The wind would blow through Samaruo’s thick jet black hair; his hair would flutter in the wind. He would be resting on top of a roof; he had just completed his daily routine task of shuffling through a pile of paper bombs that he had sort out. Now that he was finished, he would decide on either heading for the training grounds, or head back home to rest himself. However, Samaruo knew that he couldn’t cheat himself out of some healthy training that he was in dire need of. Samaruo couldn’t even remember the last time he had even been to the trainings grounds; he had been caught up in many missions that he had been tasked with. Samaruo then decided to train for the remainder of the day, but first he had to go home to fetch his gear. So Samaruo hopped of the roof of the building, and ran towards the Uchiha district. It didn’t take long for Samaruo to reach home with his new found blazing speed; it was heavily needed during his vigorous missions. As he finally reached home he was then stopped by a passing stranger, he bumped into Samaruo as he pass. Samaruo tried to get his attention, but the stranger kept passing by. However, Samaruo then felt an unknown object in his pocket. Normally if someone had bumped into another person, it would have been accident, or an attempt to pickpocket. But this time, that was not the case, something had been lodged into Samaruo’s pocket. Samaruo reached into his pocket and pulled out a mysterious envelope, it was heavy for just a regular envelope. He opened it only to reveal a letter that was attached with an Uchiha emblem, the emblem made of a thin piece of stone. But the letter instructed Samaruo to arrive at a certain area in the training ground. At first, Samaruo believed it to be that old jounin that he ran into a couple of times, but that was until he read the signature,” Misauro”. Samaruo’s grip tightens with anger. It would seem that his older brother had returned from his unknown mission. Samaruo went home immediately, to grab his gear and head straight for the area that he was requested to go. While he was running, he activated his sharingan. His eyes were bright red, with the blood of his ancestors, with three tomoe . It was rare to see Samaruo lose his composure, but in this situation he could help himself. His brother was a very controlling person; he even made their father back down from him. Samaruo didn’t want to start a conflict that might end in an unwanted outcome, but if he had to do what has to be done, then he must. A few moments later, Samaruo finally reached the designated training ground area. As he entered the gates, he looked across the field to see if he could spot Misauro. “Where are you?” Samaruo said in a low voice, he couldn’t seem to find him anywhere. Then Samaruo would feel a soft brush of wind behind him, the air around him shifted, the grass that moved with the wind stopped, and then he heard a few words that crawled into his ear. “It’s been a long time, Samaruo.” It was Misauro that had appeared behind him, Samaruo turned around to see him as he push off of him with his hand. The two stared at each other for awhile, both gazing upon each other with fully matured sharingans. “I can tell that you thought ill of me when you received my letter, but don’t worry little brother, I came here… to help you” Misauro said. Samaruo paused at hearing these words, he knew that his brother was far beyond that acts of charity, helping other out of concern was just not him. But before Samaruo could reply to Misaruo’’s comment, he was interrupted by a sudden uppercut that was aimed at his jaw. Samaruo managed to slightly move his head back to avoid the attack, but it would seem useless as it was quickly followed by a round house kick that managed to send Samaruo to the left side of Misauro. “It would seem that you are, in need of training it seems. Don’t tell me you slacked off a bit because of me leaving the house for awhile”. Samaruo raised himself up from the ground after the sudden kick, he coughed up a little blood, but it was gone in a swipe of his hand. Samaruo had finally reset himself, it was not a surprise to him that his brother would do such a thing. Misauro was always the type to press his dominance over others, but this time he would not dominate Samaruo so easily, even if it was for the sake of training. “You came here, to help me? So be it, you have not changed at all; you will always be the false king to me”. Samaruo now drew a shuriken; he then jumped back as he threw the single shuriken as he weaved a few hand signs as well. The single shuriken had now duplicated into many other shuriken, now headed towards Misaruo. Samaruo would fight his brother with his all, just to show him that he cannot be defeated so easily. As the shuriken flew to their intended destination, Misauro then instantly weaved some hand signs of his own to form a thick wall of earth that rose above the ground to protect him from the attack. The shuriken nailed the wall of earth one by one, unable to bypass the strong defense. Samaruo took even more steps back as he witness the counter that his brother had made, “Earth style huh, that’s a new one”. Misauro then used his teleportation technique to appear right in front of Samaro, his eyes also brightened with a sharp red color. “Your sharingan has developed nicely; I wonder when you will thank me for such power”. Samaruo then weaved another set of hand signs, and inhaled a vast amount of air. He then spewed out a ball of fire that would be sent right towards Misauro, clearly this time a simple wall wouldn’t do the trick. He watches as the ball of fire would be propelled towards him; it would be followed with words as well. “You have done no such thing; I would like to see how you would explain your statement to how I must thank you”. Samaruo knew that he couldn’t have been there at the times when he activated his sharingan, those illusions that he felt were caused by his intense situations. “Do I”? Misaruo said as he popped from underneath the ground, he then drew a kunai and attemped to slash at Samaruo, but he didn’t use all of his power for his intention was to place the two in a gridlock. Samaruo had drawn a kunai as well and block the slash from hitting his body, his eyes were filled with rage as glared his brother straight in the face. Once again he had evaded Samaruo’s attack effortlessly; it would seem that his brother was of a higher level than Samaruo. While Misauro would look down upon Samaruo’s expression, Misauro then smirked a little. “Oh, so you want to play that game huh; a battle with the eyes. Well I couldn’t be inclined to do so anymore than you already have, seeing as you called me the false king. I will show you, that in this family and possibly the own clan, that I am superior to all”. Misauro widened his eyes as his sharingan glistened with the same sharp shade of red, he would use his genjutsu on Samaruo. Samaruo. While stuck in the gridlock, would notice something strange about his brother’s eyes. A strange feeling had overwhelmed Samaruo, he thought to himself if it was his sharingan that might be the cause of this. Samaruo would be pushed backwards, due to his brother’s superior strange, compared to his. “Is it a genjutsu, did he manage to trap me in one”? Misauro would then discard his kunai that he held, and sprinted towards Samaruo once he had landed on the ground, Samaruo had been tossed back a couple feet. As Samaruo landed on his back, he saw that his brother would attempt to stomp at him with his right foot. So Samaruo would roll on his left side, so that he could evade the somewhat dangerous attack. As he rolled he pushed himself of the ground and performed a sweep kick, he wanted to know him off the ground so he could finish him with the same stomp move that his brother had attempted to use on him. While doing this, both of the Uchiha’s sharingans would be trained on each other; each of them were anticipating each others’ moves. And so, Misauro would foresee this counter move, and react accordingly. Misauro leaped forward in the air, performing a front flip. As he dodged the kick in midair, he would weave some hand signs to use yet another jutsu. However, Samaruo knew that he would evade his kick with a flip. With the kunai that he still held in his hand, Samaruo who was now directly facing his brother would then leap forward with all his speed, with the kunai sticking outwards. Misaruo had finally landed on the ground, but he could not spin around in time as Samaruo’s kunai had already dug deep within Misaruo’s back. Misauro would yell out in pain as he was just impaled with a kunai knife. But that yell of pain would be short lived; the loud roar would then turn into a mocking laugh. Samaruo would be confused as to why his brother would be laughing in his current situation. “I was wondering when you would finally touch me; you really are too far beneath me to even notice that I didn’t even place a genjutsu on you. You were too busy fighting under the notion that I placed a genjutsu on you, but you see, I am nothing but a mere water clone”. The figure that appeared to be Misauro would then collapse into a puddle of water, with