Re: Clash of Swords [P: Raito; Nkill]
Wed Jul 18, 2012 4:25 am
Haru looked on from the surface of the water of the river within the Valley of the End that he stood upon after leaving from the statue head of the figure of the Shodai Hokage, a man with incredible wood release jutsu and was capable of controlling the chakra monsters called, Bijuu. That was where he saw Raito Yamaki jump down from, having easily deflecting the shuriken that he sent at the male when he was still travelling down the waterfall with precise and careful ease. He knew that this fight was about to get even more serious, the two kenjutsu users were about to test each other to the limits and brink of defeat in this fight. He didn’t plan to let Raito Yamaki get the best of him, he was of course already considered to be the best Kenjutsu user within Konohagakure no Sato, and this was his time to really prove that title to be true and prove that he was worthy of that title. Winning here could mean that he would be considered the best Kenjutsu user in the entire shinobi world itself, and not just in Konohagakure no Sato. Raito Yamaki had proven his own skill up to this point and even showed off different swords that seemed to contain great and near legendary power within each sword, something that was a sign of a true Kenjutsu user. If you could wield many different types of blades and those blades were incredibly powerful it made you one of the more skilled Kenjutsu users. The swords did not matter entirely though, as it was the person wielding the swords and using the actual skill of kenjutsu that decided how strong a true Kenjutsu user really was. Haru himself was one of the best users of Kenjutsu and only needed his Decaforce, at least for now, although his Decaforce did have ten different forms to use in a fight which gave him an advantage.
It only took a matter of seconds for him to realize that for some reason Raito Yamaki had gained that blue chakra cloak with wings again, instead of simply doing that strange passive type of flight. He expected that Raito would not need to use that chakra wing technique, yet there it was, he watched Raito come down to the ground near him, landing just a few meters away from, being about twenty feet. It still seemed rather odd that the man was using chakra wings to fly when it had appeared only minutes ago that the man possessed unnatural flight power. It didn’t matter, it was what it was, the man Raito Yamaki was about to come in for another series of attacks and he needed to be ready to handle the situation and prevent any attack from striking his body. Before the attacks came though, Raito seemed to have another trick up his sleeve and used a sword by the likes of which Haru had never seen or nor imagined a sword would like. Raito Yamaki called out to Haru, telling him that the sword’s name was The Buster Key Blade, a strange blade that had the shape of a large key. It almost seemed bizarre to think that a sword could be shaped like a key and still be effective in battle, but there was no way that Raito would take Haru lightly, or would he? He felt like Raito was only using the blade in order to try and go all out in this fight, rather than the idea that he was simply trying to make a joke out of this fight. “That’s a strange sword. I hope you know what you’re doing.” He said to Raito Yamaki, acknowledging that he knew the sword was different than almost any other sword, but still making it clear that Raito Yamaki needed to make sure he was being completely serious with this fight or it could be ended rather quickly. Already Haru had unlocked another form his sword and there was always a chance that he could gain more forms of his sword if he continued to focus on his sword like he was. He still didn’t quite know at the time how useful his new sword form, Blue Crimson, really could be, but the other thing he didn’t know was how close he was getting to unlocking the next and sixth form of the Decaforce blade. This entire sword against sword fighting was making the sword gain its power quicker. The more the blade seemed to ring its cold and hard steel against the surface of the swords that Raito was randomly and precisely using, the sword seemed to cry out and gain power. The sword, Decaforce, seemed to actively be trying to develop faster in order to help Haru win this fight, as if actually cared about whether or not he won the battle. Regardless of the reason, there was one simple fact that was in play in this situation and that was the fact that he needed Decaforce’s amazing and strong power in order to gain the advantage and win this battle.
The speed that the sonic sword form of Decaforce was granting him made him nearly unable to be caught by nearly anyone, only the fastest of shinobi in the entire shinobi world would be able to keep up with him at the speed he was able to travel at. Even more so he could barely be tracked outside of a mastered Sharingan, meaning that with his speed and raw skill using Kenjutsu wielding Decaforce with the power to switch forms at the right time he was almost unbeatable when going all out on another opponent. In this case, the sword was going to make the challenge of avoiding attacks be easier. There was no need to get locked up in a close range duel with that strange and awkward looking sword; he needed to analyze the power of the sword before carelessly getting locked up in a sword fight like that. He quickly stepped backwards and avoided the long range cutting power of the sword, out of range of any type of taijutsu type of attack that Raito could have done by getting in close range. Still over twenty feet away from Raito after his quick step back to avoid the attack, he watched as the man, Raito Yamaki seemed to bring out his arsenal of swords and picked out yet another powerful looking sword that made him wonder what he was in store for. The new sword that Raito Yamaki had pulled out seemed to look like it was made of crystal type of structure, a type of element that he could create with his Kekkei Genkai of crystal release. The sword was clearly the type of weapon that he could not simply replicate or create with his Kekkei Genkai of crystal release, but rather it seemed like a sword that contained an immense amount of power within the confines of it. This sword was clearly going to match up against Decaforce a little better and he didn’t feel like he really needed to do much in terms of testing out the skill of the sword, it didn’t have that same bizarre style of design and shape that the Buster Key Blade seemed to have, that sword was something he had never seen before. Whatever this crystal style looking sword was it didn’t matter as he could tell that this was a more normal type of sword, although it was clearly powerful, this sword was still similar in looks to Decaforce.
It wasn’t going to take any time for him to have to experience the power of the sword; with Raito rushing at him at a much slower pace than Haru was able to go at. Even with the lack of speed, this attack could easily catch him and do a great deal of damage depending on how he managed to handle the attack. There was no way he was going to allow Raito Yamaki to make contact with such a strike of that crystalized looking sword that was extremely large, it was obviously clear that if hit by such a strike of that sword he would probably be done with the fight and there was a chance that depending on the type of wound he suffered from it he would probably not ever fight again, the attack had the potential to be lethal and cause death. Clearly the fight had taken itself to another level, he could have easily died if the attack was harder to avoid or block, but that was not the case. He could easily avoid the attack, but in this case he wanted to clash his steel against the cold crystal like steel of Raito Yamaki, the idea of slapping his blade away with quick ease was desirable. He wasn’t completely sure how good of an idea that was, so it would be better to step off to the side while slapping the blade in order to make sure that he didn’t get hit by the blade’s lethal edge. In one quick movement to the right, he swung his blade across his body, the loud and ringing sound of blade’s clashing against each was heard as his Decaforce steel collided against the cold surface of Raito’s crystal sword, Raito’s sword being knocked away from Haru while Haru himself moved off to the right away from Raito in order to prevent the blade from hitting him in case Raito tried to change the direction, as Haru moved completely out of range. He slid about ten feet away from Raito, while his blade clearly had felt the impact of the sword clash. His crystal necklace gave off a nearly unseen glow and the knowledge of the next form of the blade, Mel Force, the 6th form of Decaforce was imaged into his mind. As startling as the information gain could be at times, this was the perfect moment to understand how another form worked for the sword. He quickly swung Decaforce, the sword taking upon another change and seemed to split into two different swords, one that was almost a glowing red and the other seemed to have a blue glow. This was Blue Crimson, a dual sword in which the two swords each had a different effect but still worked really well together. With another form gained and ready to use after this form, he felt more confident that he was going to prove himself as one of the best Kenjutsu users in the entire shinobi world.

