Meeting with the Tenkage [PRIVATE, IO]

Today was a day like any other day as he woke up from a long restful and peaceful sleep, to his shades closed and the floor littered with books and metal sheets from the previous night of inventing. Flicking the lights on, his ice blue eye would focus on the huge mess as he bandaged his right one up. After the transplant the sight was slowly coming back to him, but as for now he kept his covered as a precaution. At the moment Kuro was simply wearing a black pair of baggy pants and a white T-shirt, tired of sleeping the pajama's he could barely fit in due to his now newly aged body.

The time it took for him to clean his room was simple as he moved some stuff around and tidied up the books into a stack, grabbing his grimoire from the floor. Getting dressed he would grab a Black sleeveless button up shirt and put it on along with his black shoes and went downstairs to the usual empty house. The orphanage had gotten quiet after a while with him there, so it was basically his house now. Kurogane now mulled over the things to do today, figuring the only thing he hasn't done was interact with the leader of the village, The Tenkage. With his mind set on meeting this man he would soon grab his ref board and walk up to the attic, where he had made a small custom launch pad especially for him," Alright, wind is good and no obstacles are in the way, i am clear for flight," jumping from the window and quickly placing the board under his feet as he applied chakra to it and soon took off into the air.

With his flight path predetermined he would come to the Tenkages office with no problems as he landed by the front door and opened it slowly, looking to the receptionist," Hello is the Tenkage in," the receptionist smiled to Kurogane and pointed him to the office where he would stop in front of and knock on it. Once instructed to come in, the silver haired boy walked in and smiled to the Kage," Hello there sir, i was wondering if you had some time to...whats a good way to say this, interact with me," finding no other way to say it, he simply said it in a non confusing way.

Today was like any other day: Shinji had gotten no sleep whatsoever. He had stayed up all night signing papers and tinkering with a new set of armor he had recently helped create. Earlier that morning he had finished construction on the suit much to his delight. Shinji had a certain proclivity and love for everything having to do with technology. So, with this new armor on under a pair of jeans and a long white sleeve shirt with the Uzumaki clan symbol on his back. His hair was in a state of complete disarray and his eyes had clear signs of sleep deprivation.

Despite this state Shinji was awake and slogging through the day. The new armor he wore made it rather interesting as it took some getting used to. He had dubbed the armor: a Maelstrom Metal Exoskeleton. It covered his entire body save for his head, but it rested comfortably under the clothes he wore. However, it would look like he was wearing metal gloves. He was currently hurriedly signing papers here and signing papers there. At one point he even had to get into a yelling match with one of his aides who had messed up and given the elders copies of the wrong meeting outline. Instead the aide had given them copies of Shinji's various blueprints, which was a pain. 

Luckily at long last there was a lull in his work. However, just as the lull in work hit a knock came at his door. It seemed a kage's work was never done. Shinji naturally called out to whomever was behind the door, "Come right on in." The boy who entered would find Shinji at his desk as he sipped an orange soda. The boy asked a rather...odd request. Shinji was about to respond with the phrase: I only "interact" with women, sorry kid. Naturally Shinji thought better of it as he figured that the boy did not mean it that way. Instead he simply quirked an eyebrow upwards and spoke up, "Well how about we start out with your name? And naturally what you want to talk about." With that  Shinji took a sip from his soda bottle and waited for a response.

There Kurogane was standing in front of the Tenkage and he had already forgot to introduce himself...just great. He mentally slapped himself for this and chuckled like he was embarrased," Sorry for that sir, my name is Kurogane Shiba and i wanted to actually meet with you and talk about...hmm what is it we can talk about. Oh yea, i wanted to see if you could...maybe have a small spar with me. I know i am not that strong, but i would like to test my current skills against you to better assess my skills for the future," He sat down in one of the chairs providing their was one, sitting the book of his into his lap as he looked around the room for a moment.

The bandages over his eyes could be seen as the hair in front of it would be moved. He continued to look around the office. He had been here prior to this meeting, but only as a ten year old. Now sixteen he could see the office in a much broader perspective. The boys board would be set leaning against the desk.

Shinji could not help, but smile at the boy's request. He had spunk and that was something that could take one far. As for a spar? Well, Shinji did not often make it a habit to spar with genin, but, hell, maybe he could teach the kid a few things. So, once the boy finished speaking Shinji spoke up, "Well, I suppose I do have a small gap in my schedule, so why not? I hope you don't mind, but we will have to use the training filed that is on the lowest levels of this building. Normally we could spar on the roof, but the wind is a bit high today. Oh, and by the way, call me Shinji. This "sir" stuff will simply not do." With that Shinji tipped back his orange soda and drained the bottle dry. Once done with his soda he would stand up and walk out of his office in hopes of Kurogane following. 

If he did follow then Shinji would lead him to the elevator, which would bring them down to the training room that lay in the basement of the large skyscraper. The room itself was a moderate in size about fifteen meters by fifteen meters with a ceiling that was ten meters high. Currently there was nothing in the room save for the smooth stone floor and the sturdy walls. It would take quite the jutsu to take this room apart as the room had been made specifically for training, thus the rather odd dimensions. Luckily Shinji did not plan on using any destructive jutsu, so he was not too worried about shaking up the foundation. Speaking up if Kurogane had indeed followed he would inquire about any rules the boy wanted to abide by, "So, are they any ground rules you would like to set or do you just want to get to it?" As Shinji waited for an answer he would walk to the middle of the room and wait for the boy's response if he was indeed there at all.

