Some days after Nero has gone to more then 10 missions with Kiyamo, Nero woke up a little later than usual. He looked up at the sky, through the large window that was next to his head. He thought of what he should have done for that day, but couldn't come up with a good answer... "Damn..." he thought, "A beautiful day... What should I do then ? Should I go out and train ? Go for a short trip ? Make some new friends ? I have absolutely no idea. I don't have much that I can do, since I am too lazy to do what most of the people are able to do today... I suppose I'll go out and train then... Oh, wait... Who will I train with ? Also, yesterday was quite fun no matter how you look at it... Maybe I should do some more missions with Kiyamo after all. He is now also a part of our organization, the Brotherhood of the Sand... So, I guess that's what I'll do...".

Nero then wore his daily clothes, grabbed his equipment and got outside. He would talk telepathicly to Kiyamo, through the Curse Mark Nero put on him. "Kiyamo, do you hear me ?" he would say, realising he has never talked to Kiyamo through this way before, "It's Nero... I'm contacting you through the curse mark I put on you... Anyway, answer me... I decided to do some more missions today, and I thought you could have wanted to come to, since you need a lot of money for you puppets... Anyway, meet me at the front of the mission boards. Nero then went to the mission boards, and started searching for some good missions to do. He found 4 missions that would have been easy enough, but would've helped them earn some more money... "O.K." he would then say to kiyamo, once again talking through the curse mark, "I selected the missions. There are 4 of them. 2 D-Ranked ones, 1 C-Ranked, and 1 A-Ranked one... I'm waiting for you here... IF we do this, we will both earn about 5 thousand ryo. I know that wasn't as nearly as how much you need, but it's still something...". Nero would than wait for Kiyamo, or an answer from him...

Kiyamo had been awake fiddling with certain machinery to try and see if he could make a viable trap before he jumped a little bit. He heard a voice in his head, a familiar one at that. It wasn't the one he was used to hearing, but he recognised this voice from not too long ago. Scratching his temples he closed his eyes and tried to focus on the voice. He muttered under his breath, undoubtedly heard by Nero as he also thought of the words as he said them, "What the fuck is this.. I haven't fucking poisoned myself somehow have I? No... no, I couldn't do that.. I'm immune.." It took him a few minutes before he finally realised who the person speaking was. It was none other than Nero Goka.

Scratching the side of his head a little bit, he listened to what the boy was saying. Apparently, he was requesting that Kiyamo joined him on yet another set of missions. He knew this had the potential to be fun, but he remained quiet so he could hear what missions they would be going on. Nodding his head a little when he heard.. these could help him get the Jounin rank he deserved. He spoke outloud and to Nero, "Yeah, sounds alright. I'll be there soon." After he had said that, he stood up and scratched his hair. He got dressed in a couple of seconds and sprinted out from his cave, standing in front of the mission boards in just a few minutes, nodding once to Nero to see how they would start these missions.

"Oh," Nero said after seeing Kiyamo showed up, "Here you are... Thank you for coming to my help... Anyway, let's head to the missions right away, O.K. ?". Nero would then walk towards a spesific place in his mind, as he would start talking, "So..." he would say, "The first mission we're going to do is an investigation... You know the ramen shop in the village, right ? Ichiraku... I heard that there is the same shop in Konoha too. Though I have never been there before... Anyway, their recipe was stolen, so they want us to find the recipe. They seem to guess who stole it in the first place... So, we will first go to the Ichiraku Noodle Bar and talk to the manager, listen to what he has to say, then go investigate the deal...".

By the time Nero finished talking, they already would have arrived at the entrance of the noodle shop they were meant to. Nero stepped in, not even looking back to see whether Kiyamo followed him or not... He looked around to see the manager, as he entered the room through a door. "Hello," said the old man with a chubby face, and white hair, "How can I help you two ?". Nero answered the old man, "Hello, mister. We are two ninja who came here to investigate the recipe that belongs to you being stolen... We will appreciate every little info you can give us.". The man looked more serious than before now.

