[S-Rank] Fire in the Village [P/NK]
Tue Jun 04, 2013 3:03 pm
Fire in the Village
Anko would be standing in the middle of what seemed to be a crowd, wandering around the village known as Sunagakure no Sato. He would grasp upon a note he wrote as it would identify a new mission. "Six Missing-Nin invading the village, huh?" Anko thought in his head before continuing to read the note. "...All of which are A-Ranked. It seems as though they have already taken action. Little do they know, those who trash my sister's village are known to die." The Uchiha would slide the note in his high-collared shirt pocket as he would await his newly formed team; all of which consisted of Genin- the Uchiha being the leader. The Uchiha would remain hiding in the crowd, ensuring he would not reveal himself to these Missing-Nin from the get-go. Anko would continue to wander inside the crowd, looking around as his team had yet to reveal their presence. "I did send them the note...Having to do this mission by myself would be quite embarrassing..."
The Uchiha's Sharingan would turn to the Third Tomoe, continuing to blend in with the crowd as he would await both the team and his enemies.

Yuri was dancing like a fool in her small single room apartment when a courier showed up at the door. Upon answering the door she was handed a note and then the man left her standing in the door. She unfolded the note and read the contents. Yuri closed the door behind herself and raced across the rooftops to the meeting place mentioned in the note. Yuri activated her Byakugan along the way and immediately found her jonin leader, Anko, in the crowd. She jumped down in front of him to avoid suspicion from the enemy and acted like she was talking to and ear piece. "What have we got?"

Knock knock. A man stood at the doorway of a small apartment on the far outskirts of the village residential area. He had a small pouch filled with notes and letters, one that he had currently held in his hand. Knock knock. Inside was the young Genin Tai deep into his books and research on things unknown to him. Knock knock. Tai only noticed the knocks after the third, he got up moments after finishing the sentence he was on and made his way to answer the door. He opened it only to find the messenger had gotten impatient and left the note pinned onto his door. Tai tugged it off the door and begun to read it silently to himself.
The note contained details about his new team, all he had known before was the name of his team-mates, his sensei still a mystery. Now he had a location of meeting. Tai quickly stepped back into his apartment to collect a few things and immediately left for the meeting area. It was crowded and the air was polluted by noise, not Tai’s most favoured situation to be in. Why do we have to meet here? He thought to himself. Tai leapt onto the lowest rooftop then onto the highest building looking down to see if he could figure out who he was meant to meet.

Ah, what a day it had been. Jak had been training all day, he was tired and decided to take a short break before he went back to doing push-ups and other cool down technique's. He had been looking outside and thinking. He was just put onto a new genin team. He didn't know the other people on his team personally and only knew name's. This would complicate things, seeing as he didn't know who these people looked like. Jak sat there and thought if his old sensei would be angry with him. He didn't know, but the young Nakigoe sat there and took a break. He would probably get ready to just walk around and cool down after his other exercises. Jak was sitting on his couch, just about to enjoy a glass of juice when he heard someone walking in front of his door. He could hear someone coming from at least 20 meter's away from the door. His ear's were sensitive like that. He didn't think much of it and took a big sip of his juice. "Ah... That's goo-" Jak was interrupted by a knock on the door. Who could it be?
He got up and opened the door, looking at a guy who he thought looked a little to incognito. Jak looked at the guy, who was about his height and had black glasses on. He had to have been an inch taller than him, he noticed, as the guy handed him a piece of paper. Jak took the paper and the guy nodded towards him and walked off. Jak perked his brow and opened the piece paper, seeing what was written in it. He scanned it quickly and closed the door behind him as he went back into his apartment. He grabbed all his gear and his ninja tool pouch and ran out the door. Something big was going down.
Jak didn't know exactly who he was looking for, but the location of where they would meet was on the paper. So, Jak quickly hopped from rooftop to rooftop and landed in a nearby alley. He walked about 30 meter's and walked into the crowd, trying to lay as low as he could. He looked around and continued to search. He walked on the outskirt's of the crowd and seen a female drop down into it right in front of someone. She looked the other way and said something, but the crowd made it hard for him to hear. He was going to walk away until he realized this was the only indication of a meeting he had seen. She seemed to be in a hurry to hop in front of this man, so he took a chance. He walked towards them and past them. He put his hand's in his pocket's and stopped about 5 meter's away from the small group. He looked at a sign that was coming out of a building and pretended to be reading it. "You guy's team 3?" He said loud enough for them to hear, looking up into the sign.

