Journey to Konoha (Private/No Kill)

Mangetsu had decided it was time for his visit to Konoha. Inside his puddle he looked over the Hokages letter. "Meeting up with an ANBU eh? I don't know any Konoha ANBU. Guess I will know it when I see it." He said as he slid in his puddle all the way to the border between Kiri and Konoha. He was kind of anxious for a small trip, he had just finished training with a fellow future swordsmen and he wanted to see a couple of the other villages to learn about them. He emerged from his puddle and had his scroll in his hand, he read over it again as he patiently waited for his escort.

It is at a check in station bordering the ocean that separates the mist and leaf where the ANBU is waiting, one bearing the mask of the raven is stationed on this day to escort a mist shinobi through the land of fire and keep an eye on him during his time in the village.

The ANBU's garb consists of a full body cloak which hides the Hokage's armor and lengthy hair, the pitch black raven mask hides his face the only break in color from the deep shades of black that compare to that of space itself is a pair of twin crimson lenses where the eyes are, these act to camouflage the Hokage's eternal mangekyou Sharingan which is kept active in case of emergency.
It is without personality he stands at the ready waiting for the boy, the cool ocean air ripples the bottom edges of his cloak whilst he waits for the man from the mist to arrive.

As he walks a little further ahead, he stops in his tracks. He sees the person in front of him, yes that was the ANBU. "You waiting for me? I am Mangetsu Hozuki." Mangest said to the person. Mangetsu looked the ANBU over. Being from the Mist Village nothing can surprise or frighten Mangetsu, this ANBU definitely gave Mangetsu an eerie feeling. "Does everyone visiting have to have an escort?" Mangetsu asked. If they had to travel such a long way he may as well talk to the person.

The ANBU does not speak, he has received the memories of what has occurred with the sand Sannin, what chance this boy has of free travel in the leaf was now gone due to the potential security threat.
No emotion is in the ANBU's voice as it speaks from behind the pitch black mask, "Follow me."
With this the ANBU turns, it will be a long walk to the leaf, his senses are aware of every small detail should this boy turn hostile, if one from his own nation and organization would turn hostile, then what is stopping the sky nation fro making its move, could this all be a plan?
Multiple thoughts occupy the ANBU's mind whilst the others figure out the situation, he is stuck on escort duty, this clone feeling much of what his brother felt when he was on duty, something that in time will allow him to understand his brother more by living his life in a way.

Of course Mangetsu did as he was told by the ANBU. These ninja are not very easy to read and their images very well hidden. He also knew that since he was visiting this person village, whom it was his job to protect, he would have to respect them and their rules. Mangetsu knew a thing or two about respect, after all, he was going to be a swordsmen. He knew how difficult it was to earn respect. He decided to stay quiet the rest of the trip unless he absolutely needed to talk or if the ANBU spoke to him.

The two men journey for a while passing deeper in to the land of fire, the ANBU speaks.
"What is it you are seeking in Konohagakure no Sato?"
The ANBU speaks these words while they traverse the lands without even so much as a turn back to face the boy, many travel claiming to just want to experience a different village but very few actually mean it, even the past Hokage Nashua Uchiha used this tactic to infiltrate Kumogakure no Sato and map out the layout of the village.
Due to being in a peaceful state the attack came from nowhere, Viper does nto intend to let this happen to his home.

He looks at the back of the man leading him deeper into the land of fire " My reason for visiting this village is to make sure that i am not seen as an enemy. I am not as foolish as some i know that i need to be around the world to show that the i am not something to worry about because my goals are nothing of destruction i am just a swordsman with the dream to be the best " he smiles as he looks around at the senery around him. " i also know that many powerful ninja come from konoha and wish that i may learn a thing or two in my travels as well "

The ANBU proceeds to walk as he follows behind him, the two now crossing through an open field growing closer to the dense forests and mountains that hide the leaf.
"Your intentions are to separate yourself from the rest of Kirigakure no Sato in terms of blame? You are a shinobi of Kirigakure no Sato, you do as the Mizukage asks you regardless of personal feelings, that is the job of a shinobi."
The Hozuki's words make Viper look down upon him, he is not a ninja he is a child seeking to make himself look better than those of his village already feeling it beneath him, arrogance and false pride, the desire to be the best when so many failed before them, a childs dream.

The ANBU stops, "If you wish to be the best, then how about I see how far you are away?"
The ANBU turns, in his left hand a flash of crimson is seen, a pitch black sheath with red blood like markings is now gripped firmly within, an oriental decorated hilt adorned with miniature crimson diamonds against the pitch black metal, upon close inspections within each crimson diamond is the markings of the Sharingan.
"Care to take my challenge? You said you wished to learn from Konohagakure no Sato, I will give you that chance."

He proceeds to follow the ANBU through the forest and as he hears the words of separation for his village he sees that this ANBU has miss understood him " I am not one that is trying to betray my village since i do still wear the mist headband and i would never let my comrades fall but i wish to become strong so as i can be someone that everyone can depend on to be there when they need help. "

He hears the ANBU's Challenge and thinks to himself knowing that he is only a genin that this is probably way out of his league so he would need to be extra careful as to not die in this " I never back down cause that is my nindo and i will learn from every fight i am involved in so i will take your challenge " he says as he grabs on to the hilt of his Akuma's Hana drawing the sword that marked him as one of the seven swordsman of the mist

Viper hears him now go back on his words and change what he meant by them when he words were full of selfishness for ones self against the village, the boy is obviously scared to be questioned.

Viper repeats the exact same thing the boy spoke before, "You claim to visit the villages so they can get a better view of you, not of your village which you claim now to be fully loyal towards. Care to tell me without lying what you are really doing traveling the nations?"
Viper's eyes narrow behind his mask, the grip on the sheath of nightmare tightens, his left half gloved hand visible under his bell sleeves as he grips just below the gold octagon hand guard, his thumb pressed against the guard as he watches the boy further.

The boy has already proven himself untrustworthy, or at least bad with words, regardless Viper will ensure he puts the fear of god in to this boy so regardless of the meaning behind his words he will know the might Konohagakure no Sato possesses.
"Take the first move." The clone says, his voice now colder than normal, his crimson eternal eyes glaring forth through the lenses on his ANBU mask, he hopes the boy is smart in his actions because he does not plan to baby him, if he makes a mistake it will cost him, in the middle of nowhere no one would know it was him.