Samaruo left alone. He looked around everywhere to see where he would come out; he then noticed the hole in the ground and threw his kunai towards it. Misauro would then come out from behind the wall that had been riddled with shuriken; he would walk towards Samaruo with an angry look in his eyes. “Though you had the right idea to throw that kunai into the hole, but in the end you failed to take into perspective that I might have sent a clone in to distract you. As we speak, this whole area is now hiding my shadow clones, you are surrounded little brother”. Samaruo would turn towards his brother, but this time he also had a smirk on his face. “So you’re telling me that you have this whole place surrounded, then let us hope that you yourself are a clone”. Samaruo said this as he made a hand sign with his right hand that was now in front of his chest. Misauro squinted a little as he was wonder why his brother would say that, until he then felt a sizzling feeling on his leg. It appeared t be a paper bomb that had appeared from his thigh, it then detonated before he could remove it. As the explosion took place, water had splattered all over the place. “Damn, it must have been another water clone; I was for sure that would have worked”. Samaruo leaped around the area to see where his brother, or his water clones might be. From the shadows of the trees, Misaruo would watch as his brother would attempt to find him. He could not deny that the unsuspected paper bomb was a pretty good trick; he himself didn’t realize that Samaruo had placed the paper bomb on him. However, to him Samaruo was still beneath him, and he would prove this today. Misaruo would signal the hidden water clones to get ready for an attack, two would spring out from the trees that they were hidden in. While they would charge Samaruo, the remaining water clones would stay hidden in there respected positions. Samaruo would be alerted as the two water clones would charge towards Samaruo, he would then weave more hand signs to use his fireball jutsu once more. However, this time he would wait for the clones to reach a close enough distance to where evading the attack would be practically impossible, due to them being just water clones. When the time was right, Samaruo then inhaled a vast amount of air and then blew out a large ball of fire that would decimate the two water clones. As the swirling ball of fire took off towards the two clones, the water clones attempted to dodge to the side but it was far too late for any escape maneuvers. The ball of fire than exploded, taking out the water clones with ease. Samaruo then paused for a second, he thought to himself about how easy that was. It was too easy that it was too good to be true, there had to be some other objective to this simple attack, Samaruo thought to himself. As the smoke left behind by the fireball still lingered, he decided to take advantage of it. Misauro, still perched on top of the tree branch that was hidden away, observed the event that took place. He knew that the clones would fail, but it was all part of his plan. “hmm, at the rate he is going, he will burn himself out in no time. One fire ball jutsu after another, with that high level shuriken jutsu that he used in the beginning must have used up over half his chakra now”. Misaruo still had plenty of chakra left; he would still rely on taijutsu, since it would seem to be a weakness of Samaruo. He then shifted his view over to the cloud of smoke, he would wonder if Samaruo would try to pull the same tactic he himself had done. Then Samaruo would run out of the cloud of smoke, with a kunai I his hand, he would run into the same area that the water clones came from. Samaruo had tighten his grip as he was not about to give up now, today he would show his brother how far he has progressed. But before he reached the destination, the last two water clones would instantly appear in front of Samaruo. As they tried to intercept them Samaruo would stop suddenly so that he wouldn’t get to clone, the two on one thing was against his favor. But the water clones would only be the first of the attack, the real Misauro would use his teleportation technique to appear right behind Samaruo. “Your strategy is useless before my eyes, this brand of tactic would be child’s play to me. Did you think that you would trick me so easily? I know full well that the real you is right behind me in the cloud of smoke.” Samaruo stuttered a bit as he heard the words of his older brother. “So you knew”, Samaruo said. But then a ball of fire would then be hurled towards the four shinobi, attempting to take out all of them. But Misauro would smirk as he would evade in the air so that he would be clear of the fire, while he was in the air he would instruct the two water clones to grab hold of the shadow clone. While he did this he flung four kunai knifes into the cloud of smoke, hoping to make his brother move of the area of the clearing smoke. When the smoke had cleared, the fireball jutsu had already taken out its targets that remained in the designated area, all of the clones had been destroyed. While Misauro had just landed on the ground, Samaruo would still be standing in the same area where the smoke had been. He was now breathing heavily as his limit was just about to be reach, but he then picked up the kunai that his older brother had thrown at him and grasped them all between his fingers. “It’s time to end this now, I will show you who is superior.” Samaruo’s sharingan eyes were filled with power, shining with a crimson red shade. He then charged towards his brother, while Misauro would to look upon him with the same facial expression, as well as the same eyes. “You will not win this day, I am in control.” He would then jolt to various sides that his brother would strike, dodging the kunai blades. As Misauro would evade the many blows that Samaruo delivered, he would then use a style of taijust that was unknown to Samaruo. Misauro straighten out his hands as he knocked all of the kunai blades from each of Samaruo’s hands. However, Samaruo recovered quickly from this odd attack and managed to grab one of his brother’s arm while he would attempt to shove the last kunai blade that he had on his person, with his free left arm. However, Misauro quickly caught Samaruo’s hand that held the blade, but then he would feel yet another blade that pressed up against his back lightly. The real Samaruo would appear right behind his older brother, now in control. “How did you… oh I see how you did it.” Misauro quickly figured out how he was placed in such a situation. His brother hid himself into the hole that Misauro himself used to spring a surprise trap. But before he did that, Samaruo used his shadow clone technique to make two clone of himself, to make it appear as if he would use a basic yet obvious surprise attack by leaping out of the cloud of smoke after his other shadow clone was trapped. While Samaruo was holding the kunai knife against his brother’s back, he utter a few words to him. “This is why you shouldn’t look down on people.” His brother then scoffed at Samaruo’s remark, but burst in to a cloud of grey smoke. Samaruo was beyond belief as he was yet again trick by a shadow clone, he yelled out how this was completely impossible. “Sorry but you are not in any position to command me, observe.” Samaruo then heard a loud snap sound as he was then brought back to the real world, he was standing in the middle of the training field, with the moon shining down on him. Samaruo thought that he was under a genjutsu, but the events were just too real to him. However, he decided that his brother had won today and headed for the exit. “That was too easy.” Samaruo stopped immediately as he heard those loud words that echoed within his head, the whole world around him would spin in chaos as he was now brought back to the supposed real world. Samaruo’s mind was now spinning with confusion; he couldn’t tell what reality was now. He then tried to rely on his sharingan, but even his family eyes could foresee any solution to his current problem. He then crouched a little now that he was practically going insane because this. “Calm down Samaruo, I can assure you that this is the real reality. I used a sound activated genjutsu that flips your sense of awareness off, anymore time spent in that juts and you would not even be aware of yourself, you would basically become a brain dead victim”, Misauro said as he was standing right behind Samaruo, with the same kunai that his little brother held up against his back. Samaruo felt relieved now that he could tell that he was himself for now, but then regained his posture and turned around to see Misauro, standing ten feet from him. “Now what ?”, asked Samaruo as he look at Misaruo, he didn’t like his brother at all but sometimes he would just have a aura to him that lured people towards him. “Follow me if you wish to become stronger, Samaruo”, said Misauro as he walked into the forest part of the training grounds. Samaruo didn’t feel comfortable at first, but decided to follow him anyway, with his guard as well. Where Samaruo was being lead to was a mystery to him.