Anko would continue to act stealthy, remaining blended inside the crowd before one of his teammates would appear before him. He would smile as the first person to meet him would be none other than his Hyuuga friend, Yuri. "Of course the Hyuuga would be the one to spot me first, no matter how much I seem to blend in with this crowd!" The Uchiha thought in his head before suddenly being alarmed once more. He could sense yet another decent source of chakra, that being on a rooftop as the Uchiha would spot it out. Looking closer, he could see that the person lying on the rooftop was a man, a man whose eyes seemingly starred down at the crowd like a hawk. He would give this man the casual wink as he could tell this man belonged in the group. As his eyes would remain focused on the same person, another person would catch his eye, one that had seemingly leaped before him, questioning his team immediately. "Way to pick us out..." Anko thought to himself once more, thinking how idiotic this man was, possibly making himself an unintentional tracking device for the enemy.
The Uchiha would be on a standstill as he would look back, only to see some flames go off. "Let's go!" Anko would whisper to Yuri, jumping onto a rooftop as this would be his new way of transportation. As Anko would proceed to find what seemed to cause this fire, he would only hope that the others would follow, especially the man on the farther rooftop. It would only be a matter of time before the Uchiha could sense some crooks surrounding a building, wielding some very flammable objects. If none of his teammates were to follow behind him, the Uchiha would be honored to take the criminals down alone, but would also be disappointed in the fact that his fellow villagers would be so uncommitted. The Uchiha could memorize his next moves as he would have to be very careful. These shinobi were A-Ranked anyway.

Yuri could plainly see the smoke coming from a nearby building that had caught fire. At the behest of her Jonin leader, she followed Anko onto a rooftop that overlooked the building. Yuri knew the others would not be far behind her and quickly identified the most available exit and four civilians within the building. The exit was being covered by one of the enemies with a chakras pool that Yuri saw made him an A rank missing nin. Yuri used hand gestures they were taught in the academy to signal to her teammates of the civilians and the exit, along with the enemy guarding it. It seemed that Anko wanted her to help him with the rest of the enemies while Tai and Jak took care of the evacuation. Hopefully, they could keep the other rogues busy while Tai and Jak took care of the civilians to make their job that much easier. Yuri looked to Anko for more direction on this and knew that he was looking to her for this tactical analysis of this situation to efficiently resolve the issue. "Ready to take care of the bad guys?" she smiled at him before leaping from the building, taking aim at the closest rogue's chest, anticipating a ducking maneuver thus, the strike would end up in his face.

As the Jounin winked towards Tai, he would nod his head back at him as a form of recognition. He must have been part of the team but judging for how old he looked Tai just assumed that he was another Genin like himself. Whilst his was unverified as of yet there was one thing he knew for sure, that this man was an uchiha. The first Tai had had the pleasure of seeing, this intrigued him. Tai had also noticed the other two ninja that had approached the Uchiha earlier. They looked even younger than the Uchiha. That and due to the fact that this Uchiha gave off a aura of experience led Tai to believe that maybe the Uchiha was more than met the eye. Instantly he seemed to be in charge as he left to the roofs towards somewhere in the distance. Tai saw them head towards a smoking area in the direction they were heading to. Fire? He thought to himself wasting no time in following and catching up with the ninja. He stopped upon a rooftop not to far from the other ninja but not too close neither.
As soon as the young kunoichi gestured towards Tai he looked back at the building surveying it one more time. It seemed the young kunoichi had located an exit for hostages trapped inside. He turned his attention back to her giving yet another nod in understanding, he would then turn to the third ninja, a masked one. Tai raised three fingers; index, middle and ring, in order to signal the other Genin that he was making his move. Usually not one to rush straight into a fight with anyone Tai would first act as a distraction for the masked genin to get closer to the 'hostages'. Based on the Hyuuga and the Uchiha's actions they seemed to have already designated Tai and the masked kid as the rescue force. Tai leaped high into the air flip round once and landing a safe distance away from the enemy guard yet in plain sight. He cleared his throat to gain his full attention before he begun to examine the guy. Tai stared the man down before proceeding to speak, "Hey. . .asshole" He paused to stand up straight and cross his arm in front of his chest. "Aren't you a bit warm standing in front of that building?" Tai begun to slowly reach for his Kama "Maybe you should come over here. . .I can assure you it's nice and cool. . .better than standing in front of a burning building i think you'll agree, right?" Tai stood ready for a reaction, any reaction, he was prepared.