Raito had seen Haru's sword change into two short blades that looked as though his speed would increase about 10x, Raito became a bit nervous when he realized that he was beginning to become tired, he wasn't used to fighting for so long. He then sealed the Crystal Buster Sword and brought out the Ultima sword on its second form, "This is the game changer!!" shouted Raito as he held the sword with one hand and pointed it at Haru as he prepared the Chidori Sharp Spear with the other hand with his body blocking the view of the hand that was using the jutsu, he then stood there and waited for Haru to attack him, the plan was if Haru jumped in front of him at any speed the sword will block it and he will use the sharp spear on him, or while he was moving towards him he would then use the sharp spear and if he dodged it he would move his Ultima Sword to block it. He wondered how his team was doing, he then snapped out of it when he heard the chirping sound of the Chidori, he then thought that the sound would give it away but then he noticed about sixty birds chirping in the trees close by.

He watched on as the man, Raito Yamaki, seemed to use another sword. The only other interesting thing was that the man seemed to try and hide a jutsu within his other hand that wasn’t holding the sword. Although it seemed as though that would prevent Haru from knowing the jutsu was there, it was not the case. There was a bright light emitting from Raito’s hand that wasn’t holding the sword, although not much could be seen, he clearly knew it was another attack similar to the lightning chakra attack from earlier. His hands gripped the hilts of Blue Crimson tightly, getting ready to finally make another attack against Raito, he needed to be careful and turn this fight into a long range battle.
Stepping off to the right quickly, he kept his eyes on Raito and rotated around off to the right side of Raito, staying about 10 feet away his movements were flawless and fluid. Quickly crossing the Blue Crimson blade, he slashed them downward facing towards Raito, unleashing a large slash of fire chakra and a large slash of water chakra. The two different chakra natures that were sliced towards Raito, cut through the water at a blinding rate of speed and seemed to be traveling even faster than Haru had been moving. This attack had a great chance of hitting Raito, but he knew that it wasn’t going to for sure hit Raito, meaning he needed to have a backup plan to strike Raito.
The swords came back together and gave a bright glow for a split second before turning into another blade, the form of Mel Force. This sword would probably give him the upper hand and if possible would make him win this spar right here and now. He quickly ran back to his original position and looked over at Raito, slamming the blade downward he launched an impressively fast wave of wind in Raito’s direction, the water being pushed away at blinding speed.

[Waited more than long enough, calling hit and ending the spar]
Haru had watched as the clashes of water and fire chakra ran across the water of the river they were standing on and impacted against the body of Raito Yamaki, leaving a long gash from the water slash and a long burn mark from the fire slash. The wounds were in the shape of an “x” across the front of Raito’s body. This did not end the fight though, as Raito could easily still continue attacking, but Haru’s other attack in this minor combination had created a situation to end the spar and claim his victory and hold the title of the best Kenjutsu user in all of Konohagakure no Sato.
The high vortex wind tunnel hit the area around Raito and the pressure and force of the wind pushed Raito all the way back to the wall of rocky ground surrounding the river at the Valley of the End, leaving him paralyzed for a moment. He simply looked over at Raito who was now unable to move and had been wounded already by Haru’s previous attack, there was clearly no need to further continue with this little spar, although it had been quite the spar and was definitely entertaining, it was time to move on with his life and both of them needed to continue to train and have another spar someday. “Good job man, but this is over. No reason to continue with this spar, we’ll meet again someday I hope.” He said, leaving the area and heading back to continue his journey.
