Sadao training in the forest

Sadao was walking in the forest with his hands in his pockets, kicking the rocks in the dirt in front of him. He was walking for a while until he got to a hill, with a small boulder on it. He started to walk up to the hill, and sat down in front of the small boulder. Today Sadao was going to attempt, to break this boulder with his fists using chakra control. Earlier he had splitl a tree in half with his fist, and said to himself that next he was going to shatter a rock into pieces with his fist. Sadao took a look around the area, then he looked up into the sky. The sun was high up in the air, and all he could hear was wind rustling the trees. Sadao got up, and stood there for a while. He put up the half tiger, and closed his eyes. In his mid he imagined and impenetrable wall with a projectile rushing towards it, then seeing the wall with a hole in it, and the projectile on the other side of the wall. Sadao started to send chakra into his fist He closed his eyes, he was focusing his chakra so that when his fist hit the rock it would send a large controlled burst of chakra right into the boulder. smashing it into pieces. Sadao took a deep breath, then exhaled. Once more he took a deep breath, then exhaled quickly and rammed his fist into the rock. The rock had a hole caved into it with small cracks surrounding the hole. Sadao then sent chakra into both of his fist tightening them. He turned slowly around, and looked at the bottom of the hill. there was a small patch of solid rock in that area. Sadao's fists started to shake, he walked back a little. Then he bent his knees, and jumped strait into the air. The suns rays were hitting his back forcing a shadow over the small patch of rocks on the ground below him. In mid-air Sadao cocked his fist in the correct position. 5 feet away from the ground, Sadao extended his fists flowing with controlled chakra. Right when his fists touched the ground. He released all of the chakra from his fists in a controlled burst. He could here the snapping of branches, and the shattering of solid rock. Sadao had made a 6 foot deep, and 8 foot wide chasm in the ground. He then jumped out of the hole, and ran towards a line up of trees. Running towards them he sent chakra into his fist, and was ready to break all of the trees at once. His chakra infused fists tapped the tree trunk, ripping it to shreds. He continued running then rammed his fist into the second tree snapping it in half, and tearing it's roots from the dirt. Sadao's knuckles were dripping with blood, but he did not care, and continued running. His fist did a clean cut on a small section of the third tree, having it's top half falling into the grass. Sadao stopped running, while holding his fist that was throbbing in pain. He was panting and gasping for some air. He turned around looking at all the "landscaping" he had done to the area, and slowly walked up the hill grabbing his pack. Sadao was amazed that he just snapped 3 trees in half like a twig, and made a mini crater in the ground. Most of all he was relived that all this training finally payed off. The last tree he saw before he exited the forest was a goner. Sadao infused the last bit of chakra into his non-damaged fist, and threw it trait into the trunk of the tree. Sadao didn't bother too look back, but he did and shurley enough the top half was missing.