Jak watched as everyone jumped and headed towards the rooftops as they began their assault. Well, it wasn't really an assault, it was more of a defend and rescue type of mission. Which was why when everyone landed on the rooftops, Jak stood back and watched as everything unfolded.
The building was ablaze and you could hear the crackling and roar of the fire as the infrastructure began to fail under the pressure and heat of the fire. They had to act fast or the people inside were sure to parish. Jak saw that the girl in front of him, which he assumed was "Yuri Hyuga" from the explanation he got for his new team. She threw up a couple of hand signal's that told Jak there was 4 people inside of the building and showed him the exit/entrance of the place. Jak looked at the exit and saw that a man was covering it. Whether he knew he was doing so out of a need to keep the "hostage's" in was beyond him at this point and Jak quickly picked out two kunai from his kunai holder's from his thigh's. He would have to sacrifice them to try and save the life's of a few people.
While Yuri leapt at a target and struck out, Jak figured it was about time to make a move. Jak watched the man that was guarding the exit clearly and focused on the surrounding area's. Jak was about to make a move until the boy in front of him threw up a couple of military style hand gesture's as well. Jak hesitated and watched to see what the boy would do. He flipped and landed clear away from Jak but the guard seemed to spot this and he focused on the other boy. Jak waited for his opening, knowing the other enemy ninja would be focusing on the Jounin and the girl that were now advancing and making their move. Jak waited. The boy then decided to do a little distracting and Jak saw a small opening. "Ok... here we go..."
He thought quickly and did a couple of handseals as he ran full speed towards the exit/entrance. He suddenly began to glide over the rooftop's and towards the blazing exit where the people were. He could now hear their scream's and their torment as the blaze grew hotter and stronger. Jak, now about a foot off the ground, chucked two kunai at the man guarding the entrance and watched as he quickly had to change his position and jump out of the way, making it a clear shot into the inferno. Jak quickly disappeared into the rooftop and landed in a very hot and smokey hallway. He heard the scream's off the people inside clearly and could pinpoint their position's easily with his very sensitive ear's and made his move. Hopefully the boy behind him would act and use the opening Jak created to attack or slip inside the building with him. Jak already slid through the hall's, looking for the first person trapped inside the blazing building while keeping away from the hot fire and falling ceiling's.

As Anko seemingly addressed his followers well, he would proceed to Step Two of his plan. Turning to the third tomoe, he would clearly identify to Yuri that it'd be time to use her Byakugan in support of his next move. With one hand, he would begin to mold chakra into the other as a quite impressive orb of chakra would be created. This would be the Wind Release Rasengan, a jutsu just recently learned by the Uchiha. He would begin his move by jumping off the rooftop, his form diving towards one of the A-Ranked ninja. The forces of gravity that would push Anko near the ground would support his Rasengan as a great wind would encircle his jutsu. Within mere moments, the Uchiha would catch one of the A-Ranked ninja by surprise, taking advantage of his mission as he would never expect an assassination from someone with such strength. The Uchiha would launch his Rasengan through the enemy's back, the enemy being located on the far left to ensure that he would be safe from the other attention Anko would get. The great impact from the Rasengan would create a big planting in the ground, the enemy now dead.
This would be the time now to grab the attention of the other A-Ranked shinobi, this time using his Three Tomoe Sharingan to engage in physical combat. The Uchiha would use face gestures to have the others follow; Yuri to join in on the fight, while the other Genin would be expected to enter the dangerous building, hopefully to come out alive with the ones originally encased. Only signals could be used as the Uchiha couldn't tell how fast these other shinobi could move, talking only to be a risky aspect in this matter. He would await the responses from the other shinobi, along with his team as he would be at a standstill.
