The Realm
It is here in the realm of Asgard the self proclaimed god of the world Viper Kamu Uchiha resides, his arrogance since gaining this world has risen to new heights, it is rare to have him even leave the world anymore instead having "clones" stationed in his place.
Viper at this point is standing upon his balcony which extends off his throne room in the truly hellish castle he has now shifted it in to, shades of black, red, and silver color the structure that stretches high in to the sky.
The pits of lava around the castle circle it like a moat, his eternal eyes gaze down upon the hellish landscape he has twisted to his will. Black flames burn freely upon the ground, the black sun above bearing a crimson border casts its glow upon the lands through the thick clouds.
A dense forest is visible in the north from his castle, the area known as "The Forest of Torment", a separate space within his world that he shapes to his will. The trees within the forest look decayed, from the branches seemingly corpses grow with still beating hearts, disfigured corpses are seemingly melded with the trees vines wrapping around their necks.
At the core of the Forest of Torment now resides the living senju clone tree, white masses growing from the branches, a large vine with a black lotus flower holds Viper's Gedo Mazo next to the tree, the statue sitting cross legged atop the fully bloomed flower.
To the east is what Viper has named "The Shrine of Rebirth", within the large temple is many objects, at the core room in the shrine is a flat slab altar, laying upon it is the soul amethyst body of Viper Kamu Uchiha, the body within seemingly an eternal slumber until it receives Viper's soul upon death, the body being the perfect age of 21.
Around the body is many urns along the wall, each one with something unique sealed within, or left empty for the time being.
Within the throne room of his massive castle Viper has many monitor windows created to look over the otherworld, a window created to monitor each of his clones within the realm world, and all of the lands he owns, even one specifically for his sister Primrose, and his future bride Akina.
Along the wall in front of his throne three modified Kage Bunshins are stationed awaiting for orders, each without movement or a single word, Viper returns to his throne and views the monitors once more to see if he is needed, and to survey the events going on in the world.

Creating the Army
"One person can not be everywhere at once", that is the problem with most Shinobi.
A man can not be at home with his family, while at war to defend his home.
A man can not be away on business, and home protecting his family at the same time.
These are the issues that have plagued the lord for some time, he could not travel without leaving Konohagakure no Sato at risk, he could not risk going to meetings without the risk of attack or betrayal, now he has the perfect plan to all but erase that issue entirely.
The plan has been in beta phase for some time but it seems to of gone off without a hitch, his clones have been sent out to act as stand ins at key locations in the world, this not only ensures his safety, but that of the lands when they know the owner is present.
His eyes are upon the three clones residing within his world, he has each one of them form the clone seal and replicate themselves perfectly, nine Kage Bunshins now in his world, their chakra replenished instantly upon creation.
Viper plans out what he will need for the future, his brother is off traveling, the ninja in Konohagakure no Sato have no doubt grown softer due to the current peace he has brought about, a replacement needs to be created.
With a simple thought the clones repeat the process until there is one hundred and one clones created, when the room gets to the point no more can be within they line up in the hall, their chakra automatically replenished upon creation same as the originals.
Viper looks over this army, one that no doubt could take over an entire nation, but what is the point when the world is slowly moving towards peace? Of coarse, it does not hurt to have your own precautions in time of such fragile relations.
Viper commands fifty of the clones to use the henge no jutsu that they have mastered to take on the form of an average sized crow, their form manipulated so it is stuck in that form unless willed out of it via the perfect henge no jutsu whilst they remain all powers they have in their human state.
The flock of fifty crows fly forth from the throne room and out the open balcony towards the forest of torment to rest until needed.
The other fifty one Viper plans what to do with, two he sends to Konoha after manipulating a small amount of wood in to that of an ANBU mask, both being that of a crow mask, their attire being shifted to that of the ANBU attire.
The two he sends off set to act as guards for the one acting as Hokage, they are tasked at the door as stationed guards.
The remaining forty nine he has on stand by for the time being, he sends them to wander his world until needed, the clones teleporting to select locations in the world.
Some travel to the forest of torment, some to the shrine of rebirth, some even going as far out as the black sea where the bijuu island turtle can be found.
Viper observes events on his monitoring system, this is truly a fun power he has received as the cost of an old one.
