission) [PRIVATE]

[PART ONE: ELIMINATING THE NEWCOMERS]

Azaiyo would be travelling around the deserts of Sunagakure no Sato after recently meeting the new Kazekage of Sunagakure no Sato, Amane. The temperature was heating up. Azaiyo could not bare the heat as it was beating on him ruthlessly. Azaiyo had nothing equipped with him. The only things he had were his weapons, along with Chakra Suppressors that had been supplied with him from the mission instructor. He would begin to walk faster as he would see a cavern meters away. He would begin running to it minutes later until he would stop himself. There seemed to be several shinobi, each containing some piece of a strange map. At first, Azaiyo thought they were just some random travellers. However, their quite devious and sinister smiles made him have a change of heart. These guys were indeed up to a plan. A plan that Azaiyo would not like. He would use his light brown Chuunin apparel from the Hidden Sand Village, Sunagakure no Sato to blend himself into the sand, remaining unseen to these possibly troublesome people. As Azaiyo would pick at them, he would notice that they had some type of Sensory equipment attached to him. Azaiyo would quickly pull out his Chakra Suppressors. Azaiyo knew what Sensory was like especially since he contained the same power himself. He would use the Chakra Suppressors to ensure that these shinobi would not be able to successfully detect him. Azaiyo would slowly begin crawling closer to the shinobi as the sand would still somewhat overlap him, keeping him blended in. He knew that the sand would soon slip off of his clothing, revealing himself to the shinobi, so he would have to act fast.

The first part of this mission was definitely eliminating these shinobi who seemed to be guarding the cavern while making some kind of troublesome plan. As the sand would begin to slowly slip off of Azaiyo's back, partially revealing his body to the shinobi, he would take off his Chakra Suppressors, clap his hands together, summoning fourty Shadow Clones before him that would charge at the shinobi. His skills of using the Shadow Clones had improved. He was shocked as he could normally only summon ten Shadow Clones at a time, but now it quadrupliflied itself in skill. Azaiyo would watch as the Shadow Clones would begin fighting these shinobi off. Azaiyo would notice immediately that the pieces of the map would slip off of the shinobis hands as the Shadow Clones would fight him. He would notice that the destination of this map was not necessarily somewhere else, but where Azaiyo would look straight ahead of him, the cavern where the shinobi would rest. He would begin to use a technique that would have him sink into the ground and swim like a fish, contuning to make himself undetected by the shinobi as he was still not wearing his Chakra Suppressors. Azaiyo smirked as he had made a plan earlier with two of the forty Shadow Clones had summoned. He would make it a surprise as the Shadow Clones would continue to fight off the shinobi. The shinobi would finally make a counter attack at the Shadow Clones, killing them as the last two Shadow Clones, the ones that Azaiyo wanted to be eliminated earlier would make a devious smile right before they would vanish into thin air. Exploding tags were attached to them as they would detonate themselves as soon as the Shadow Clones would be eliminated. The two exploding tags from the two assigned Shadow Clones would explode as the whole group of shinobi would die from the explosion. Other guards would come in as Azaiyo would be able to use his technique, the Underground Projection Fish Technique. Azaiyo would quickly jump out of the ground as he would throw two kunai blades at the two guards that would step seven meters away from them. The speed from the short distance of the thrown kunai blades would be too fast as they would each stab each of the two guards in the head, right in between the eyes of the guards as they would slowly fall back to the ground, dead as they would land. Azaiyo would quickly pick up the pieces of the map from the now dead guards and shinobi that were blocking the entrance to the cavern as he would move himself to the left edge of the cavern, peeking inside as he would notice a giant maze. He was astonished as he knew other shinobi must have still settled in this cavern. Azaiyo would put the pieces of the map together as they would show who was assigned to be placed in each spot of the giant maze. The map also listed what time the shinobi had break times, and what time the leader would awaken to give them more duties. Azaiyo would look at the range of time that the map showed the leader would rest for. It seemed that the leader was a very lazy man. The map showed that this man would sleep for eight hours each time he rested. He would also take a nap twice a day, meaning he would waste sixteen hours in total out of the twenty four hours of the day resting. Azaiyo would look more thoroughly at the map as he would see who he had already eliminated. The eight shinobi that held the eight map pieces that Azaiyo now contained were assigned to test the ones that first approached the giant maze. This map also showed the ranks of these shinobi. The ones that Azaiyo had killed were eight Genin shinobi, skilled in Fire and Lightning type Jutsu. Azaiyo was lucky he did not have to witness any of that. He also saw that the two guards he had eliminated were supposed to be positioneed slightly further away from the eight Genin shinobi who were placed right at the start of the maze. It had seemed that Azaiyo had already wiped out the front and middle fraction of the giant maze. The only ones remaining that Azaiyo would see on this map was the leader, hidden at the very end of the cavern, along with three guards, who were positionned right at the far opening of the giant maze, close to where the leader was positionned. Azaiyo counted fourteen in total as he had already eliminated ten. Azaiyo would take a quick glimpse as he could see the three guards from the very back. They seemed alarmed as they were equipped with Sensory equipment, meaning they could see the Chakra from the dead shinobi and guards that Azaiyo had recently killed. He would see them slowly come closer to the front entrance of the cavern as they had quite a walk, for they were originally positionned from a much father distance away from these shinobi and guards. Azaiyo would take another quick glimpse, this time examining what the shinobi looked like as these shinobi looked much more skilled. Azaiyo would summon more Shadow Clones, that would quickly hide themselves in the shadows of the cave, deep inside the very corners as the three strong shinobi would continue to come closer to his position. Azaiyo would prepare to make a very strong attack.

