Sayomi's Experiment (Ayama and Vretyel)

Ayama watched in awe at her partners fury. The Lightning sparking off him was a blatant misuse of her chakra but she knew he had no choice. He had little control at the moment and he was attempting to do as much damage as possible. Flipping over she practically crawled over to Vretyel, reaching into his bag and pulling out a Kunai she sawed frantically at the bonds as he strained against them they weakened and snapped. But the small movement had her panting with exhaustion already.

Sayomi stumbled back, completely startled and caught off guard. What was this, the girl actually had a demon within her? Sayomi jumped back as the strange demon cat lashed out. He instantly forgot all about his captives, and slipped gracefully into the true fighting style of the gentle fist. He eyed this new opponent with his active byakugan, and analyzed the strange creature.

It was made out of a dark chakra, seemingly connected by a mental bound inside of the girl's mind. This bond was invisible to his Byakugan eyes, but it's existence was obvious because of the response that had just occurred after turning on the receptor point.

Sayomi held out an outstretched palm out and another cupped at his side, prepared to destroy the demon that now stood in his path. With visible chakra needles protruding at his fingertips, Sayomi lunged forward with his left hand, aiming directly for the head of the beast. The Gentle Fist style would be devastating to a creature made of chakra, and if his analysis was correct, it would drain the host of such a beast exponentially.

"We... have... to.... go" she gasped, panting between each word, "Hisoka ..will... distract... him ..for as long ...as he ...can." she was gasping now but she tried to move into an upright position, mindful of the agony racking her body with each movement.

This was the chance that he needed to get out out. What was that thing? What, who? Was that Hisoka, the partner that Ayama was talking about? How was he able to come out now? what did HE DO!? Vretyel had so many questions that he wanted to know, but he had more dire things to attend to. He had to focus all of his energy on getting out of the cave with Ayama. But what about the cat? Was the cat going to be ok? He couldn't think, he couldn't speak, he just ran. Vretyel did not have enough strength to fight Hyuga, so he needed to run and get out as he was fighting this demon cat.

When the vines were off of him he picked himself up, Coughing up blood and bruised from head to toe with the hits of the Hyuga's experimentation. Along the way he was able to pick up his gloves and get out of there, with the two kunais in hand. If he could get to Crimson, maybe he could get out this alive. HE took ayama and wrapped his arm around her, going as fast as they could to the entrance of the cave, taking note of all the surroundings around him. Seeing if he could do anything to stop the boy if need be. He noticed one thing though, a small rock that seemed to be holding up a few large boulders near the entrance of the cave, and Vretyel thought he would have enough Strength with Ayamas help to pull it down, giving the two to them some time to escape as he moved all the rocks away. But he needed to make sure of one thing first.

"IS.....your.....cat....going.....to.....be alright?" Coughing up blood in the process.

Hisoka growled, eyeing the chakra needles nervously, he had felt the pain and damage they had done to his partner, even now her system was screwed up. The lightning was just a show, in fact the demonic looking feline was quite weak. No where near his normal rate. He tracked Ayama through the mental bond watching with half his mind as the one called Vretyel helped her out of the cave. Good, she was indredibly weak, and he was draining chakra fast. She would need her teammates help.

He glared hotly at the Hyuuga, he wanted so dearly to make the boy pay for all he had put Ayama through, but he just couldn't he wasn't strong enough. Still he was the distraction. Lightning crackled as he snarled and lunged again, feinting mostly, trying to find an in. His claws were razor sharp as he swiped repeatedly at the Hyuuga, advancing, making himself seem big to try and make the Hyuuga retreat. At the same time he moved between the boy and the exit, blocking Ayama and Vretyel from view.

"Just go," he shouted mentally, "I will be fine I can dissipate."

"IS.....your.....cat....going.....to.....be alright?" Coughing up blood in the process.

Ayama nodded her head slowly, her chakra was draining quickly and her body was screaming with pain. She was starting to feel sluggish and drunk almost.

"He can.. return to me.. just seal it," she growled, scrambling to stand upright. She wanted to see the bastard die.

With visible chakra needles protruding at his fingertips, Sayomi lunged forward with his left hand, aiming directly for the head of the beast.

Sayomi's strike hit the demon right between the eyes, and thusly the beast's chakra was interrupted immensely. The girl would no doubt feel even more chakra being drained from her as Sayomi's blow would force the cat to regenerate. This demon was as weak as the girl, and despite it's attempt to look scary, all fear of it immediately vanished. It attempted to make itself look big, swiping repeatedly at him with his dark paws. Every swing was easily dodged as Sayomi dipped his head back and forth, this cat was clearly weak and slow.

With another powerful jab, Sayomi's hand shot out at the demon again, attempting to completely dissipate the beast within the next couple blows. If the cat managed to somehow dodge the first attack, Sayomi would throw another series of Gently Fist jabs, all aiming for the cat in an attempt to eliminate the solidified chakra. As his target was clearly weak and low on power, it was doubtful that it would stand up to Sayomi's superior fighting ability.

Unfortunately his captives had already almost escaped, putting Sayomi in a frustrating position. They seemed to be attempting to block off the entrance of the cave, which would buy them the much needed time to get away. It would seem that his experimental subjects and potential converts would escape, but at least he had already gotten the information he needed out of both of them.

Vretyel, with Ayama's help, took the small rock away from the cave, which caused a chain reaction on dropping tens of boulders on the top of the cave. As the Hyuga was fighting the demon cat he was collapsed inside his experimental chamber. Because of the amount of rocks and the and weight of them all it would be some time for him to catch up to Ayama and Vretyel. Ayama was completely knocked out from what to seemed to be the use of all of her chakra. So With the rest of his regaining strength he walked, trudged, and battled on as far he could.

[2 Hours later]

Vretyel was completely destroyed, He was far away enough from the chamber, over a mile, away, and The Hyuga would have little luck in getting to them any time soon. But there was no possible way that he could go any further with Ayama. If he left Ayama in a secure place he knew that she would not be caught, he felt it would be alright for him to get back to the village and report what happening. HE was not happy with himself for doing it, but it was what needed to be done, so Vretyel left her in a safe location and ran as fast he could back to Konoha.

[Sayomi stole x1 Kunai Knife from Ayama XD]

Hisoka howled in agony, backpedaling away from the Hyuuga. His face was a mess, the strike had disrupted the flow of chakra and the solid form underneath was exposed in skeletal glory. He drew on more chakra forcing the smokey fur to congeal back over his face. He felt a startling drop in Ayama's chakra levels but before he could worry about it the Hyuuga returned fire.

He ducked under the first one, his impressive lightning aura fading to nothing. His glow died and his yellow eyes dimmed as the lack of chakra began to take its toll. The Hyuuga began to strike in quick succession, and Hisoka continued to dodge the best he could. Then finally one strike landed on his shoulder, he keened, trying to twist away but was too late. Another strike hit him in the neck and he exploded into smoke, a resonating cry of pain echoing through the cave.

Meanwhile outside Ayama was helping Vretyel tear down the cave. The walls began to crumbled, the rock alling down just as the second strike made Hisoka falter. She gasped and slumped over, clenching the dirt as she fought for consciousness. But the battle was lost as Hisoka was struck again and dissipated. She screamed once before everything went dark.

As the demon dissipated Sayomi took a deep breath. His victims had escaped, but as he walked out of the cave he felt no need to track down the fleeing Genin. Sayomi had work to do and training to accomplish with his new knowledge.