The man would hand nero a paper, on which was some stuff written. The man said "Go find that thief...". Nero read what was written on the paper as he left the shop. There was a name and adress on the paper. "An adress and a name..." he said to Kiyamo as they headed towards the adress given by the old man. After some time, they would arrive at the place. Nero would knock the door, which would get opened by a person who tried to punch Nero. Nero would grab his wrist, and punch him instead. Nero would see a briefcase in the middle of the room. As the punched man fell down to the ground, and opened the briefcase. He found a paper, that seemed to be recipe. Nero left the man there, to send other people to arrest him later. They then returned the recipe to the owner of the shop.

Nero then gave the information about the next mission to Kiyamo, "There is an animal species named Onbaa. If they cling to your body, they never let go. We will find it roaming in the village, and leave it to the wildness... Or you could kill it... Anyway, your choice... Lead on, I will leave this stuff to you, and only follow you.". He would then follow Kiyamo, if Kiyamo lead the way...

Kiyamo stared into the distance, seemingly focused as he listened to what Nero was saying. Apparently, they had to visit a ramen bar.. of course, Kiyamo thought those places were always hilarious. Watching how sloppy people were when they ate. He loved to walk up to people eating and then whisper that the meat they were eating was actually human flesh. The look on their face was always priceless; especially when they actually threw up! A small smile cracked onto his lips after he woke up after his little daydream of doing activities like that. He just nodded at what Nero was saying, pretending that he had listened all the way through. After all, he'd hardly have to do anything. Just follow behind Nero, follow his lead, that type of deal. Truly, these missions were so easy when doing them with a partner.

They had finally arrived at the location of the Ramen bar. A place of fond memories and hilarious recipes. He watched the back of Nero as he simply walked in. Once again, the thought of killing Nero passed his mind. His mind seemed like a movie that was portraying all the ways a man could be killed, and Nero was the star in that movie. His eyes had glazed over a little and his mouth slightly ajar, drooling a little bit. It'd look as if he was just daydreaming about sweets, but alas, the truth was much darker than that. Shaking his head to try and get the thoughts away, he walked into the entrance of the Ramen bar and looked around at the bar. It was fairly full, but it wasn't as good as he remembered it. It was probably just the nostalgia that was now destroyed. He frowned a little bit but smiled as he realised what he was about to do. He heard Nero and the manager guy speaking, and as they did, he walked up behind one of the customers that was just gulping down the food. Whispering into his ears quietly, the man's eyes widened and he immediately put a hand over his mouth. That man then proceeded to vomit, much to the alarm of the other customers. And just like that, the entire ramen bar became an orgy of vomiting customers and cries. Truly, it was a marvelous day.

Kiyamo turned around and noticed that the man had finished speaking to Nero and he was already leaving the door. Just smiling to himself, he followed close behind and marveled at his handiwork. He was the lord of the sick! From behind Nero, he raised his arms either side of his body as if he was a god parting the vomit. Snickering to himself, he put hsi arms back to his sides and returned to listening what Nero was saying. Following Nero to the address, he groaned a little to himself. So much walking, why couldn't there be a mission like.. a tournament? Hell, just walk in, kick some ass, and then walk back out. That would have been so much easier than what they had to do now. It was like being a pair of couriers. He stayed behind as Nero walked towards the house and knocked. Instantly it seemed as if there'd be a fight because a punch was seemingly thrown; however, Nero dealt with the situation swiftly and had seemed to knock the man unconscious in just a matter of seconds. Sighing to himself, he stood outside looking around and waiting for confirmation from Nero that yet again this mission was completed. Once they came back out, they both headed back to the ramen shop that now smelt of disinfectant and handed the recipe back to the ramen owner that seemed to have evolved a grudge against Kiyamo, silently staring him out.