An hour had pasted by since Samaruo had accompanied his older brother in the forest, the sounds of shuriken and kunai clashing into on another had filled the entire forest. Samaruo would be evading many shuriken that were being tossed at him from his brother; Misauro would be perched on top of a tree branch. One after another, the shuriken would dig deep into the tree’s bark. His goal was to make his brother more agile so that he could be quick enough to dodge many attacks that involved taijutsu, it was his current weakness so far. Samaruo would flip to the side, as well as leap across trees to evade the attacks; he had only been hit by one shuriken so far in the last half hour. But Samaruo saw this not only as a speed exercise, but as an endurance drill too. No matter how good he could use his fire ball jutsu attack, he would still be limited how long he could carry on in a fight. He then felt a sharp slice on his shoulder; another shuriken had made its mark on him. “Damn, that’s two.” Samaruo however didn’t stop as Misauro still kept hurling shuriken towards him, stopping in a single place was out of the question. The drill that Misauro set up for him would last about forty-five minutes, with ten more minutes left for Samaruo to go. It was a long and hard drill, but if done correctly then he could yield so many benefits in the future because of it. Then this was when Samaruo would really be tested, while Samaruo would be focusing his mind on avoiding the shuriken, his brother had taken advantage of it and replaced himself with a shadow clone. His plan was to fling kunai with explosive tags attached to them, but he would only proceed to do so when the drill would come down to the last five minutes. So for now, Misauro would hide himself so that he could prepare. “I got to make!” Samaruo was now being attacked by shuriken from two sides, the front of him, and the back of him. As he ran, he dived forward as he landed on both of his hands. Once he did he pushed himself up with all his might to evade the two shuriken, he did so within the split second difference of being hit once again. While in mid air he landed managed to make himself land on top of a nearby tree branch that was somewhat high of the ground. But he noticed that Misauro wasn’t throwing any shuriken at him, Samaruo would believe that the drill was over. However, he then saw as the Misauro that he claimed to be real happened to burst into a thick-grey cloud of smoke. “So he did it again, he must like that feeling of being above me.” All of the sudden, Samaruo was almost grazed by a flying kunai knife that managed to sneak up on him. He then noticed something that attached to the kunai blade; he noticed that it was a explosive tag that was linked to it. The moment the kunai blade lodged itself into a nearby tree, the tag detonated as it created a huge explosion. Samaruo leaped back from the explosion by pushing off the branch with his leg muscles, but it was not over for him as he then saw his brother walk out from behind a tree at ground level. His brother then tossed yet another blade towards Samaruo, from now on his brother would throw kunai blades that were armed with explosive tags toward Samaruo. Now that he has caught on to his older brother’s trick, Samaruo knew that he would have to be twice as fast, and twice as agile. Not only did Samaruo have to evade the incoming kunai blades, but he also had to time and judge the exact area where the blast radius would take place. As the next kunai blade headed towards him from above, Samaruo would run forward as he would think he could move out of the blast radius in time, while dodging the blade itself… for so he thought. Samaruo then looked back for a split second, his eyes began to swirl bright red, with three holes of darkness that stayed its place with a point at the ends. Samaruo’s sharingan revealed that the kunai blade had a slight angle that a normal pair of untrained eyes wouldn’t be able to detect. Now that he just witness the crucial detail that he missed, Samaruo instantly pulled a kunai blade from his weapons’ pouch so that he could toss his own blade towards the other one. He planned to make the two collide with each other so that he could stop the incoming kunai blade from advancing onward towards him. If Samaruo would hit the blade at a precise spot, the incoming kunai would spin in a circle, losing its direction towards him, and giving Samauro more time to escape. And so Samaruo did, his kunai blade ran into the other, knocking it off balance.
As the kunai blade spun off in the opposite direction that Samaruo was, it then exploded away from Samaruo. But that achievement didn’t stop Samaruo from running, he would then realize that the vigorous drill was far from over. He would continue to run through the forest until he would be given a sign that told him to stop. His brother then appeared right before him instantly, with his abused teleportation jutsu. Misauro told Samauro that this drill was over and that he could refrain from running away from him. Samaruo then stopped as he would be given the ok to halt, he would take this time to regain some strength that was loss. He would look up towards his brother and ask him about what other training drill that would proceed with, since that day was still bright with the afternoon sun. His older brother would wave over towards him, to signal Samaruo to follow him as he walked even deeper within the forest. Samaruo felt hesitant, even though it would appear as if his older brother was helping him get stronger, Misaruo was still the old Misaruo he remembered him as. He would remain still as he would question his brother as to why he was doing this, as well as where they were possibly going. “Enough, why are you doing this, you come out of the blue and attack to only help me get stronger. This doesn’t make sense, either you tell me what your real motives are, or else I’m turning around. And while you’re at it you could tell me where we’re going to.” Samaruo was not about to fall for another onue of his tricks so carelessly, a fool he was not. Misauro wondered for a while, he truly wanted to show him the way to becoming more powerful. He then turned around as he would now be looking at Samaruo once again; his sharingan was active as well now, meeting the gaze of his younger brother. “You are right to feel this way, you can return if you want I won’t stop you this time. But what I have to offer you is power that you will need, and you can’t deny that.” Samaruo then walked forward a bit too where he was face to face with his brother. “Fine I’ll come, but if you try anything I will never trust you again”. With that, the two brothers continued deeper with the forest. Moments had passed since they wondered deeper into the forest, but hey finally reached the area that they were heading for. Misauro then instructed his brother to join him on top of the abandoned arena circle that was elevated of the ground. The arena circle was an area used by ninja back in the day to spar during special tournaments, but today it would be used to judge the strength behind the brother’s jutsu. Misauro would tell Samaruo that he wanted him to use the fire ball jutsu along with his own. He wanted them to collide with each other so that he could try and overpower his own fire ball jutsu. When Samaruo understood his brother’s words, he then made the hand signs to use the fire ball jutsu. When he did, Misauro made the hand signs as well to counter his jutsu, however, the two had continued to pour in air from the vast amount of air they inhaled in. Both of their fireball jutsu continued to burn, pushing each other’s back to maintain dominance over another. Finally the two had finished, but Misauro had appeared to be the winner. He held back the fire of the jutsu before it engulfed Samaruo. Misauro then told him that if he wanted to beat him he would have to return back here another time, after that he left by using he body flicker jutsu. Samaruo also left as he accepted his brother’s challenge, he would one day become the ninja that would protect his village. As he left the arena he also noticed that his brother didn’t mention that he would be returning home, it would appear that he would leave the family alone. Samaruo thought for that action to be the best of choices, his family was just getting back to normal. But Samaruo had more important things to worry about; his ninja duties in the future would most likely take over his daily life, which would leave his family out of the picture.

The wind would take on a cool breeze, as the day would remain a slow one. The trees in the training grounds would sway with the wind, creating a swift setting. Yes, today was a calm and easy day, for most. But apparently, today wouldn’t be so for a young shinobi. The unfortunate shinobi would make his way towards the training grounds, with his mind set on training in the shinobi arts, due to his recent promotion. The once genin would now be recognized as a full fledge chuunin, a rank higher than his previous one. The boy’s name was Samaruo, Samaruo Uchiha, his recent missions would finally earn him a rank that gives others the impression of status. However, Samaruo cared little for ranks and status, though; he did appreciate the promotion as he worked very hard to earn it none the less. This day would be solely dedicated to training, for he had a special goal in mind today, today he would practice in the nature element area, where he could attempt to gain another element. Samaruo had already known what element he needed to train, the element of water. Even though, his first element was fire, he felt that it would be to his advantage to gain the water element. Once he would gain such an element, Samaruo would be able to throw off his enemies by using the exact opposite element, as opposed to his main element. Besides, there was some pretty powerful water techniques that he would wish to try out, such powerful jutsu, Samaruo thought to himself. Samaruo would soon reach the training ground entrance, were he would enter to begin his training. On him were a few scrolls that contained knowledge about the water element, its strengths, weaknesses, tips on how to use it, etc. Samaruo had studied quite a while before heading out to the training grounds, for that was the type of person he was; Samaruo would rather skip a mission entirely, then go in with out and knowledge prior to the mission. Such actions would most likely get you killed, or worse, captured. Samaruo also wore his battle kimono, which would be able to withstand quite a few blows in actual combat, though Samaruo grew tired of such armor, and longed to replace it. However, it did its job, so Samaruo’s distaste for it would be mostly directed towards its outer appearance. With Samaruo was also a tool sack, which held plenty of weapons to be used during his training. “Today is going to be a vigorous one, no more free time, no more dazing around; from this day forth I will not stop till I achieve my second element... until I will be able to use water style jutsu.” Samaruo would look side to side as he was almost near the entrance, for it was within sight, he would look around to see if he had been followed. Though the area would always be patrolled by high ranked shinobi, Samaruo would keep his eye out for other shinobi of his rank, so that he wouldn’t be pushed off track by them.
