A long awaited meeting [P,NK]

Xuro would raise his hand out to retrieve his eskrima stick. Once it returned to him, he looked to see if it hit Gilgamesh but the boy seemed to have gotten away. He was about to continue the race when he saw houses on fire. He ran ttowards there and tried to enter it when he realised it wasn't real, "That brat!" Xuro shouted in frustration. He then continued his run towards the training grounds...

Thanks to the distraction that the projection had caused Gilgamesh managed to get the training grounds before Xuro, so he decided to rub it in by simply standing in the center of the entrance, his arms folded over his chest and his red eyes scanning the area for him. His lips curved ever so slightly upwards in his confident smirk.

By the time Xuro had reached the training grounds at top speed, Gilgamesh had already arrived. He was standing in a mocking pose probably laugh at Xuro in his head. "Son of a..." Xuro said as he dashed right at him throwing one of his eskrima sticks at him just for fun. He would stop his sprint just 5 meters in front of Gilgamesh with the hope that Gilgamesh would dodge the stick. "Got me this time, you sucker!" He grinned.

And soon the boy came into sight, throwing the eskrima stick at Gilgamesh from about 20 meters away. In normal conditions that would have hit him directly in the head, but thanks to Gilgamesh's blood pumping from the other close encounter with the stick he was ready for another one to be lobbed at him; as well as that he could feel the raw static energy as it traveled towards him, giving him goosebumps. His self important smirk still plastered on his face as he seemingly made no move, his arms still folded over his chest. However, when the eskrima stick was merely 3 inches in front of him he made a portal that was 1 inch in front of him, the portal seemingly consuming the eskrima stick. The thought did cross his mind to reopen the portal directly behind Xuro to hit him with his own stick, but he decided such mockery would only result in foul feelings so he decided against it. Instead, he had the exit portal open 3 meters above Xuro, shining him in a brilliant golden light with the Eskrima Stick being left to shoot out in between the feet of the man.

Xuro didn't really predict for Gilgamesh to use his portal to dodge xuro's eskrima sticks but it was a pretty darn good move. "Wow I must say that portal proves very versatile against tons of attacks." Xuro didn't try to show it but he was kinda embarrassed to throw his stick at the Uzumaki kid but to only have it fall from the sky back at him. He picked it up and then held it in his hands. "How about a spar then Gilgamesh Uzumaki??" Xuro smirked. If gilgamesh accepted, he would run into the training grounds about 30 meters in where there was a good spot with a couple of trees nearby.

Spar a Jounin alone? Paha! He knew he was good, but he wasn't THAT good and he certainly did not want to feel the humiliation of having to admit he was weaker than somebody else. Instead, he proposed a new idea with his hand flicking to the right, Persian now appearing to his left and circling around him, his icy blue eyes focused on Xuro, "While I do find that would be a fun idea.. how about we have a true display of skill? Strength.. endurance.. you know, that lot. I suppose we should tick me off on being the speediest since I got here first." He smirked once more at the end of his sentence, his ego never seeming to deflate.

Xuro wanted to get a chance to beat the crap out of the Uzumaki kid after playing that trick on him but unfortunately Gilgamesh wasn't up for a spar. Xuro smirked, "I see well if you tooooo cowardly to spar me then what do you have in mind then?"

Gilgamesh chuckled a little as he waved his hand to the side, "It's not cowardice if a Jounin wants to fight you one on one, and that Jounin has already tried to give you a concussion two times. Honestly, some people might be worried about you, mongrel." It was all in good faith though, and instead he decided to lead onto his next pointer, "We could always see whom can lift the heaviest object, whom can run longer.. ya' know, the usual training stuff."

"Ah so the boy ıs quite intelligent." Xuro thought to himself. "Guess I can't beat him up..."
Xuro grinned, "ok then Gilgamesh, what you do you want to challenge "the mongrel" in next??" He folded his arms and waited for a response...

Gilgamesh allowed his arms to fold over his torso before speaking once more, "How about a display of the persons strongest technique? I believe you've already seen mine.. and please, if you can, do not cast it upon me. I'd imagine it'd be quite painful. He chuckled a little and allowed his hand to run through the fur of his tiger next to him, this man certainly did seem to be fun for him.