Kiyamo then listened as the boy informed him of an Onbaa wondering the village. He was slightly bored by this, but when given permission to kill it, his eyes seemed to just light up. He nodded his head and waited for a few seconds before he realised Nero was waiting on him. He was supposed to be leading this expedition.. Letting out another groan, he just turned around and jumped up onto one of the building. He began to rapidly dart around on the roofs of the buildings, looking around for something in the village that resembled an Onbaa. It took him only a few minutes before he had found one and a grin found it's place on his lips. This wsa going to be so fun. He knew that they clinged onto people and never let go, so he knew he would have to be at least a bit careful. Studying the Onbaa for a moment, it seemed like it was mature as it wasn't very small.. No, it was taller than Kiyamo. Just shaking his head, Kiyamo used the body flicker technique and appeared instantly behind the Onbaa, not seeming to do anything before he reappeared on the rooftop. He just stood there, watching the confused Onbaa. It took only a few seconds, before it's eyes seemed to widen and it's movements became erratic. Kiyamo took great pleasure in this, his mouth slightly agape as if it was sensual. The Onbaa fell down in a matter of seconds, clawing at it's own body. It seemed to be in a great deal of pain. It took a few mintues of Kiyamo silently staring, and the poison flowing through the Onbaa, before it's movements became sluggish and finally stopped. It was dead. He turned around to Nero and just talked with a big smile on his face, "Why pay to watch the theatrical when you can watch stuff like that, eh?"

Nero saw the spark on Kiyamo's eyes when he was told by the leader of his organization he could kill the animal. Nero grinned at the event, as they searched for the Onbaa. At the end, when they found the animal, Nero was curious what Kiyamo was going to do to it. The animal was larger than Nero expected, which made him think this was a mature one. "He has to be careful..." Nero thought, "Did I tell him that they cling to people and never let go ? I hope I did...". He then saw Kiyamo using the Body Flicker technique to appear behind the animal. "Oh," he thought, after seeing Kiyamo was being careful, "so I have told it to him already... Good...". He reappeared on the rooftop. "Huh ?" thought Nero, "What did just happen ? Did Kiyamo get him already, or is he going to do the ending blow from up there ? Either way, this is interesting...". The onbaa then fell down to the ground, which is when Nero realised that Kiyamo has finished it off already...

He turned around to Nero and just talked with a big smile on his face, "Why pay to watch the theatrical when you can watch stuff like that, eh?"

Nero smiled at what the boy said, as he answered back, "I know, right ? Anyway, let's head towards the next location for our missions... Somebody who lives here should take care of the animal's corpse. We are ninja, people who actually have something important to do... Unlike many of the villagers... Anyway, let's head to the next mission... Oh... This is an interesting one... It appears that we have ran out of medical supplies and some people from Konoha were transporting some here. On the way to the village hidden in the sand, they seem to be caught up in a sandstorm, which most likely caused them to slow down... We will go out and see what we can do. And of course, bring the medical supplies back here, to the village... So, let's go.". They would then head towards the village gates to go out to the desert, where they would search for the caravan and Konoha shinobi on the way to the village hidden in the leaves...

After mere minutes, they would have already reached the village gates, ready t take on and get out to the desert. When passing the gates, Nero would have given a salute to the ninja on the watch over the gates. They passed through the gates, and started moving towards the village hidden in the leaves, since the shinobi and the carriage would've been on that direction... "Follow me," Nero would then say, "this would be the way that the Konoha shinobi and the carriage must be...". After a short time of travelling, they reached where the shinobi were unconscious, lying on the ground. The carriage was merely few meters away from the point the three ninja were. Nero went near one of them and slapped him crazily until he woke up. "What's going on ?" he shouted once he did. Nero answered him, with an angry tone in his voice, and a sarcastic face, "Come on, fellow Leaf ninja. You have been torn apart by a sandstorm... Go wake your 2 friends up, we will have this carriage moved at Suna, so you can return to your own village now...

Medical supplies were scattered around the whole place... Nero could not tell how far was the one most far away from them, but he knew that he had to collect all of those in order to be able to finish the mission and receive his prize... "Uh, what a bother..." he would think, "This is going to take forever... Damn it ! JKust look at this place. medicines, bandages, syringes, bottles that ı don't even want to guess what they are filled of... Uhhh... Anyway, this is my job after all...". he would then collect all of the scattered items and put them back into the carriage.