Before the goal orientated shinobi would cross the entrance into the training grounds, he would first be hit with a sharp headache, nothing of the minor instances. He would stutter a bit, as he tried to maintain his balance; this was nothing of the unknown to him, for he had felt this same pain before. The yell of the beast within him, “Damn, not now, I have work to do.” Samaruo would be seemingly talking to himself, but thankfully no one was around to hear or see such nonsense. As he tried to make his way towards the gate, ignoring the growls of the beast, he would be pulled into his subconscious, a trick of the beast that was unknown to Samaruo himself. As he plummeted down a endless hole, with his surrounding covered black with white outlining, he would land on something hard, something, breathing. Now his belly, Samaruo would lift himself up to only meet the gaze of the beast. However, Samaruo would not be able to see it properly due to unknown reasons, but the beast itself could see him clearly, inside and out. All of this would appear in flashes, vexing Samaruo even more, but soon the brief meeting with the beast would be over, for Samaruo would be back into the real world, sweating in horrified feelings. Once Samaruo would regain his senses, he would make his way towards the field, ready to begin his training.
Once Samaruo had walked to the middle of the field, he would then rest the water scrolls down on the ground, and begun the endless hand sign motions. The jutsu that Samaruo would want to try would require a bountiful amount of hand signs. But even if he did memorize the hand sign method, he would still have to shape his chakra just right, in order to use the water style jutsu. That was the trick, or proper method of using different element justu. For example, fire style jutsu would demand the user to mold ad knead the chakra within ones stomach, then once the preparations were complete, the user would then expel the chakra through ones mouth, and take whatever shape the user had intended it to be. But for water style jutsu, the user’s chakra must be lucid, and free of restrictions. Samaruo had learned all of this through the training guide; he was ready to learn such techniques. While performing the endless hand signs, and forcing his chakra to become more free, Samaruo, would then focus on the incident that recently happened. Such a strange feeling, he thought to himself. “What was the beast, what did it want, and how did it get inside my head?” Samaruo new that the beast was not inside of his physically, like bijuu host, somehow, the beast would use an unknown method of communication. He would think that the unknown method would use chakra, and that it may have been some sort of justu, the answer would remain unknown. However, what fact was clear as day to Samaruo, was that the day he moved inside his new apartment, was the day he felt this exact strange feeling. It could have been the strange black sphere that had contaminated Samaruo’s mind; it came with the room when he bought the place.
Samaruo, now feeling assured that his chakra was lucid enough to manipulate into water, he would first practice his water style techniques on a more home front base. Samaruo would leave his scrolls as they were, and made his way towards the nearby pond, where there was more water to manipulate. As He walked there he would decide to change his mind about the certain water style jutsu that he had intended to use, he had now figured that it was too high of a level to use for beginning water element users. For now, Samaruo would figure to use the basic water clone jutsu, a clone that uses water as a base to hold itself together, with chakra as well. “Yes, the water clone jutsu will be an excellent training jutsu for me. Then, when I feel that I can perform such high level jutsu like the one I previously intended on performing, I will move on to such high skill techniques. Once he arrived at the pond of water, Samaruo would use his water walking technique, a basic academy technique. He would focus his chakra to the bottom of his feet, where he could hold himself above water. Once the chakra measurement was fair, he would step onto the water, and sure enough, Samaruo was standing on top of the water. As he held himself on top of the water, he would make the necessary hand signs, and flatten out his chakra, making it more lucid than normal. Then, the water clone would rise up from the water, 5 feet from him. While it was forming, no facial remarks were formed; it was just a blob of collected water being held up with chakra. As it rose to about five feet up the water, that collected water would then form into a body like figure, similar to Samaruo’s as expected. Once the body was done forming, the figure would straighten up its posture and mimic Samaruo Uchiha’s stance, as a clone should, it also entered into its last stage. The clone then took on the color to match Samaruo, and then finally completed it stages, turning itself into a complete water clone copy of Samaruo Uchiha. The water clone would then nod towards the real clone, giving it approval that his job was done. Once Samaruo had done what he wished, he waved his hand towards the clone in a dispelling like gesture. Once the clone understood what the real Samaruo wanted, it then immediately collapsed into the regular form of water it was originally was.
Now that that warm up jutsu was taken care of, it was time for Samaruo to do something a little bit more challenging. Samaruo had now realized that he could use the water technique that he wished to do in the first place. Samaruo now leaped of the water and back onto the ground, where he could gain a more proper foot holding. Once obtained, Samaruo would weave the hand signs to use the jutsu, his hands would flow with grace, also, with great speed. That was Samaruo’s talent; his fast hands would give him an edge in battle, that split second in performing a jutsu over another can very well determine between life and death. Once the hand signs were made, Samaruo would then loosen out his chakra as he would use the water dragon jutsu to shower over the pond of water. “Water Style: water dragon jutsu”, he would say with such confidence that it would work; the water dragon jutsu was a hard feat to accomplish, for it was a high level water style jutsu. As Samaruo said its name, the water would begin to form ripple patterns, the pond would shake due to the enormous chakra that was being poured into it. Samaruo had a large amount of chakra for some his age and rank; some would even say that he had more chakra then any teacher he had studied under. But, having a lot of chakra would not declare victory to someone so quickly. It would take more than that to defeat an enemy, any enemy, Samaruo would say to himself. The water would then rise just as the clone did, but this time would rise even higher to only take the form of the dragon, the dragon would then dash forwards to only dive back into the pond, sending waves upon waves of powerful shock waves to the opposite side of where Samaruo stood near the pond. Samaruo would take not of this, he would notice that when he made the water dragon, he normally intended to use his own chakra as the source, creating water from within himself, but instead, he used the pond’s nature water, for he had no control over it. That was when Samaruo remembered a sub section within the book.
“When using such powerful water style jutsu, always seek a external source of water, mostly a pond or lake. That will assure you the best results when using such a natural element. However, it has been known that powerful water users no longer need a source of water, for they have become so attuned to it, that they can create the water from the saturation in the air.”
“Now I see, it would seem that I am not ready to use such a jutsu in that certain style.” Samaruo would then return towards the middle of the field, away from the pond, to gather his things. Samaruo would make his way home, only to see that his current goal for today was completed.

Re: Training Topic (Closed)

The Uchiha walked toward the training ground with determination, the ambition to master more of his powerful jutsu. These goals were to be met in order to achieve one of him many long term goals. The jounin exams, the exams that would place him higher above the ranks, which he still felt was complete and utter nonsense. However, he had to do so in order to be recognized, which was the way of the village. The two techniques that he would master today were of the water style, his second element that Samaruo learned not to long ago. Mastering these two jutsus would give him an advantage on the field of battle, a fire style user that was also adapt with he water style, a most deadly combination if utilized correctly. Plus, to top it off, Samaruo was of the Uchiha clan, most would not expect one from such a fire based clan to acquire such an opposite element. Yes, mastering these unique water style jutsu would boost his chances in passing the exams.