[PART TWO: ANNIHILATING THE GANG GUARDS]

Azaiyo would make a final peek to the guards with his Chakra Suppressor as he noticed one would strangely make a devious smirk. He would become shocked as he would question himself. "Who are these guys? Are they as strong as they seem? Why is this guy smirking?" Azaiyo would quickly remove his Chakra Suppressors and put them back in his weapon pouch. The situation was too dangerous. These guys did seem very skilled. Azaiyo could tell. The weaponry they contained seemed deadly. The first one that Azaiyo noticed was one hidden in a mask. The apparel he wore was one of a kind. It was all steal that this man wore, with engravings of all sorts of seals. This man seemed very skilled in Fuuinjutsu. Azaiyo would quickly jump before the three knights as the two behind seemed even stronger. The one of which Azaiyo saw at first would quickly attempt to charge at Azaiyo. Azaiyo would quickly make the handsigns of a boar, an ox, then slam his hand against the ground as he would make his specialty seal over it, the handsign of a shark. "EARTH RELEASE: TEARING EARTH TURNING PALM!" Azaiyo shouted as the ground began to split. The ground would split the way that Azaiyo wanted it to be. The two in the back would be stranded in a single area as the ground around them was now destroyed, and the sinkholes were very deep. As for the man of steel and the strange mask, well, Azaiyo had him in a trap as well, but to only keep him a short distance away unlike the other two that he trapped.

The fight between the masked man of steel and sacred seals and Azaiyo would begin in quick seconds. "SACRED SEAL! BLADE VORTEX!" The masked man shouted as Azaiyo noticed immediately that giant sharp blades would begin to form from the sinkholes that he created, and circle around the man, pointing in Azaiyo's direction with their sharp edges. Azaiyo also noticed that blades would begin to slowly grow behind him as he looked back and then looked down, only to see tiny spikes at the current moment. "WATER STYLE: AQUA LANCE JUTSU!" Azaiyo declared as a huge spear of water would form above him and strike at the blades behind the man. The man would suddenly disappear as the Aqua Lance would collide with the sharp blades. The after effect of the Aqua Lance would shatter the blades into tiny pieces as Azaiyo noticed he was not losing any power. "Could this be another Chakra Paralysis Technique? Azaiyo asked himself. Azaiyo would notice green light shroud around his body as it would very quickly wear off. The man would reappear in the spot. "That was just a test to see your strength. Check out these documents." The man said as he threw over the documents he contained. Azaiyo read them as he suddenly noticed his was his ninja profile. Some strange man from the Training Grounds had recorded what Azaiyo had used from the background back when Azaiyo had killed the evil group of Chakra Paralysis shinobi. "Shocking, but does not do me any harm." Azaiyo smiled, trying to put the man in shock, "I was a Genin back then, but now I am a Chuunin. Even from that moment I had plenty of other powers and jutsu that I could use. These documents are pathetic." Azaiyo would scrap the documents as he astounded the man, just like the man thought. "You are indeed right." The masked man smiled, "For you see, these documents only contain the powers of Water you control. I witnessed you using Earth Style Jutsu when you trapped my friends. Oh well, I guess this is going to be a challenge for me huh?" The man began to laugh as he looked over to his right, toward the man who still held a smirk while looking towards Azaiyo. It had seemed that this man had a strange case for Azaiyo just by looking at his appearance. The man would disappear once more as Azaiyo would use his Sensory techique to see the man's head by detecting his chakra. Azaiyo's head had suddenly became lightheaded as he would throw a kunai blade towards the man that tried to reappear behind him. The man would once again reappear back in his original spot as the kunai blade unexpectedly hit him in his left shoulder. Azaiyo looked towards his left as he saw the man who was now laughing, still looking at him. His eye had suddenly turned into a shiny red light. Could it be that this man could tamper with Azaiyo's mind? No, it had to be the Sensory. Azaiyo would attempt to break the seal as he would use his next technique. "EARTH RELEASE: EARTH FLOW RIVER!" Black coloured mud would begin to form as it would trap the man, slightly having him sink into it as the mud would very tightly attach to the man's limbs, not allowing him to move a single finger. Azaiyo would guarantee that his next move would finish this man off. "Thanks for the chakra boost old man, but since you're a threat to me, I must kill you! EARTH RELEASE: EARTH FLOW SPEARS!" Hard rocky spears would begin to form underground, underneath the masked man's body as they would shoot up quickly, stabbing the man through the back, and having the edges of the spears pop through his chest. The man would begin to spit out blood like no tomorrow as his would quickly drop down and slam against the steel armour that was equipped to him. The armour that this man wore would suddenly be equipped to Azaiyo as his chakra and strength would greatly increase. Azaiyo became really confused as he thought this man was really strong. Little did he know, trouble was still arriving. He would turn as the blades behind him were now growing closer to his body, now at a medium sized blade. Azaiyo was in trouble as the next man would release himself from the trap that prevented him from moving. The seal would not wear off as the man who was laughing at Azaiyo now stood before him

