Jigokuha sat, twirling his knife in his hand as he observed the polished blade. Then he drew his gaze across the inside of the tent to the two bodies that lay there, and noticed something strange about the unconscious one's eyes. They had a strange pattern, they were purple and had a strange ripple design across them. Jigokuha wondered about it, and remembered how he had heard often about powerful Doujutsu of different ninja, eyes that granted strange and powerful abilities, and came to the conclusion that this boy's eyes were possibly a type of Doujutsu in the ninja universe, though it felt strange. Slowly, Jigokuha extended his right hand outwards and felt the strange feeling of threads wriggling around within him, removing certain parts of his body. Now with a certain ability, there were things he now needed not, they were unnecessary, and so he removed them, letting the removed parts slip out of a hole ripped by the wires and fall to the ground. Then, Jigokuha shot wires out of his right hand, which raced towards the body of the boy, the thick wires stabbing into him and burrowing within, and slipping upwards through his body towards the head. Carefully, the wires gripped the eyes of the boy and ripped them out, pushing them out and then more wires coming from Jigokuha's fingers to grab them. The original set of wires went back into the boy Keyno's body, ripping out several organs and slipping them back into Jigokuha's body to keep them within. The second set of wires gripped the eyes and brought them into Jigokuha's body through one more hole, pushing them upwards towards the head. Several wires then grabbed Jigokuha's own eyes and removed them, moving them down to where the spare organs of the boy he had taken were. And finally, the wires and threads within moved and surged, pushing the strange eyes taken into Jigokuha's eye sockets and then connecting the eyes to the brain. And that was final, Jigokuha could once more see, and felt powerful now. With his new eyes, he gazed over at the fresh corpse of the boy, only having few organs left in it now. Then he turned his gaze to the girl's corpse, shooting an abundance of wires that would stab into her body, ripping out organs to be stored again in Jigokuha's body, ripping out one of the most important parts he needed, the girl's egg. And that was that, now lay two lifeless husks, empty bodies, simply clothes in the tent that Jigokuha sat in.

Implanting a Sharingan or any type of Eye into your eye requires the assistance of an experienced medic, or someone with the medical specialty and using a B-Rank or above healing jutsu.

it isn't an actual implant, i simply used Earth Grudge Fear to remove and INTEGRATE the organ into myself