Upon his entry onto the vast field of the training grounds, he scouted the area for any body of water he could find. Being a novice in the art of the water style, he still needed to draw water from a preexisting source, ponds, rain, etc. While roaming the field he found a small lake just across an old wooden bridge that connected another field. It was small, yet efficient enough for Samaruo to do his training.
Samaruo had arrived to the scene wearing his newly acquired Chuunin attire, which was quite fashionable then the last uniform. It was basically a dark navy blue konoha jumpsuit, minus the Uzumaki. Followed by a darkish forst green flak jacket that blended well with his jumpsuit. But what made this uniform different from the last was the light weight appearance and material. The old uniform was bulk, tough, restricting most movement, however, with the new upgrades the suit was in fact more superior that the original in every way, including the price. Samaruo smiled a bit at the thought, indeed his bank to a harsh loss. Samaruo only brought two weapons with him, a kunai that was freshly opened from the plastic wrap it came in which resided in his brown ninja pouch, and a freshly sharpen katana that was tucked away inside it's sheath, which was currently being held in Samaruo's right hand. To wrap it up, Samaruo had his old black moccasin shoes that he always wore to train in, plus a black cloth leaf headband that wrapped around Samaruo's forehead, securing his long jet black hair. Samaruo thought many times over if he should cut his hair, it was indeed a bother trying to keep it kept and neat.
After a few steps towards the pond, Samaruo focused his chakra towards the bottom of his feet. His chakra would allow him to hold himself above the water, preventing him from getting wet. Once he was finished, he took his first step above the water, until finally both of his feet were now standing onto of the water. It was now time for Samaruo to begin his soon to be vigorous training; he first made the ram sign, holding it while deciding what jutus he should work on first, the water clone, or the water needles. Since Samaruo learned the water clone technique before the needles, he decided to go with that, an obvious choice no doubt. Suddenly, Samaruo's perfom 3 hand signs in rapid pace, making his hand appear in a blurred state. Once he did the hand signs, the water beneath him reacted to his chakra. His goal was to make at least 3 water clones, at least. The water than began to swirl as it then made three miniature size whirlpools. Then three life sized clones on Samaruo emerged from the whirlpools, rotating as they rose to the surface until finally they were complete. The clones stood as they were, eyeing their creator as if they were waiting for a command, Samaruo admired his creations. Now that Samaruo created them, he dispelled them, sending them back into their previous state, water. Instantly with a mental command, the clones disburse, collapsing into the pond. It was a good little exercise, but now it was time for the big leagues. Samaruo took a few steps towards the edge of the pond, where water met earth. He stopped focusing his chakra towards his feet, for he was on solid ground, the true test would now begin. Preforming the same hand signs Samaruo then held his ram sign, gathering focusing his chakra in an attempt to make a single water clone. Weird huh, going from three water clones down to one, it was indeed strange, almost counterproductive. But, there was a catch, Samaruo would not use the water from the pond, he would be using the moisture from the air, gathering just enough to make a single clone. At first nothing happened, but then a mass of floating water would form just 5 feet in front of Samaruo. He was shocked with joy, but tried not to become too distracted. The mass of water finally took shape, forming the exact same appearance as the creator; at last, Samaruo had created a water clone from thin air. Samaruo released his hand sign, just gazing at his creation as it gazed back. He had finally mastered the water clone jutsu, his work finally paid off.
Samaruo's mind then fell upon the jounin exams, what would they be like, how hard would it be? Would it be just like the chuunin exams, or will it just be something entirely new. Once Samaruo would become a jounin, he will be able to be once step closer towards his ill forgotten dream, to become part of the ANBU black ops. But did he want to become such anymore, especially since he even bad mouth the entire job to Irou, who himself wanted to become part of the ops. He shook his head in thought; he would which for Irou to become what he sought to, with no one stopping him.
With the completion of his mastery over the water clone jutsu, Samaruo would turn his attention towards the pond once more, it was now time to master the other jutsu, the water needle technique. His hand as they were once before, forming the rams sign he begun to make more handsigns, making his hands appear more into a blur state. Once he was finished, he swiftly raised his hands in and adjacent movement, with it, seven small needles sprug from out the water, truely a useless jutsu. Samaruo, in disapointment decided to leave for the day, forgetting all about the useless water jutsu.

With the completion of his mastery over the water clone jutsu, Samaruo would turn his attention towards the pond once more; it was now time to master the other jutsu, the water needle technique. His hand as they were once before, forming the rams sign he begun to make more hand signs, making his hands appear more into a blur state. Once he was finished, he swiftly raised his hands in and adjacent movement, with it, seven small needles sprung from out the water, truly a useless jutsu. Samaruo, in disappointment decided to leave for the day, forgetting all about the useless water jutsu.
My word count is 1131, 5 stats, 11 jp, and water clone jutsu mastered.

Upon reading his book, Samaruo came to realize everything, what the Uchiha truly went through. He sat at home, reading said book, what more could he do? His team was nearly falling apart, and couldn't bare to speak to his students anytime soon. He needed solace, time to heal from the event. Losing one of his students at the hands of one of his own students, really does take its toll on the Sensei, Samaruo Uchiha. He was stretched out on his bed, wearing no shirt, just a pair of chuunin uniform pants, with the sandals to go with it. It was a hot day; almost every window in his apartment was open. While in his time to attempt to regain his strength, he stumbled upon the book he would be reading now. A book that was only available to Uchiha, it was definitely something Samaruo truly shouldn't be reading at a time like so. The book really explained the troubles and experiences that most Uchiha would probably go through today. Samaruo knew all too well about this, but really didn't grasp the concept behind it all, till now. At a young age Samaruo dealt with such racial profiling, this book slightly angered him a bit, but only for some time. With nearly finishing the book, his eyes scanned every bit of the page, until finally reading the last sentence of the last page. Closing the book, he shut his eyes for a brief moment, recapping everything he had gone through. He rubbed both his eyes gently with his right hand, what he was going to do he thought. Samaruo refused to fall under that category; he refused to lose another soul he cared about so deeply. A tear fell from his right eye, a single drop; this brought him back to the time Nightshade was taken, with his unborn child. The man responsible still lurking within the village, untouchable by Samaruo due to his current state. Samaruo did not know the power he possessed; Samaruo was not one to rush into things without thinking. Samaruo needed power, power so that he would not let that happen again. Instantly, he let out a sigh, reimaging the moment where he said himself, he would not become the stereotypical Uchiha, carving power. But what else was he supposed to do, let everything happen as fate would tell it? No, Samaruo had enough; he would only use this power to help those he cared deeply, and those alone. Hideyoshi, Raiku, Nightshade, Primrose..., all of his friends and family he swore to protect even more. Reopening his eyes, the sharingan was well active, as was stated in the book, “The curse eyes of the cursed clan", Samauro would no longer view them as such, no more. Samaruo looked out through his window, looking out towards the sun as it was still bright and early, plenty of time to do what he wanted to do. Now sitting up on the right side of the bed, Samaruo reached for his chuunin under shirt, placing it on his body, as well as the standard issue jacket. His head band was already fastened o his forehead, the leaf symbol shining as the rays of the sun hit it. Samaruo would then walk towards his door, proceeding towards the chuunin office department, hopefully his desk there was still tidy as he left it, it had been some time since the last day he was there. Before he left, the book was held firmly within his hands, as he would bring it with him at all times for now on, keeping hold of who he was, and where he had come from. Right as he touch the knob of his apartment door, Samaruo then placed the book down, reaching for something before he would leave his apartment. Selene, his moon goddess sword, Samaruo really did need it, but for the adventure he was going to partake, he might just need it. At last he would find it, shoved neatly between his wall and the bed. The ivory sheath was still pleasant to the touch, so soft and calm. With everything now set and ready to go, Samaruo would make his way towards his door once more, with his book in hand.