The strange man stood there, slouching while he would curl his fingers up to form a fist. He looked strange as his face looked much like a snake as the man would stick out his tongue. "I can see it!" he said, "All your jutsu, all your power, all your strengths, all your ABILITIES!" The man was definitely strange, but shocking as well. His very slick postures were quite dwelling. Azaiyo pulled out his Chakra Suppressors and asked himself if he truly should wear them. The man was saying lots of weird things, but he seemed powerful. Azaiyo wondered if now was the right time to use them. He was informed one of these guards had great Sensory skills, but was this guy the one? Azaiyo would create himself a solution but using his Sensory Technique towards the man. The Sensory Technique sensed an incredibly large amount of chakra within this man as the technique suddenly stopped working. Azaiyo became mad as he quite put his Chakra Suppressors on. This was going to be an intense fight as the Chakra Suppressors made Azaiyo unable to use any chakra. However, Azaiyo still had some naturally created abilities that no one knew about. "SNAKE STYLE: SOUL BLADE!" The man cried as a blade of chakra formed in his hand. "TAIJUTSU TECHNIQUE: BLADE ABSORPTION TECHNIQUE!" Azaiyo knew exactly what these blades were for. The other man was just a test for Azaiyo. These blades were not meant to kill him by simply catching him from the rear end, but rather by putting their power into this man's blade. Azaiyo looked to his left once more as he saw the shadow of the last guard's face. He could deeply see a small grin as he knew a great challenge would lay ahead of him at this current moment. Azaiyo would now look back at the man as the blades would begin to combine themselves to the chakra blade that this man created. The blades would grow bigger and bigger due to their effect as they would assemble themselves into an unbelievably sized blade. The blade was so massive that this man could destroy the entire cavern that Azaiyo stood near with a single swing. Azaiyo smiled as he got an idea by looking at the sword. "Haha! Is this some kind of joke?" Azaiyo chuckled, "You do realize how strong that blade is right? The gigantic edges of that blade, the unbelievably large weight of the blade, and the amount of impact it would create if you smashed that thing against the ground. You do understand logic right? If you smash that thing against the ground, not only will I dodge it, but you will destroy the whole cavern. I have investigated the whole cavern with a map I stole from newcomers of your organization. Your leader sits asleep at the far corner of that very large cave. If you destroy it, his reaction time and ability to escape will be unable to avoid the damage that will pile on top of him. In other words, a single slash of that blade would kill your leader. Do you really want to do that?" Azaiyo would stand there, still prepared to make a move but now with a grin on his face as he knew this would trigger the very strange man. The man suddenly became angry. He would begin to speak to himself out loud. "He is right! My blade is strong! If I swing this, the whole cave tumbles down, and the leader dies! Wait a minute! Does the leader's life really matter to me?! I have not even seen him do anything! I do not know how powerful he is, nor have I seen any activity in him at all! I am going to kill him!" The man would swing the blade as Azaiyo would combine both his speed as his Body Flicker Technique together to get to such a high speed, the barrier of the seal could not even catch his presence with its power. Azaiyo would reappear, further away from the man as the cavern went down. He would hear screaming inside of the cave as the man surely woke up from the noise before seeing his death before his own eyes. That was it! Bringing someone's death before their own eyes! That is what Azaiyo had to do! The man would turn to see where Azaiyo now was. "WHY YOU?! GO AWAY! GO TO HELL, DEMON!" The man would rapidly swing his strong blade, causing chaos everywhere around the desert as Azaiyo would smile. He would use his speed to manipulate the man as so much chaos would spread around the area, that the man could not even see where his target was anymore. Azaiyo would appear out of the chaos, touching the man's shoulder behind his back as he would use a genjutsu. The area would get dark, so dark in fact that the man could not see anything at all. His body would begin to sink into black liquid until he could only move his arms. Azaiyo remained unseen. This was the power of his own genjutsu. The man would cry in fear, hoping for someone to rescue him as he was quickly assassinated by Azaiyo. The man's head would fall off with a stunned face and pupils extraordinarily smaller than they should be. The darkness would fade as Azaiyo would appear one hundred meters before the man. "You're next!" Azaiyo smiled.


