(Viper hears him bring up the possibility of being denied, he also hears the words that follow and how they are worded, he selects to ignore it for now but this will warrant a form of surveillance upon the boy. Does this mean I'll be beeped every time I'm near your office lol, jk)

Samaruo listened to Viper's words, especially the part about how the eyes were mention to be some sort of second chance. Samaruo never viewed them in such a way, to Samaruo, those words were the epitome of wisdom. "I... Never view them as a second chance, that's a much better way of looking at them, versus my opinion. I'll try and see them as you say, a second chance". however, the request from Samaruo was denied, he would not become part of the ANBU. In his mind he felt shocked at first, he though that he was heading into the right direction. But them Samaruo discarded the feeling, he came here to repair his impression with the Kage, and it seemed such has been done.
But Viper also said that he will keep his eye on Samaruo, and mentioned many other things. Samaruo felt that maybe the Kage might give him something more, his words might lean towards such theory.
"I understand, if I'm not ready, then I'm not ready. I wouldn't feel right if I was promoted to such rank if I didn't deserve it, and I know that such actions are way far beneath you. Like you said, in time I might prove myself enough so that I can be granted my request. But I'll be wary of what you said about the ANBU.
Samauro, now looking at each other, with the same eye as the Hokage now asked him one last thing. "I know that this was only our second meeting, but I can tell that you are full of wisdom. Now that I look back, I can imagine why I question you. Wait, I remember". Samaruo didn't like authority that demand respect, but since Samaruo had met Viper, things were different now. Samaruo would then take a few steps towards the door, and stop in the middle of the office he was now facing the door. "if I needed more of your wisdom, to help me become more like y..". Samaruo stopped himself before he could finish his sentence, he didn't want to show the kage that he had already influence Samaruo to such a high degree. "hmm, to become more like the ninja that I could become, could I come here again"? Samaruo now waited.

I figured it was not meant as such, but still with Viper being threatened with assassinations constantly that is a very bad thing to say, haha.
Nah, just means Viper will constantly have either himself, or a clone watching you in Asgard on the big screen :D]

Viper looks upon the boy, a soft smirk now graces his lips, he can see that the boy has changed even just a bit by talking to him, perhaps in time he can change the blood stained clan they both belong to.
"If you need guidance for anything, I'll be here." With this Viper's smirk shifts to that of a soft smile, he recalls everything he has been through in his life. Everything he has lost, and everything he has gained flows through his mind, his life experience surprisingly has crafted him in to the man he is today, both the good and the bad.
It is ironic to think that Viper is truly only thirteen years old in the body of his twenty one year old self, his maturity and knowledge of the world making it seem impossible that he is so young, but this he keeps known only to but a few people.

Relief comfort Samaruo as he was now assured that words of advice would be available. Samaruo now walked towards the door, but he kept his sharingan active still. Normally he would deactivate them when he was in the public, but now he felt more comfortable with them, he no longer cared for stereotypic comments any longer. In order to help others, he would need to help himself first. Before he left te office, he made a remark to Viper. " Good bye, lord hokage", Samaruo said with a smile on his face.

The Viper in the office casts him a soft nod upon his exit, it returns to the paperwork in the office.
Meanwhile the true Viper within another world has been observing the events in his office, a soft smirk upon his lips at how potentially another Uchiha may rise above their bloodstained past.
His hands form the clone seal as two puffs of smoke form at each side of his throne, perfect kage bunshin replicas, his power of reality shifts their state the same as the ones before replinishing their chakra and his own while stripping away the links between them that makes them but copies, they are semi-sentient beings with Viper leaving only one real link to them, the power to disperse them at will, the clones upon death still retain their base functions but aside from this they are fully living replicas of Viper, three now wait for orders in his world while he looks over many events.