The winds brushed against Samaruo has he made his way to the his office, then, an uproar could be heard from a mile away. As a chuunin of the leaf village, he was tasked with ending all conflict within the village. Unfortunately for Samaruo, the noise was coming from the same place where he witnessed the execution of his old student, Irou. While making his way towards the gate he decided to block all feeling and emotion about the subject, as a ninja should. Upon arrival of the village gates, he saw the many citizens; all of them were causing damage to the village gates, something that had to be stopped. But what was the reason, why did they decide to do all of this? Samaruo would need to somehow get their attention, to get them to cease all hostile actions towards the gates. With a few steps, he managed to appear a few feet behind the wild crowd. "Listen up!", Samaruo yelled as he attempted to gain some attention, but it failed to the loud roars coming from the crowd. Not one turned towards him, he was completely ignored. Samaruo had to act fast, or else the village would suffer more. Samaruo then decided to shoot off some warning shots, to get their attention. He knew that he wasn't supposed to harm them, which he wouldn't, but the crowd didn’t know that. With that settled, the chuunin made some quick hand signs as he then blew three fire balls up into the air, however these fire balls were moderately close to the crowd, which would most likely make them startle. And so it did, the explosions caused the crowd to turn towards Samaruo, they glared towards him in anticipation and disbelief. Samaruo too gazed back at them, realizing that they were just about his age, they were all merely teenagers. Samaruo took a few steps closer; his chuunin outfit shinned in the light as the ray shined on him. An angel appeared to help, by the looks of it.
As he stood there, waiting to hear what the problem was, one of the members of the crowd stood up. He walked towards Samaruo, his walk carried the heavy weight of anger. Samauro could tell, because of his sharingan, watching his every step. The man explained to Samaruo about how they as a group felt like they were being repressed, looked down upon because of their clan. Samaruo continued to look upon the man, until finally a key symbol was revealed to him, the senju emblem. The surprised Samaruo looked at the emblem, how could the Senju be suppressed, the prime founder of the village was in fact of senju origin? Samaruo decided to investigate this matter even further; he would walk with the gentlemen through the crowd, all the way to the front gates. What Samaruo would be up against, he did not know, only that it maybe something he was all too familiar with? Once he got there, he would see two guards in front of the gate, only two, weird he thought. As soon as the guards spotted Samaruo’, well his Sharingan, he was instantly taken into by the guards, who were in fact Uchiha themselves. Samaruo would ask what was going on, “Whats all this about, this mod stretches from here to the damn Market?” Samaruo demanded to know what the problem was; it was his duty as a chuunin. The guards would hold their place as they would tell Samaruo that they couldn’t allow the senju parade to happen, as long as they stood there post. Samaruo raised and eye brow upon hearing this. “Why is that, is there something outside the walls you all can’t handle?” Then, one of the guards walked up closely towards him, explaining the situation.
As the guard spoke to Samaruo, the words would echo through his head. “Listen, we cannot allow anyone to disturb the grounds outside these walls. We know the location of where these Senju are going to hold their parade, but those grounds are now under the control of a huge beast. If we let them go they will get slaughtered. We would tell them, but then we would be at the mercy of the Senju Clan leader… The Senju parade had never been held off since the first parade, giving thanks to the First Hokage.” A pause In between would begin, as the guard would let Samaruo grasp hold of the situation. Samaruo nodded his head, a he knew what he had to do. The beast had to be stopped, already the crowd grew more violent, full of hate of the would be oppression. Samaruo would not o alone, for he too was a lone ninja, and if the guards said that the beast was a very powerful, then Samaruo would need all the help he could get. Samaruo would now get to try out his new sword, Selene, a very powerful moon sword.
“All right, I’ll go set out to deal with the beast; however, I will need some of your men to accompany me. If you said that this beast was a powerful as you say it is, I will need more of your men to take it down. Once the situation has been settled, I will send someone back to alert you, until then; do not let anyone into these doors.” Once Samaruo was finished talking, he would signal two of the guards to come with them, they followed without delay, they would do anything to end this riot. When the men would arrive next to Samaruo, the guards would open the gates slightly, only to a point where Samaruo and the other two guards would have enough room to slip through. This way, it would lessen the chances of the mob attempting to overpower the guards, breaking free out of the village, something that nobody wanted. And so they went, Samaruo and a pair of guards followed him in dealing with the beast. As they continued their travel, the terrain became more rugged, the earth torn apart by something, what could have caused such destruction, the beast? The two guards behind Samaruo chatted talked about the same thing, wondering if they should turn back, but now wasn’t the time for such faltering, they had a job to do. Samaruo too wondered how the beast would be like, and then a thunderous roar would come out of now where. The three shinobi stopped instantly, surveying their surroundings to see if they could spot the beast. But neither of them could see it, till Samaruo viewed upon the terrain with his active sharingan, his eyes scanning the field till something caught his gaze. Soon after the loud thumping would follow till out of the trees that embroidered the path came the monster itself.
The monster was well above 10 feet tall; its green scales covered its entire body, except his belly that was of light brown color, a soft texture to add. Its eyes were blood shot red, similar to Samaruo’s sharingan, only that the hate that was teeming from them matches his sharingan, in fact it was much stronger. Its arms and legs were muscle, well built, with razor sharp claws that were ready to carve up anything in its path, to satisfy its owner. Where did these beasts come from, who knows, Samaruo had to defeat this foe or else the village would be in danger. The guards simply stood behind him, backing him up it seems as they would wait for him to take the first strike or give a command. Samaruo, watching as the beast landed on the ground, his heightened senses kicking in, placed his right hand on the hilt of Selene, drawing it out in a quick fashion, now pointing the blade towards it as he ran up against the beast. Hesitant thought surfaced within the mind of Samaruo, how would he take down this hulk of nature, how? The men followed as well, matching the footsteps of their Uchiha leader. Suddenly, The beast would brace itself, coming on all fours as it would summon a great amount of water in its mouth, drops of water was the hint as they cascaded down from its mouth. Samaruo, his sharingan eyes taking note of this, yelled at his crew, “Evade!”, Samaruo following his won orders dashed to the right, with the other dashing towards the left. The blast then erupted from its mouth, the pressure of the blast would have surly knocked either of them out if they were hit by this blast. What power Samaruo thought, would they need back up he wondered, clearly this beast was not normal at all. The two other guards then formed handsigns in a speedy manner, “Its time to roast this thing!”, one of them yelled, hinting that they would now use Fire style jutsu. But the beast would react sooner than expected; now it was dashing towards the guards, at full speed. Samaruo’s sharingan was even having trouble tracking it, but nevertheless, he could still track it. Samaruo would then charge at the beast as well, now running towards it at great speed, but at an angle, so that if the fire jutsu would be successfully used he wouldn’t be caught in the cross fire, he hoped. The guards yelled in fury, but the beast over shadowed it with its yell, and a swift yet power strike of its arms tearing the two guard’s chest all at once, such power. Samaruo seeing this caused great anger, his anger now being channeled at the beast as he would attempt to stab the great entity, but the beast would prove to have the upper hand. The same arm used to slice the guards now aimed at Samaruo. Yes the blade did go through the beast arm, a slight grunt was made but Samaruo would stil be push back, losing his grip on the sword as well. He was sent flying towards a tree, hitting it violently, but due to his body’d durability, he managed to stay conscious. Lifting his head slow up at the beast, his body now lying on the floor on his right arm. The beast slowly mad his way, channeling more and more water into its mouth, preparing to deal the final blow, it seemed to be the end for Samaruo. Then, the beast yelled out loudly as the stream of water would make its way towards the down Samaruo, Samaruo now staring into defeat, was this it? Suddenly, the earth below him would quickly give out, moving downwards towards the center of the earth. Samaruo did not know what was going on, but this action did allow him to evade the furious attack. Soon after, he saw a man slowly descend towards him, hovering like, who was he wondered. After hearing a few words from the man, Samaruo’s vision would finally fade, his body now needing to rest.