The last man to step up to the plate seemed to want his identity to remain unseen. Azaiyo was notified with tons of documents about this person. There were many sheets in Azaiyo's hand given to him by the mission instuctor on how many people in particular that this man had killed. Many of the shinobi this man had killed were from the Hidden Sand Village known as Sunagakure no Sato. He would open his jacket, revealing to Azaiyo how much of a killer he was. Tons of headbands from many villages would slip out of the man's jacket. Azaiyo would see that they were all bloody and the signs engraved on them were scratched. "You're a rogue!" Azaiyo shouted, "How dare you do that to the villagers! What have they ever done to you! I will make you suffer!" Azaiyo had never felt this angry in his life. The man would pull out twin blades as Azaiyo would prepare for big strikes upon this man, for he wanted to kill him as fast as possible for the evil deeds that he had done. "TAIO STYLE: Almighty Sword of Peace!" The man shouted. The twin swords would combine each other into a very large blade as the man would slash the blade on the ground, sending giant, white flames at Azaiyo. The speed of these flames were unbelievable. Azaiyo would use his full speed of semi-teleportation as the flames would still catch him, bruising him slighty on the chest as he would fall over. Azaiyo would regain himself as he would carry himself back onto the ground level. "T-That, that's my sword!" Azaiyo shouted, "Where did you find it?! And why are you using it for evil!" The man would laugh as he would begin to untie the dark clothing he wore, revealing his face to Azaiyo. "I am Azaiyo Neuroki, your father." The man smiled, "I killed all of these people so you and I would meet one day. I never knew the day would come but it did. It has seemed as if my deeds had actually brought enough attention to the village to bring you here." Azaiyo would become frustrated as he would punch his hand against the ground. "Why are you acting like this father?! You are a snake! That is my sword and you are representing it in dark ways! My ways of life are to be a hero, not a villain father!" Azaiyo Neuroki would smile as his son, Azaiyo would begin to grow tears in his eyes. "This sword is yours because I passed it down to you. I knew the sword was too powerful for you at the start so I took it off your hands when you unconscious one day. Your friend Yumi allowed me to. I know you will be great with the sword one day. It is unfortunate that the sword contains a soul-attachment or else I would hand it off to you right now. However, God has given you a challenge. You need to defeat me, destroy this sword for the time being, then reclaim it when the time is right! Now onto our fight to the death!" Azaiyo became enraged as he would prepare a big jutsu. He would make the handsign of a snake, clap his hands together, then shoot his hands out as a giant shark would burst from his hands. "WATER RELEASE: GREAT SHARK BULLET TECHNIQUE!" Azaiyo screamed as the giant shark would strike at the man. The shark would hit as Azaiyo could feel the after effect. Azaiyo could feel the chakra coming back to him, but he also saw the gigantic water pulse being controlled by the blade that his father was wielding. The water pulse would push hard, giving Azaiyo's father by his own name not nearly enough space to push back. "POWER SPLIT!" Azaiyo Neuroki shouted as the blade allowed the strength of the shark to split, causing the impact to turn into a B-Ranked impact. Azaiyo Neuroki would barely be able to stand back up as his health was low. It was time for Azaiyo to finish his own father off. "Goodbye, father. Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm!" The ground would split as Azaiyo's father would sink into it. Before Azaiyo's father would die, he would swing his sword highly and brightly to the sky as he and his sword would vanish into several sparkles that would soon vanish into the clouds. A mission was complete, but it was a tough one to accept and forget about.
