Mission:Ninja Workout Extreme (P Koroshi's only)

Koroshi arrives at the village gates after completing his missions with Arashi and Vretiel. Many hours have past and the young Genin is hungry once again "Noodles!!" Koroshi says with a smile on his face as he walks through the Leaf village making his way toward the noodle shop. The sky is pitch black except for some stars and the moon, the village being lit by some street lights.
Along the way however Koroshi finds an over weight man fighting the urge to eat at a meat and pork restaurant. The man has long spiky brown hair that goes all the way down his back stopping at his ankles, he is wearing a red long sleeve shirt under a metal chest plate with the Akamichi clan logo on both the front and back of it, and a pair of black pants. His brown eyes filled with sadness as he watches the pork sizzling on the burners, any normal member of the Akamichi clan would have dove into the restaurant and would have eaten it no matters who's pork it was, but this one is showing restraint.
"Whats the matter?" Koroshi says as he walks toward the man, normally he would try to ignore the Akamichi clan because he despises "Fat" people for they do not care to take care of their self's, but this person is different. The Akamichi turns around to Koroshi a tear almost forming in his eyes "I am trying to lose weight but it is hard when this place cooks the best food around! the smells is enough to drive me as mad as a wild animal!!" The Akamichi says with sadness in his voice, then he takes a closer look at Koroshi seeing his finely toned body through his open jacket "Place can you help me lose weight?" The Akamichi begs while getting on his knees.
"Sure!" Koroshi says with a smile on his face as he leads the man off to the ninja training grounds, once there Koroshi begins to explain various different exercises and work outs. For example a work out using a few different exercises. the first being an exercise called the Mountain Climbers, which is an exercise where you get down on the ground in a push up position, once there you begin to lift your legs up one after another to your chest in a fast pace, this exercise lasting for about 15 seconds before switching to another exercise which is called Planking, Planking is an exercise where you stay in the push up position with your back straight for another 15 seconds. The last part of this work out is an exercise called Knee to Elbow Crunches, this is an exercise where you get on the ground with your legs up in the air, once there you begin to do crunches for another 15 seconds. In this work out you do all three of the exercise listed over and over until you get to 5 minutes.