Now waking up, his body now recharge with little energy he needed to observe his surrounding, surveyed his setting. He didn’t know where he was or how he got here, until vivid flashes of his previous fight with the beast flooded his mind, the horrid images they were. What happened to his team he wondered, or more importantly how much time pasted since then, this was not like Samaruo at all. Looking around some more he noticed that he was on a bed, unbound, unchained to anything, but he knew he wasn’t in the village, more like a cavern. The walls were marked with strange images, before he could get a good look at him, a nearby voice would appear out of nowhere, till the presence of a man would be noticed, his garbs fluttering from the shadows. “It has been long since I have been in the presence of an Uchiha, but never would I have thought to save one from death.” Samaruo looked at the shadowy figure, while lying in the bed he would speak, “Who are you?” Samaruo would like to know his savior, yes, without his intervention; Samaruo would have had a different outcome. But why did he, he would wait to see as to who this person was, maybe someone he knew, no, Samaruo would have sensed it by now. The figure would step out of the shadow, revealing himself to the Uchiha, an old man that wore armor of the old times. “I am Okai Senju, and I saved you only because you happened to be in the way, nothing more. Besides that, taking on the beast without any earth style jutsu was pretty foolish.” The man hinting that he had fought the beast before, but Samaruo didn’t not only take that into note, but realized that he may be used for a purpose by the old man. Samaruo raised himself slight, sitting up on the bed as he would reply, “I thank you Okai, but I can’t agree to such reason. There must be another reason why you saved me, why you went out of your way to do so. You say that the beast can only be taken down with earth style jutsu, why didn’t you do so, unless you already have?” His face directed towards the old man, waiting to see what he would say next, but was met with a cold shoulder. “You have 3 hours to recover and deal with that beast, before your village would send more reinforcements to deal with it, more unprepared forces.” Okai then left the room to the Uchiha, leaving him to think on what to do next, the choice was Samaruo’s alone. Samaruo looking down as his hands, the palms facing up towards him, how could he have failed, but he couldn’t have known that the beast was weak towards Earth style jutsu, he was unprepared, his whole team was. Earth style jutsu he thought, he attempted to move his hands a little, they moved without fail, a sign that prompted him to prepare himself for the battle to come. Samaruo’s eyes would turn dark red, the three tomoe forming within his pupil, it was time to begin.
The old man now walking the corridors of the cavern, peaked into his room Samaruo was being kept. Looking in would witness an Uchiha at work, he was channeling his chakra into the ground as he stood in a stance. His hands now making the ram sign he kept his pose still, only forced in transferring his chakra into the ground, Earth, so that he could learn this earth element release. This was not his third element, for he has already mastered his fire and water elements pretty well. Samaruo would have never thought of learning such an element, only to keep the one’s he need for they were the only ones he would need. Okai would nod a bid, but Samaruo would not see it for his back was turned towards the door. Okai knew he made the right choice to save the Uchiha, he had grown far too old to deal with the beast. He had been holding the beast within this very cavern for a long time, for he could not kill it. The best could not be killed because of its amazing healing factor, cut an arm or leg, even the head, and it would grow a new one, with the severed ligament dissolving into dust. That was why he chose to secure it down here, though how it escaped was a complete mystery. Samaruo then focused his chakra even more into the ground, till he called Okai over to him. “Okai, I would like to request your assistance”, He said as he released his hand sign, it was needed if he was to learn this element. Oaki raised an eye brow as he walked over towards Samaruo, wondering on why he would need his help. Then, he realized why the Uchiha was trying to do, the clever boy he was. “I see, you are going to use your sharingan to copy one of my Earth style techniques, only to have it used as practice, very resourceful. At first I thought it would be impossible for you to accomplish this feat, but with your handy sharingan, I can see you doing such that in no time.” Samaruo nodded his head in respect, taking the man’s words to ear, as he would need all the help he could get to task down this beast. But what jutsu would the old man have that Samaruo needed; he couldn’t just copy them all could he? “Yes Okai, I need you to show me an Earth style jutsu that I can use against this beast. I would be most gratefully if you would show me one of great power.” Samaruo would then bow towards Okai, regardless of the height difference. Okai would bow as well; the two would then lift their heads up as they would train together.
The room was filled with the sound of shifting hands, both shinobi clapping and moving their hands to perform the jutsu. The walls and rubble on the dirt hard floor would move to this, as the chakra that teemed from both of them was strong indeed. The Uchiha’s eyes were active the whole time, taking in every detail of what was going on, what Okai was doing. The jutsu was long and tedious to use, for it required a lot of chakra to use as well as quick hands. This was the jutsu he would use against the beast, until he would finally capture it. While the two was training, Okai was informing Samaruo about the beast, its healing factor and what the animal was capable of. The beast’s origin was even unknown to Okai, but due to the numerous fights that he had against it, he had gathered a lot of information about it. While training, a loud thunderous roar would be heard, the beast was active once again, it was time for Samaruo to take it down. Samaruo then stopped, he walked over to gather his things since he was wrapped in cloth and bandages, and he grabbed his sword, chuunin armor, and his hand band too. Now, Samaruo was wearing his chuunin attire, along with everything else he had when he first met the beast, it was the rematch Samaruo waited for. Okai walked over to Samaruo, “Remember that it is this jutsu you must use first, then the other secondly in conjunction. This must be how it is if you are to secure the beast, come, I will show you where he will be placed”, Okai now walking out the room into the hallway, Samaruo curiously following. The two walked the seemingly endless hallway; Samaruo looked at the walls, the pictures to be exact. It was all clear now that he was back to health, markings of Senju and Uchiha alike. Samaruo asked Okai about this, wondering what these caverns were. “This cavern Okai, what is this place? Its full of not only Senju marking, but of the Uchiha clan as well.” Okai kept quiet at first, but then answered once they arrived at the lower room, “These caverns belonged to someone, someone I don’t know. All of this was as they were when I got here, but one thing is for sure, these caverns had to belong to an Uchiha. This room here will prove just that”, the room that they were now in displayed an artwork on the wall, a huge one at that. It was a man; hair like Samaruo’s long and black, going past the man’s neck. The Man was dressed in similar armor as Okai, in fact an exact copy of it. Who was this man Samaruo wondered, was it him he thought, no, if it was then these caves date back further than the volcanic eruption that almost wiped the planet clean of human life. Okai walked over to a large pen looking area, the shaft drop was definitely deep, too deep to see any light from down there, a place he wouldn’t want to go. “This holding pen, this was used to house the beast, but somehow he escaped, the claws Samaruo. Like I said, the beast never had claws like you described. It is possible that the beat underwent some form of metamorphoses, which was highly unaccounted for.” Okai took a deep breath as he gazed at the marking on the shaft walls; it was the claws that did it. “See up there”, both the shinobi in the room looked up, the sealing marked with a black tape border. “When you use the jutsu, the beast should drop down from there in that exact spot, down the shaft once again. Only this time I will apply a sealing trap on the ceiling, which will activate when the creature drops down, if you are on the right spot Samaruo.” Okai’s gaze turned towards Samaruo, seeing if he got the plan, Samaruo gazed met Okai in confirmation. “I understand Okai, when I used the just the beast will fall downwards towards the shaft, but not before the seal activates, binding the beast in entanglement that it cannot break out of.” Samaruo would then wait for Okai to continue further, the plan had to go down without a hitch, perfectly if the village would remain safe. Okai smiled as he would use different hand signs, till the ground beneath Samaruo lifted, suspending him upwards towards the ceiling, the ceiling above him moved as well, opening a square like hole in the wall. While being lifted towards the hole in the wall, Samaruo noticed that he never noticed or found out the entrance to the caverns, he would never see Okai again. “Take care Okai”, Samaruo said as he would disappear within the Earth, a few words would come from Okai, but Samaruo would be too far up to hear him, it was time to defeat the beast, and bring an end to this once and for all.
