Xuro Bakuton, Jounin of Sunagakure, was walking through the streets of the village hidden in the sands. He was dressed in usual attire consisting of his lightweight jounin attire covered over by his brotherhood of Light cloak. His brotherhood of light head band strapped firmly across his forehead. It slanted across his left eye covering his left sharingan eye. He didn't want people to notice because then that will lead to them asking questions. He wouldn't want that... He was fully equipped with all his weapons stored in his weapon pouch. His bakuton clay back pack strapped across his shoulder's under his cloak. The tubes of the back pack going under his sleeves hanging by his wrists ready to be used. His Eartanic Blade was held firmly in his left hand leaning on his left shoulder.

He seemed very bored today, he hadn't seen his brother Nero in awhile so he had to think of something else to do by himself. "Why not a few mission hey?!" Xuro said to himself as he made his way to the mission board to see what missions he could do...

Anko, having finished a series of very fortunate events, would finally be able to walk down the Sand streets casually. He would look around, proud that all he could see as of now was the pure image of Sunagakure. He would be dressed in his normal attire, consisting of a dark grey high-collared, short-sleeved shirt. In addition, he would be wearing an Uchiha robe, cut so it could only wrap around his lower body. Finally, he would be wearing his high-quality belt sash and sandals, matching that of the environment before him. He would wander around the streets, trying to find yet another shinobi to meet. Being accompanied now-a-days was really to the Uchiha's liking. It would only be a matter of time before he would notice a rather tall shinobi. It would only take a quick glimpse to notice that this man was a Sand Nin. Eager to see how strong this man was, the Uchiha's Sharingan would turn to the Third Tomoe. A sudden shock would hit the Uchiha as he could witness something huge through the man's chakra source. He would be astounded as the chakra color was very similar to that of his twin sister. "A Sharingan?" Anko thought to himself. To ensure himself well of his prediction, he would reveal himself. "Hello there." The Uchiha began, "I am Anko, a Jounin of this village." Yet again his real name came up. Anko thought it'd be just to reveal his true nam to a shinobi of high standards, or so he thought, thus waiting for a response.

Yuri was bored this day, not being in the mood for studying, and could be caught heading towards the mission boards. Yuri was wearing her usual attire, exposing far too much skin to be a proper lady, but then, she was a shinobi of the great Sunagakure. Yuri often favored the sneaky ways of doing things as they were traditionally done. Yuri tuned the corner to find Anko and another man she had not met, looking over the mission boards as well. The stranger did not wear the symbol of the Sand but instead of another village she was not familiar with. It was painfully obvious that he was extremely welcomed here as there were no guards or escorts. Yuri felt comfortable walking up to them. "Hey Anko." She then turned to the stranger, "Konichiwa gozamu. We have not met before now, I am Yuri Hyuuga." Yuri had no problem revealing her clan as it was apparent from her milky white eyes.

Xuro still scanning through the mission board was accompanied by another shinobi. This shinobi identified himself as Anko. Xuro would turn to look at this ninja. He definitely seemed a ninja with a pretty high rank in the village. This was made clearer by Anko stating that he was a Jounin of Sunagakure. Xuro would smile at his fellow shinobi. "I am Xuro Bakuton, also a Jounin of Sunagakure. It is a pleasure to meet you." Xuro was accompanied by yet another shinobi. The village had seemed to be grown a lot since Xuro had last remembered. Xuro had known all the ninja in the village but now there's a lot of new faces popping up. This was a girl shinobi and identified herself as Yuri Hyuuga. Xuro immediately aware of it, the girl belonging to the prestigious Hyuuga clan of Konohagakure. He clarified this by noticing her milky white eyes, a clear identification of the Hyuuga clan. This was now the third Hyuuga he met in Sunagakure. Xuro looked at her. He smiled and said, "Well its nice to meet another Hyuuga in this village. I am Xuro Bakuton, jounin of Sunagakure." He also noticed that Yuri had already known the fellow jounin Anko.

Xuro then said to the both of them, "Soo what you guys doing around huh? I'm here to do some missions. You guys wanna join me?"

"Halt!" Anko would say in respond to Xuro's offer, "First of all, I was just wandering about, checking out both my father and sister's village- Amane and Azaiyo if you ask. They taught me about honesty, something I now require from you. I sense a great source of chakra, especially leading to that hidden eye of yours. If you are a true shinobi of the Sand, you will reveal that eye. If not, I must consider you impure." Anko would be very serious as of now, trying to encourage the peaceful image of his beloved village. He would be on a standstill, refusing to make a single action until this Jounin would respond.

Anko was pleased with the respect shown to her even though she was obviously of lesser skill than this Xuro. Yuri jumped at Anko's words as he continued, she saw much disrespect in his words. "Anko, that is quite rude when this man has show much respect to even me. If he wants to hide some part of his identity then let him. It is his own choice after all. It's like me asking what tragedy brought you to your third tomoe. It's rude and distasteful. Yes, I know all about the Uchiha and their bloody history so give Xuro a break on hiding his eye." Yuri then turned to Xuro, "Komenosai for my friend's rude behavior. If you do not wish to share the mystery of your eye then you do not have to. It is obvious to me that you are trusted by Sunagakure due to the lack of guards and an escort. My friend is obviously not well read." Yuri bowed to him.

Topic voided, you may not do group missions unless on a Kage assigned special team, or if your part of one of the Genin squads.

We have a Jounin+ and half a Genin squad. If you must have the remaining members join then fine. I don't know what happened with the collaboration discussion I had with Lost, but it seems he'll need to be here for the final word (especially since I'm now requesting it).

No, he is not needed. The final word is, this thread is voided. We have it a certain way so S-Ranks are not spammed with a group, for easy money, like you are trying to do. If you are Chuunin+, you may do the mission by yourself, or with the two other team options. You may not put together your own custom team to do missions, end of story.

Why must you think I'm trying to manipulate rules maniacally? You haven't officially made this point true as it was allowed during my time with Azaiyo. It's not my fault if I foresee a possible action that can benefit me and choose to follow it. Ryo isn't even the case either. You can disable the reward from me if you wish. My true goal is to have this count as a successfully completed mission towards a new rank. Morally, we are innocent. We were technical, saw that it did not say you couldn't have a second Jounin atop your Genin team, and proceeded. This is why I request Lost. You are not acting open to me and choose to ignore my words before I can even continue. This may seem like a scramble of words to you as I am highly disappointed. I request that Lost be here as he is the owner of this site. We did not intentionally make a custom team. We took advantage of the requirements.

Never stated that you cannot collaborate both in this mission.

Second Note: I will address Lost no matter the case, including your judgments. Beliefs of nefariousness should allow this anyways.
