I have only been in Kiri my whole life, and as a swordsmen I feel it is beneficial in respect to learn about other villages. Konoha is a village that is mentioned quite often and I would like to see how things are done in that village. I meant no disrespect to your nation or Kirigakure." He said bowing at the ANBU. He realized his words were disrespectful to Kiri and the fire nation and he did not mean for that to be that way. "If you would still like to see where I am with my training we can spar if you would like to." Mangetsu said.

"My reason for visiting this village is to make sure that i am not seen as an enemy. I am not as foolish as some i know that i need to be around the world to show that the i am not something to worry about because my goals are nothing of destruction i am just a swordsman with the dream to be the best "

You respond contradicting your words after first saying you wish to be viewed separately than everyone else, now saying how loyal you are and how you want to be strong to protect everyone.
I questioned the contradiction again, then you dare respond with this?

I never once said your speech was wrong, I stated how you said one thing, then said another. You claim I can never comprehend you and that I am wrong and can not understand the situation.

Our nations are already at peace, just there is proper channels you must go through. Viper simply asked if you wished to truly learn from a Konoha ninja since that was your stated reason, then you accepted freely.

My blade was never drawn, it still lies in the sheath and after you accepted my challenge. Anger was never shown, there is no emotion in the ANBU's voice, the most is a tighter grip on the sheath and my eyes which are hidden by a mask.

Give me a good response or Viper will IC be forced to kill you where you stand for not only lying to him, but trying to label him as a disgrace to his country, a cold blooded murderer, and try to say he can not comprehend a situation when it is you whom did not type properly when asked but a simple question.

The ANBU nods softly accepting his words, clearly the boy has much to learn about what he speaks about and what his nindo is.
"Feel free to make the first move." The ANBU says in his regular cold tone, taking a step back setting 5 meters between them, the ANBU facing the boy now his blade gripped firmly within his left hand as mentioned prior.
Alas not many ninja have come from Kirigakure no Sato lately, the war torn land seeing many leaders fall much like Konohagakure no Sato, one of the reasons Viper is giving this child a chance due to how small his allies are.
Kirigakure no Sato currently being under the control of the Sky Nation, due to this Viper can not directly aid them and lead them to a better future, but perhaps he can do what he can with this youth so he can act as his guiding hand within Kirigakure no Sato so it can reach a better future.

One thing he knew he had to do, since the ANBU wear masks and have their eyes hidden, then if he used the hiding in the mist technique, it could give him a needed advantage.. "Very well." Mangetsu spoke to Viper as he immediately did the hand signs to use the Hiding in the Mist technique. He then melted down into a puddle and would attempt to travel behind Viper. If this move is successful he would appear behind and attack him from behind with a slash from his sword attempting to cut Viper in half.

The mist gathers, alas Viper's eyes only see that of Chakra but due to his eyes not being his only advances senses he hears every motion the boy makes, every sloshing of the puddle, etc.
A soft click is produced, Viper's left thumb flicks againt the Katana's guard, the blade shot forward only two inches, his right hand crosses his form to grasp the hilt of the blade, in one fluid clockwise motion Viper spins drawing the blalde with a soft ringing sound that travels through the mist.
His actions timed with the utmost perfection due to his advanced senses, his actions set to take place during his swing of the blade, his own comes forth from the spin only to slam against the blade of the Hozuki's.
With Viper's superior strength the blade is destined to be knocked back and the boy off balance, Viper's left hand swings in conjunction to his right wielding the sheath as he swings it low targeting the back of the boys legs attempting to knock them out from under him and the boy upon the ground.

Mangetsu looks up at Viper from the ground. This ANBU was very well trained, no doubt about that. "I could learn a little more, ya win this one, if we ever do this again in the future, I will win." He sad as he stood up and put up his sword so they could continue his trip to Konoha. He was hoping to leave Konoha having learned more to advance in his training. Several of the memebers of Konoha were known around the nations as powerful people, and mangetsu was determined to learn their styles to further his experience and knowledge so he could be a good swordsmen.

The blade slides within its resting blade with a soft hiss followed by a click of the guard impacting the sheath softly, a flash of crimson removes the blade from this plane.
"Your strategy is good, though the way of the sword is an honorable one, not one used simply to kill, remember that."
Although Viper may not be a true swordsman he has taken up his mothers beliefs about the way of the sword, feeling that the blade needs to be respected for without it we would not have the protection from it in the line of duty, thus we should not disgrace it with the trivial.

Viper begins walking in the direction of Konohagakure no Sato once more, in time the two men if nothing interrupts them reach the village gates, the ANBU looks towards the boy and speaks his final words for the moment.
"Welcome to Konohagakure no Sato, during your time here you will be monitored but try to enjoy your stay."
In a black blur the ANBU vanishes in an act of raw speed to enter the village taking his own post.