Upon rising to the surface of the earth, he noticed that it was still bright as day, not much time had passed since his instant recovery, not that much anyway. Samaruo then used his enhanced chakra senses, as well as his sharingan to pin point the beast location. The beast had been around here not too long ago, so it couldn’t have gone far. Gazing around his environment, he would then sense the beast making its way towards the direction of the village, Samaruo instantly dashed off towards its direction, hoping to intercept the beast’s tracking in time. His leaps and sprinting through the forest led him towards a blank trail, was he ahead of the beast already, or did him completely go the wrong way. Then, thumbs would be heard from behind him, as well as the growl of hunger, he was hear. This time, he would be the victor; he now knew the weakness of the beast, Samaruo turning towards the advancing beast, but not before weaving a couple of hand signs. Samaruo then clapped both of his hands down to the ground, his knees bent while doing such action. The floor 5 feet away from hi would erupt from with spikes, dashing towards the beast as great speeds. The spikes hitting the beast with numerous amounts, the beast shuddered as it tried to stay up. This however was not the place to take down the beats, using the jutsu to secure it. With each step Samaruo took, he performed the earth jutsu once again, and again, and again. The objective was to lure the beast back towards the spot, so that it would be in place for the trap. Determination filled the eyes of Samaruo, each hit on the beast was payback for murdering the guards of the village, and the beast had to be stopped. While reaching the area, he would then weave a different set of hand signs, after which he then slammed a signal palm on the ground, which would cause the ground to shake beneath the beast. The beast familiar with this same tactic as it was used before by Okai, let out a ravenous roar of defeat, finally it was done. The ground gave out as the beast plummeted down to the very core, or shaft, the seal activating which let out bands and bands of blue electric wrappings. Securing the beast from head to toe, Okai, viewing the spectacle cheered in happiness; at last his Senju brethren can celebrate their parade, as he knew this all along. Samaruo drooped to his knees as the deed had been done, the just he performed was of low rank, and he could in fact perform the feat all day if he could, but due to his low stamina, he just had to take a breather every now and then. He watched as the whole sealed back up, Okai’s doing, he would never see the old man again, never learn from him as it was he who taught him how to use the earth element. The earth element he thought, Samaruo had unlocked the element in a timely matter, what else could he do he wondered, Samaruo made a couple more hand signs as he slammed it down to the ground, tiny earth shards would rise out from the ground 5 feet in front of him, dashing towards the other tree in front of them. A useful jutsu, but earth style was not really his style at all, fire was his clan element. Anyways, it was time to report back to the gates, where he would return with the sad report, thought the mission was completed, and the cost was very dear, very dear indeed. Samaruo picked himself up and made his way towards the village, his head tilted downwards, he hated losing people on his watch, it reminded him of Irou.
While returning back to the village, the roar from the mob was still active and loud, but it would soon end with the news he had. The gates opened slightly as the guard from before would return, asking him what happened. “Samaruo what happened, did you take care of it?” The guard’s eyes widened as he only expected to hear the answer he wanted, well today, he would. Samaruo lifted his head slowly, “Yes, It has been taken care of. But, I couldn’t protect them; the other guards did not make it.” The guard would look at Samaruo strangely, as what he said made no sense. “The guards that you refer to, Reko, and Senbonikio are in the hospital. It was truly a miracle how they crawled all the way to the gates, we were going to send help. But the way they were talking, it was as if it was a demon”, The guard finished. Samaruo was glad to see that they were alright, well, alive that is. Samaruo then gave the order to let the Senju out, letting them have their parade, as for Samaruo he made his way back into the village. He decided that he would take the rest of the day off, he figured that he deserved it. But, Samaruo’s mind fell back on Okai, who was he, was a member of this village? There was only one way to find out, Samaruo made his way towards his office, seeing if he could look up on Okai.
After a few turns and lefts he finally made his way to the office, after entering the always busy building of the leaf village. Upon walking into his office, he would then sit down at his desk, reaching for the folders that were inside the desk, he would look through them. He would search in the Os, the most obvious place to search, but surprisingly found nothing that matched or even referred to Okai, strange he thought. He placed his hand on the desk, which happened to be of stone carving. The desk shook a little, due to his new found earth abilities, earth release would have to be used some time. Samaruo could now use Fire, water, and earth elements, his abilities were growing. Samaruo felt kind of disappointed that he could not find any information on that person, who he was, or where he had come from. That was the first Senju he felt that he could become friends with. Then, while mixed in the same thought, pulled out the book from pocket and laid it out on his desk, funny how he managed to find himself back into this book. Though, this book did teach him a few things, he even met a Senju today. Samaruo lay back in his chair, his rolling chair. So much he had accomplished today, He saved a group a Senju from being destroyed, learned the earth element, and even made friends with a Senju. He closed his eyes for a minute, only a few second really. His life had a lot of twist and turns, Samaruo thought, how would he see himself in the future, how? For now, he would just focus on the now, as he planned to take the jounin exams, which were going to follow up right after the chuunin exams. Opening his eyes, Samaruo would make his way towards the exit, turning off the lights as he walked back home. It was dark now, most Anbu and such were now patrolling the city walls, keeping thje city safe. Samaruo laughed at how he fantasied at becoming part of the Anbu, such a misguided dream, perhaps it was power he craved during that time. Even though he said he wouldn’t become like those other blood thirst Uchiha , yet everyday he was gaining power, more power. What was next after this, would he learn more jutsu, another element perhaps? Who knows, but Samaruo knew one thing, he would try his best to stay true to himself, just like the previous Hokage told him to be.
Finally arriving home, Samaruo would dump himself on the bed; he was totally out of it, his figure spread out across the bed. He had locked the door before he threw himself, so there was no getting up after this. He also didn’t mind sleeping with his armor and weapons on as he had done so many times in the past. He wondered how it was like, to run a village like this, how Viper made all this possible. Viper, Samaruo could use his advice now, his wisdom was truly helpful as it helped him change his ways. Samaruo never cared for authority, he practically disrespected Viper in his face, but lucky he was a man of great patience. Would he every meet him again, this did not know kage he did not know, nor did he want to get to know him, Samaruo wanted to talk to Viper, his role model. Samaruo nodded off, until one more thought crossed his head, the earth release element. Thought Samaruo had stress that he would not use this earth release element, he couldn’t help but stop thinking about it. With that, he planned that tomorrow he would try out some earth techniques, maybe he would grow to like he, but he highly doubted that. Samaruo liked to cast genjutsu on others, and use fire style jutsu too. His eyes began to shut as he continued on about what he would do, the possibilities were endless, but what could you expect? Samaruo was an Uchiha, born to fight as the clan stereotype of would, though that was something Samaruo did not neglect. So, it was decided, after a quick rest, Samaruo would head towards the field once more to use his new found Earth techniques.
