I'm naked! [P;Closed]

After pondering a few things, mostly his new creation known as the Kamishinka, Shouten observes his garb, the man getting a truly brilliant idea.  The man currently within his bedroom of his abode so the following actions are done in private, the man removing all articles of clothing to be nude for only a moment, his cells and dna manipulated to grow outwards slightly, flesh forming into an extra layer atop him that changes pigment to now mirror his old attire, his earlier clothing crafted of cloth and leather replaced with a flesh substitute, the flesh however taking up properties of the clothing to retain the same feel, and look when observed.  After this the man re equips himself with all of his weaponry, items, and money, pockets even made in his new jacket to hold as such, and a make shift holder for his katana made as well.  Shouten tosses his old clothes in a hamper as he begins looking through the file given to him by Osore, his glasses put back upon his head, along with his headband as these remain as the two only real articles of clothing on his being, his jeweled rings now placed back upon his fingers.  The man once fully equipped with everything from before, now sets off out the door, making his way towards the docks so he can visit the land of clouds, the last known destination said by the deserter that he plans on killing for leaving. The man however, takes a spare scroll, and writes all the necessary permissions for crossing the borders and gaining village entry, he is the deputy Kazankage after all so such permissions can easily be made.  Ironic how he is doing things according to the system, instead of just busting in like he used to do, but with this headband he will try things a little differently.  Both the file, and the permission scroll is stored within his jacket pocket as he makes his way towards the village hidden in the clouds.