The Konoha ninja nodded and he did as Nero said, waking the other two ninja up, as they would then return to the forest, which would be the way to their home village, the village hidden in the sand... Nero would then turn around and face the carriage. "Come on..." he would tell Kiyamo, "We have a carriage to move...". They would then bring the carriage back to the village hidden in the sand, their home village... "We won't go directly to the village." Nero would say on the way, "You know why... I told you about 4 missions. 2 D-Ranked ones, 1 C-Ranked and 1 A-Ranked... We have done three of them, so the last one still has to be done... Which is the A-Ranked one... Anyway, let's head there as soon as we can. We are going to go to a farm in the middle of the desert, though I have no idea what the use is for that... Anyway... We will see what is going on and help the guy... I guess the farm was attacked or something... The farm is on our way to Suna anyway, so it wouldn't bother us that much...

They would reach the farm in some minutes. They would stop the carriage to take care of whatever was going to happen. Nero went ahead and went towards the house inside the huge farm. He knocked the door, waiting for it to be opened. It didn't... Nero knocked again, and this time, a scared, silent voice came from behind the door. "Who... Who are you ?" said the scared voice. "I," Nero answered, "am Nero Goka, a ninja from the village hidden in the sand... And I have my friend kiyamo here... We are both ninjas and both here to help... Please open the door, mister...". The scared voice would, this time, sound calmer and happier than before, "Oh, O.K." he would say as the door would be opened. "Hello, sir !" would Nero say, "As I have understood, I guess there has been some kind of trouble caused to you... may I please ask what was it that happened here ?". The man seemed sad. "Well," he answered, "some thugs came here yesterday... They asked for money from me. I told them to go f*ck themselves, and that I will f*ck their asses if they didn't, I also said that I wouldn't give them any money, but may have given them what I gave their mothers some time ago.". Nero's didn't know how to react. His face was numb, he couldn't show a reaction. The only thing his face was saying was "What the hell ?".

He would turn to Kiyamo to see how he was reacting, but he would be so distracted by the old man, he wouldn't be able to tell how he reacted at all. "Uh... Yeah... That may be the kind of thing that pushed these guys to do whatever is it they did... So, what happened next ?" asked Nero. He realised that he was going to regret asking that. The man looked at him. He talked again, "They answered me, "Please sir, we need some money to live... We can't even feed ourselves...". I told them I was not going to eat that crap. That was bullsh*t. Lying little thugs.". Nero would be even more amazed to hear that. The image of these "thugs" would completely change in his head... "I'm sorry, sir," he would answer, "But how did these "thugs" looked like exactly ?". The man would answer Nero as fast as an old man could, "Some 7 or 8 year old dirty kid... I mean you could actually smell how hungry they were...". A man would pull the old man from inside the house.

The man would then show up. "Sorry for my dad." he would say, "He has tons of psychological issues... Most of what he said were things that were not real, but he believed they were... Anyway, I can tell you what really happened... A few days ago, some thugs were walking around. I was out there bringing the foods i bought from the village into my house... They then entered the farm, and bullied me, taking all the food I have bought... They then harmed my farm and house too... I'll be happy if you could find them...". Nero would now be clamer. "Well, at least we're dealing with thugs, not a crazy old man..." Nero would say to Kiyamo, smiling... Nero would then see the mentioned thugs some feet away from them... He would dash towards them, attack them without giving them even a little time to think or react... They would all fall down to the ground. Nero would shout to the farmer, "We are going to arrest these men and they will pay you twice as much you have paid for those foods they stole from you.".

He would put the unconscious bodies to the top of the carriage, as he would talk to Kiyamo, "Let's go, Kiyamo. Our work here is done...". They would then head back to the village, to put the thugs into the jail, bring the medical supplies back, and receive their prize...
