Akina chuckled lightly, but at the same time, her eyebrows arched suspiciously. There was something...off about him, and she thought about using her Byakugan to see if he was using chakra, but she did not want to make him mad. She sighed a little. "I want you to be honest with me..." She whispered lightly.

Her silver eyes shifted upward to the moon. She wondered if it was too late to maybe get some training in. She had gotten stronger since that day, but to train now would be to disrupt the mood of things. Still, he seemed in a foul mood, and maybe some light training would be the thing to get him out of the sour mood he seemed to be in.

Her eyes hardened, and she slipped into a very loose fighting stance, but there was a smile on her face. "I'm intending for this to be for fun and not so serious. You seem to be in a damp mood, so I'd like to lighten it." Her voice was soft and filled with a strange emotion that she could not identify.

Viper looks strangely towards her, his other affair has been taken care of already, his mind put at more ease.
"I'm fine, just alot of stuff happened recently, mom is a sore spot also" Viper smiles softly, he sees her in a loose fighting stance, curiouse what she is planning.
"You don't plan to beat the happy in to me do you?" He teases sticking his tongue out at her.
Viper's mood is alot better now, memories of their time before coming back and becoming brighter, while their fight grows fuzzier in his mind, while he is with her he feels as if nothing can put him down,

Akina met his gaze with one of her own. Her chin was raised slightly. Her gaze was collected and calm. She thought she had learned some lessons since the fight they had in the training grounds. Her breath was slow and calm. She was pushing away her feelings for him just a little bit away. The girl smiled somewhat warmly. "Maybe...maybe I will." She stuck her own tongue out at Viper.

She motioned for him to come towards her. Her gesture was somewhat promising and her gaze was suggestive. Her stance was more prim and proper. It was more befitting a fighting stance of a royal or a noble person and not a lowly Genin. Sometimes, that is what scared her. Her status compared to Viper's was nothing to speak of, and the only thing that kept her even in the same league with Viper was her heritage running through her veins. "Do you think I could use a katana as an extension of my arm?" She kept her eyes on his.

Viper thinks over this, "I think a Katana would fit you perfectly to be honest."
Viper extends his left arm forward, his palm turns upwards, "Speaking of Katana, I want to show you something."
A flash of crimson forms in his palm, in but an instant there is now an abyssal black sheath clutched in his grasp, soft thin red streaks are scattered throughout the sheath.
Exiting the mouth of the sheath is the hilt of the blade adorned with jewels resembling that of the Sharingan eye, Viper's right hand softly makes its way to the hilt grasping it firmyl as he holds the sheath horizontally in front of him.
"This is a weapon my mother once used, and was left to me."
Viper says calmly, he pulls outwards with his right arm, a soft hissing sound accompanies the blade being drawn, the deep black color of the blade matches that of the void of space itself.
Viper after fully drawing the blade lowers his left arm to his side still gripping the sheath as he extends out his right arm in front of him holding the blade perfectly as if if was truly an extension of his arm.
"This is the blade my mother named Nightmare."

Akina watched sharply with her eyes. As the katana appeared, her jaw fell, and she felt tingles rise up in her hands. "So...your mother...made swords? From what I can see, there are few blades that are equal with that one you now hold." Akina had always had an interest in weapons, but such an interest was never encouraged in front of her uncle or aunt, though she vaguely remembered being taken to a blacksmith as a small child. Whoever was holding her was gentle and kind. She smoothed her hair over her one ear, looking down to the ground, so that Viper wouldn't see her tears in her eyes.

"I've never seen such a beautiful blade..." She forced her head to rise and stare at him. "Shall we dance, then?" She asked somewhat seriously.

"From the stories I heard, she had special ones forged for her. This blade here is one of two she made her trademark with, the other Echo has." Viper surprisingly has a big smile while talking about this part of his mother.
"She was revered as the greatest swords woman of her era, a trait Echo actually developed, I got her mastery over the Sharingan." Viper says with a soft chuckle thinking of the ways they are like their mom.

Viper watches as her head tilts downwards, he then hears her speak as her head lifts once more her face visible. For some reason her facial expressions speak of sadness, perhaps their mothers bring up a sad past for both of them.
Viper hears her offer him a dance, Viper raises his right eyebrow, his gaze shifts to his blade.
"I do not think you want to face this blade in combat, do you even have your own to use?" Viper questions curiously, from prior words he can tell she is interested in blades, it might be a good surprise for her if he were to have one forged as a gift.

"You mom sounds like she was an amazing woman." Her voice was gentle, but her eyes were pained. Unlike Viper, she never really heard stories about her mother, but she got the feeling that she was a strong woman.

As she heard Viper speak, her head shook slightly. "I'm fearless, Viper-kun, not stupid...don't confuse the two," she laughed lightly, "Only a fool would cross paths with that blade. It will obey its master appropriately, and even if you are not the greatest swordsman alive, no one would be able to tell with that blade you now hold." She turned her head from Viper for a moment. "I'm sorry...the Hyuuga aren't allowed to know such things...but that didn't stop me from sneaking out to the blacksmith a few times to watch him work. Though he offered me many beautiful blades, claiming I could be great with them, I always declined, though I observed him carefully." She smiled slightly. "I have tried to 'make' blades out of my chakra many times because of the blacksmith. He was a kind man."

Viper chuckles a bit as she says how he does not have to be good with a blade, and how this blade surly makes up for what he lacks, it slightly bothers him but he shows no signs that it does.
Viper cross his arm over his body bringing the sheath up, he slides the blade within the sheath putting the blade back in to its slumber, the blade vanishing in a flash of crimson.
"I never knew you liked swords so much" Viper thinks for a moment, and audible "hmmm" is produced while he thinks.
"Well how about we go get you one? This way you can practice with something your probably really good at." Viper smiles sweetly awaiting her response.
