The teachers at the academy are looking for some small assistance. Your job is to simply show a group of three academy students the basics of being your rank.
Baenlin found himself being as nervous as he had been the first time he came to the academy. He was going to be teaching a class today on the points of his position in the village. He had trouble thinking of what he would say, because so far he felt all he had done was trained, just as he had done when he was a student. Still, Baenlin was going to try his best to inspire these students to support their village. They were the future and it was Baenlin's hope to influence that future in the way he thought was best.
"At least it is not in Miss Takamura's class." He doubted he could have walked into the classroom if that had been the case. He had yet to really have the chance to to speak with her since his training with her had ended and he missed her. He tried not to think of her as he waited for him to be called into the class. He had come as well dressed for the occasion as he could. He had his forehead protector around his neck as he always did to add to what kept him warm. He wore his katana at his side and his kunai in their satchel around his waist. He still had several bruises from his last training session, but luckily his hoodie and newly obtained jacket kept them covered from the students. It would undermine his presence here, make him look weak.
Eventually he was called in by the teacher. She was a younger instructor, just out of her teens, and Baenlin saw her as having far too many insecurities for the job she had undertaken. Still, it was not his place to decide that, so Baenlin had always kept his thoughts to himself. Baenlin followed at the instructors beckon, and was surprised at his first impression of the students at children, despite the fact that that he was not much older than they were. The eyes though, they were what gave that impression to Baenlin. He had not even seen battle yet, but he could already feel the difference between himself and the students.
Still, he had to push the thought aside in order to begin his speech. He impressed upon the students of their duty to the village, that their continuing to better themselves in all ways, especially by training, was their greatest duty to their village until they gained genin status. Once they did they had to understand how to cooperate with other ninja that they would be teamed with, that this teamwork was the greatest strength of the shinobi...however he had not experienced this himself. He went on to demonstrate some of his jutsu and some of his other skills as a shinobi. Baenlin left the classroom that day hoping he had added to his purpose of bettering the village and the shinobi world.
