Training 00

From the last time Yuri could remember, most of her assignments usually involved her agility. Knowing that freedom has its price, she embarks on a little training session for herself. She headed for the town as usual.

On her way, a group of Samurais were heading to the town as well. Knowing that they were worthy trainers but still not the ones who will normally train her. Something came up to her mind quickly as she proceeded to the town faster to ensure that she reached before them. She knows how much is available for sprints as warm-ups as she decides to stop at the town entrance. This is it. Yuri thought to herself as she picks up her pace.

As soon as she arrives at the town, she ran to an empty alley and dashes up to the roof of a shop. The plan started with her taking a rest while looking out for the group of Samurais. She knows they are the type who will come up to the rescue and found the type of prey to deal with within 3 minutes. All it takes now is for the heroes to appear.

As time passes by, her enthusiasm picks up as there were more desired targets since the time for workers to knock off starts sending groups and groups of workers for her to prey on. Being tired themselves is considered a bonus to her. In the big crowd, the notable Samurais finally appeared with their flashy leather armor as Yuri begins.

Yuri keep her footsteps in line with targets as she tries to move to a position nearer to the front view of the Samurais. To make sure that she looks suspicious, she keeps turning her head around in an attempt to get more attention. As she was finally in a clear view for the Samurais, she went behind a man and thrust her hand right into where his wallet is. Yuri shoved the man immediately to avoid more attention as the Samurais acted accordingly and shouted for her to stop. Lots of head turned around as Yuri grabs the edge of a roof with a jump and climbs up to run, hoping that the pursuers were worthy opponents.

There were 5 Samurais on the scene, 4 were only fast enough to make it to the victim to confirm the stolen items. From her senses, only 1 of them followed suit and went to the roof. With that confirmed, Yuri made sure that she was fast enough to isolate him away from the others. She tried to remain on sight at first, but realizing that she could expect more from the pursuer. She ran to the factories which were all closed by this time.

As her time on the roof came to an end, her contact with the ground saw the first strike from the Samurai's boots. She got caught off guard and could only manage to block his kick and flew to pile of burnt wood. With his prey on all fours, the Samurai rushes forward in order to stop her from getting up by doing a stab. This is only met by a kick on onto his blade as Yuri threw a piece of burnt wood to his face. Knowing that this would act as an diversion. The Samurai went ahead with a stomp as Yuri pushes herself to do a leg sweep before the stomp could land on her. The Samurai was nearly on the verge of victory as he falls down, seeing Yuri trying to escape, he stabs his sword to the ground and gains balance immediately to give continue the chase.

Yuri is fully aware of his strength by this point of time as she creates a few clones to fool him. The blade flew straight to the correct target as Yuri had to do a forward roll to dodge it. ****! Yuri regrets her action as she found out that the same trick used on him worked on her. He was already right in front of her as his fist brushes past her face losing her balance as a result making her crash at the a wooden wall. She knows the next hit will end her consciousness.

The wall went down with the next strike as the Samurai simply displayed a fine degree of strength. Sadly, he kicked onto a pointed piece of wood made of wood grains that distracted his vision. Although he simply needed to turned back to avoid his vision blocked. But this is enough for the moment as Yuri pushes herself with all her might with a kick aiming at his knee, immobilizing him. The Samurai stopped in his tracks and blocked the incoming upward kick. Yuri did a somersault backward immediately grabbed pebbles from the ground to block his vision once more. The same trick won't work! a slash threatened Yuri position immediately, forcing her to step back even further. It seems like i underestimated you the Samurai showed remarkable recovery as his right knee was used for his stance immediately. This is enough to trick Yuri into running again as she could see the attack radius of the blade expanded by tens of meters, making her jump to dodge and falling into his trap. Another slash came from the air. Yuri's eyes widened as her brain was peaked at thinking at the moment.

A deep line appeared at the teak factory grounds the next day.

The star jump posture did well in inflicting wounds Yuri as she escaped the chase successfully. She hopes that he is informed that the snatch was a feint to lure him into training her by now. Her fringe wasn't as fortunate as it was sliced away by the chakra flow of the extended blade. She realized that the stance was a bluff by this time when she wondered for a few hours figuring why the next attack did not come for her which might have ended her life. It might have been only a night but it reminded her of the fact that she is lacks in constant training to maintain her former self.

