Yami sighed to himself as he looked over the village. The Kunoichi he had captured the other night said they had been scheduled to attack this area of the village next and steal as much as they could. Yami’s eyes narrowed watching like a hawk as he sat crossed legged vertically on a tower wall. His eyes scanned the night searching for any sign of her comrade the shinobi he had fought before hand when he first underwent this mission. Out of the corner of his right eye he could movement on the roof tops. Yami fell from the tower landing on a roof top and took off running across the village towards the moving shadow. Out form the darkness five shuriken raced at him. Yami rolled forward going low to avoid the incoming weapons. He took off in the direction they came from coming face to face with the male shinobi.

Yami readied into a fighting stance as the male lunged pulling out a pair of kunai charging him head on. Yami ducked under the first kunai pulling out his scalpel to block the second holding it in a reverse grip. His left hand removed a senbon from his pouch using it to block the first kunai as it came back around. Yami leapt back as the shinobi tried to head butt him. Yami skidded across roof tiles as the shinobi put his kunai away performing an array of hand seals, “Kawara Shuriken!” The tiles on the roof around him twenty in total rose up and flew forward like shuriken buzzing through the air at the medic. Yami reacted spinning, weaving and rolling around them angling his body allowing them to fly harmlessly past him. The Shinobi charged forward bringing his right fist up “Doton: Kengan no Jutsu!” His entire right fist was encased in rock as he brought it down on Yami.

Yami dashed to the left as the fist struck the roof cracking titles. The Genin skidded back forming quick hand seals, ‘Suiton: Mizurappa!” Yami opened his mouth expelling a large torrent of pressurised water forth that tore through the roof tiles at the Earth using shinobi. The earth user formed dog seal, “Doton: Doryuuheki!” He opened his lips expelling a large stream of mud onto the roof that rose up forming a large earthen wall. The water jet struck the wall and split around it crashing harmlessly around the earth user. Yami spat a glob of water up and charged in pulling out his scalpel as he raced forward.

The Shinobi jumped over the earthen wall throwing a barrage of eight kunai. Yami blocked the first kunai ducked under second and third, rolled to the left avoiding the fourth and fifth blocking the sixth and leaned back avoiding the seventh while the eight nicked him on the right leg making a small laceration. Yami put his scalpel away performing quick hand seals as his hands glow green holding them over the injury as his skin stitched back together repairing the wound. The enemy shinobi sneered forming another set of seals, “Doton: Doryuso!” From the streets below a dozen spears made of earth slowly rose up before firing into the air at Yami.

The Genin cursed under his luck and jumped into the air just as they got close allowing them to puncture the roof tops. Yami formed hand seals again breathing in before expelling a large stream of water at the Shinobi again. The Male Earth user looked up at the oncoming water and performed a new set of seals smirking, “Katon: Goukakyuu no Jutsu!” He opened his lips expelling a stream of fire upwards that morphed into a large fireball. Fire met with water as the two elements clashed creating a blanket of steam obscuring the view of both shinobi.

Yami landed in a crouched position staying low to the tiles as he moved carefully looking for any sign of feet. His eyes coat sight of his opponents toe. Yami removed a pair of senbon from his pouch and threw them to where he estimated the shins to be. His opponent cried out dropping to his knees as the two senbon pierced into his shins. Yami retrieved a second senbon and shot forward piercing it into the back of his neck to disable him. His eyes widened as the man turned into mud though. His eyes darted about as his opponent dropped from above wielding a kunai. Yami stepped back as the blade struck the roof. He twirled a senbon in his hand and thrust it forth piercing into the man’s right shoulder hitting a point to disable his arm. The male shinobi stumbled as Yami got in and pushed another senbon into the back of his neck making him drop to the ground this time being the real one. As the steam vanished Yami approached the pile of mud from the clone retrieving his three senbon before glancing at his opponent.

Yami crouched down in front of him eying him, “Tell me who hired you?” The man merely spat at him. The Genin sighed and pushed a needle into his neck next to the other one, “This will reactive your nerve system partially towards your receptors dealing with pain” said Yami before he stomped on the man’s right hand directly on his fingers making him scream. Yami winced at this hating the sound but he needed to do this no matter what he thought of it, “Now tell me who hired you?” Yami stomped again as the man cried out, “I DON’T KNOW!” he shouted.

Yami removed his scalpel, “Alright then tell me where the others are” he placed the scalpel at the man’s right index finger intending to cut it off, “THERE UNDER COVER! WORKING IN A BARBEQUE BAR!” shouted the man not wanting his finger cut off. Yami twirled the knife before putting the tip of it against the man’s palm, “How do I identify them?” The man gulped and spoke again, “Approach the desk…the code phrase is, ‘The Village Sleeps at Night’ you’ll be taken to them!” answered the man quickly. Yami nodded before hitting him in the back of the head knocking him out. Yami picked the shinobi up and took up to deliver him to the Interrogation Department.

You can't do the same missions again and again and again. Repeatable means that other people can do it, not that you can do it multiple times.