Kurogane had smiled and nodded as he stood up and grabbed his book and board," the wind was rather high today when i flew here, so i can agree to fighting in the training room with you. Oh if i can call you Shinji then it is fine, calling my superiors "sir" is something i learned to say as an orphanage," stating this as he walked behind the Kage, trying to match his walking speed. As they took the elevator, he would look up as they descended to the basement or wherever the contraption took them. He admired the mechanics of the elevator, wondering if he could look at the schematics of the elevator itself.

As he walked into the room, he would smile at the spaciousness of the room and took in the dimensions, thinking that this would be good for a large scale spar. The floor and walls stood out the most, being a bare room he could easily try out his new jutsu, although he wondered if he could actually touch him...what the hell is he talking about he was a fucking genius. Setting the board against the wall, he would smile," No rules come to mind Shinji, but if you have any that you would like to state before we start," he would slide the book open with a single movement as the pages began to glow.

As Kuorgane spoke Shinji prepared himself for thew spar. Naturally he would not be outright blitzing this boy. There would be no point. What would it prove? A kage was faster than a genin? Nothing new there. Though, on the other hand, Shinji would not go easy on the kid. By the time the boy had finished speaking Shinji would have wrapped his Tengakure headband around his head in such a way that it slipped down and covered his left eye. In his right eye the three tome sharingan would burn with an odd crimson light. It was not often that he got the chance to use this eye, so he figured now would be a great time. He half way hoped it would not spook the genin. Either way Shinji would speak, "Very well, let us start this spar." Shinji would remain where he stood in the center of the room and wait for Kurogane to make the first move.

It would seem that the fight would begin soon at the words of the Kage, noticing he had put on his Tengakure head band. It made him smile to see that he was taking his request seriously so he of course would as well. Tying his head band across his forehead he would smile as his fingers ran across the page, releasing small amounts of chakra into them as they began to glow a bright blue color. His right hand would now make a half ram sign as he concentrated his chakra, making six flames float around his body, their form resembling a wisp of flames. He could not help but smile seeing his newest jutsu creation come to life as he looked at Shinji with a smile.

/He began to run at Shinji running at his full speed (30) until he and Shinji were 10 meters apart, when he had finally completed this task his right hand would move forward as he sent two of the flames at Shinji at their maximum speed (30). If these flames would reach Shinji and connected they would burn with strength of 30 but if he had dodged it and the flames had it the walls, they would explode sending fire in every direction in a 3 meter radius. Through the left eye of Kurogane he would contemplate his next moves, but first he needed to see what his Kage could do.

Shinji's single eye would watch Kurogane with striking clarity. Each move the boy made was tracked with the utmost precision by the sharingan. It would take quite a bit of skill for the genin to make a move that could not be tracked. All the same Shinji tensed his body as the Kurogane ran his fingers across the page of his book. At first Shinji had a real: what the hell moment? However, it became clear in an instant what Kuro was doing. The book, or so it would, seem was some kind of conduit for chakra. Shini's conjecture was proven correct as six wispy orbs of flame floated up around the young genin-this would be fun.

He allowed his opponent to run to a point ten meters away and then raise his hand, which fired two of the six fireballs right at Shinji. The attack was rather transparent and he planned to prove a small point to the genin. Shinji would wait till the fireballs were a meter away from him and then use his speed. Moving at a speed of 180 he would sidestep to the left by one meter and thereby avoid the fire balls. If nothing else happened the balls would impact harmlessly against the wall behind Shinji. He was far enough away such that the blasts would not harm him, though he would be aware as he dodged should the fire balls be manipulated in some way-he did not want to be caught off guard. If all went as planned he would simply wait for Kuro's next move with a half cocked smile on his face.

"Where the hell...did he go, damn he is fast, but i will prevail," smiling as the wisps missed their target but that was all fine for him. As the wisps missed him, he would perform the half ram hand seal and move his left to the left where Shinji's new position would now be, and as he did the fire would move with his hand to attack the Kage. If this had worked, then Shinji would indeed be hit, but the fire would probably do nothing but burn his clothing. Seeing that his attacks were at least doing their intended purposes, he would run his finger across another page as his chakra concentrated into the chakra points in his back. 

Within moments a pair of bright crimson wings would appear from his back as he closed the book and pointed at Shinji," are you impressed by my jutsu Shinji, this is the fruit of my hardwork," taking off ten meters into air he would launch two more fireballs at him, waiting to see what he would do now. Kurogane soon felt a strange feeling in his right eye as he could see through the bandages and smiled for a moment," this must be the byakugan's power... this  is amazing," thinking to himself as he looked at Shinji.

Shinji's sharingan eye did not miss a beat in the least. He had been watching each and every movement Kurogane made with a crystal clear fluidity. Thus, as the genin moved to make a ram seal Shinji reacted with the same lightning quick speed he used before (180). This time he would go on the offensive. The boy would have just completed the ram seal as Shinji would blur from his vision unless Kuro was somehow able to track him. Shinji's goal? He would aim to edge around the left side of Kuro and get behind him while avoiding the fire balls that floated around the genin. If that did indeed work then Shinji would attempt to poke the kid in the back of the head with enough force to make his head bob forward just a bit-nothing harmful. All the while Shinji would remain aware that he would have to dart off in a split second, so he prepared to move if his poke did indeed hit. He hoped to teach the boy a lesson in speed and what it took to become a higher tier shinobi. After all, it was best to teach by example, right?