Yuri wander into the town once again finding some fun to cut herself some slack. Half of the able-bodies are working in factories to produce the needed necessities daily. Along some streets where the shop owner takes care of their child at the same time, children can seen chasing each other around without having to worry on anything and just stay happy. It is their parents who are the one having the real headache having to deal with customers and the safety of their darlings when shouting can be here to tell them not to wander off too far. Arguments are a common thing as well when customers do haggling at the prices of items, a match of both emotion and reasons, the one put to the test ultimately is always the owner.

Looking to the front, there was a commotion that got surrounded by a few dozens of bystanders. Wondering if it will be of any thrill, she heads up the roof and take a look. In the middle of the crowd, there are a few injured people with the man standing putting his arms on a "Fight Challenge Tour" banner. Yuri grinned at the kind of scene that challenger made as she jumps down right to the center of the crowd to try her luck.

The tall opponent is front of her lets go of the banner immediately and prepares his stance for a fight. Without further ado, Yuri does the same as well although it is not needed for her. The atmosphere of the crowd quite down for a few seconds. Yuri had no intention of starting the attack yet, On an early defense? The man smirked as he delivered his first blow to Yuri's surprise. Fast! Yuri moved a step to her right to avoid the punch but was caught off guard by the high kick that she flew a few meters back having not backing off in time. Getting back on feet from air is not a problem usually, while Yuri somersaults for that in air halfway through, she saw a hand coming for her face directly. She had to deal with it, which leaves the safety of landing uncertain as she grabs hold of his wrist with her right hand and pulled down trying to balance herself on his hand. It was at this moment her neck was grabbed and followed by her being raised up high. Yuri knew that she was gonna smash the ground hard if she didn't break his hold.

Not her best days again as the misjudge fro the start caused her problems. Yuri pondered for a split second as she was grabbed on air. She simply used her state of vulnerability and kicks him in the eye with her left leg, it worked as he rotated his head to the right. Her right leg was already right beside his head as he swings her down. Yuri used the force pushing her down as aid for her next move as she forgo breathing for seconds and bends her body backwards to let her hand land first, affecting the direction the slam. The seemingly slam turns to her advantage by now as her legs tightens its grip on his head and pulls him down, leaving the outcome a mess. The man got slammed lightly instead and Yuri was grasping for air for a few seconds before the 2 of them stood up, leaving the watchers cheering loud.

Yuri knows that she needs to buck up as fight resumes when he comes charging again. Not letting any moments to waste this time, Yuri waited for his first attack against and he goes for her gut this time round. As his attacks landed, she uses both of her hands to grip onto his punch. Without regards to be thought as a diversion, the man had already grabbed her head from the back to let the attack follow up with his knees. Yuri got kneed on her face as she struggles to block it with the grabbed fist, dealing considerate damage to her face. She was waiting for this moment as her legs gripped his attacking leg with force and shoves in an attempt to break his foot. Yuri used all her might on this attack knowing that she wouldn't stand a chance against him head-on and loses balance purposely. The man changes his expression as he came to realize that this was a trap and loses balance as the other leg was out of condition to move. He desperately tried to elbow her on the back of her head to knock her out but was too late as Yuri forces herself to recover as she steps the injured foot and jumped a few feet away ending up being partially hit on the gut by the elbow.

Yuri had little problems getting up although the attacks cost her. Her opponent endured the pain of his fractured foot to get back on his feet. Yuri did not allowed the entire process to finish as she speeds towards him and did a leg sweep on him to seal the win. She was mistaken as the man grabbed her leg and tossed her up in the air right above him. The pain didn't get the better of him as he recovered and waits for her to land. Yuri had the make the landing count as failure will make let her taste broken limps.

There was a second for thought which Yuri fully used it to her advantage. While unbalanced, she scans the area for any object roughly of her mass, there was a rubbish bin about 10 meters away. The time to get attacked is near, Yuri regains her composure for the final attack.

The moment she got within his reach, He uses both of his fist and hammers Yuri on her upper body and her thighs with his working knee prepared underneath. Just when everyone thought the man won again, rubbish flew out to block his vision as Yuri rushes in from the space between the crowd and did a kick aimed at his temple. The guy's vision blurred immediately and fell to the ground, knowing that he could still recover. Yuri went up fast and did a hard stomp on his temple again, knocking him out and sealing the win. The crowd applauded.
