Welcome To The Beginning Of Hell(P,NK)

The skies would of cleared up as Misaki was making her way to her new creation the Kumogakure Prison,Her father never had one so she chose to make one to store all the criminals of her nations and others if she must. It wouldn't take them to long to get to the prison just was a path way through the mountians. But only a select few would be able to access this area due to it was the playground of criminals from pass and present. She would come to the tallest building of the Kumogakure estate as she would place her hand on the surface of it making it able to adpat to her touch. She figured shouten would be mainly behind her as she would glance back to speak"Not many been here since ot's creation,you'll be one of the few to see the depths of Kumogakure works"smiling as the wall of the tower would open. There was a corridor lights begun to turn on among the corridor lighting up a way for them to see where they were walking. On each side of the corridor was unbreakable glass allowing shouten to view the prisons first floor of the four level prison.

The gate would close locking them in as soon as shouten would step into the corridor. Each side below them was the first level inmates brawls,the inmates beating the living crap out of one another."You wanted to speak in private? Well this is private as it gets"she would say as she put her hands into her pockets as she would co tinue walking the long corridor not another soul in sight of the corridor besides them.She was still hurt from her sister death,she just knew it wasn't the time for her to regret not being able to say goodbye."So tell me Mister,did my sister say anything else to you? i will enjoy if you tell me everything while we on our small stroll"she would say not turning around to face him this time.

Shouten during their trip through the village stays with the girl, trailing only a few feet behind her at their casual pace. Once they reach the building, he notes her place her hand upon it, the tower wall opening in conjunction with her words. Shouten smirks, he follows her and responds whilst doing so. "I have to say, it is a tad ironic for a man such as myself, to be openly walking into a prison." He chuckles a bit, following her through the hall, his gaze shifting left and right taking in the sight of the prisoners, his senses however remaining alert should for whatever reason, the girl turn hostile while they are alone, or even lose control over her powers again.

"She did not say much the last time I seen her, she asked me to go with her to Tengakure no Sato, but she did not say for what, I remember her saying something about her mother but sadly I did not get any details. As we got near the village, it was if they were waiting for us, I'm not going to lie, I have done some bad things, which is why your ANBU did not want to let me in." Shouten's hands slip within his jacket pockets whilst he speaks, fabricating his own story of his assault on Tengakure no Sato not so long ago where he used a clone disguised as the girl to draw the main focus, in a way his story is true. They were both at Tengakure no Sato, and the clone disguised as her did "die" so he could escape. "Your sister I assume was not unlike me in her actions, so both of us were wanted in the world, so when we got near the village we were openly attacked by not only the shinobi, but by the Tenkage as well. Your sister was an amazing one I'll give her that, she told me to leave and let her handle everything, as her mother would of wanted it that way, I also distinctly remember her saying she would chop my balls off if I stayed to help her. Sadly, if I did stay perhaps I could of made a difference, but as it stands now, her story can be told instead of forgotten.

Misaki would be continuing to walk her hands still in her pockets as she would be prepared to listen to all the words the man would have to say."Well let's hope you wont have to be in there shoes in the future"she would say as she would turn her head to the side. Looking at him atthe corner of her eye as she would smile actually amusing herself abit wondering could he survive behind these bars at all. She would let those words sink into her mind her chakra still unable to be used properly as she would stop walking."I see so Tengakure my mother and sister home village i see,she was drawn to our mother and me our father it was a confused family,but it was a family nontheless"she would pause for a moment"But i see my sister was surely amazing that was for sure,reason i always looked up to her in my own way"she would finish before continue unless Shouten chose to stop her advancing. She was truly in deep thought maybe she had to dig into the power of the previous Raikage,her Ambitions seem to be changing by the minute.

Shouten hears her words, still hearing the sadness in her voice. "There is however a gift that I would like you to have, your sister would want you to have it." Shouten pulls forth a tattered bag from his right jacket pocket and unfolds it, with a gesture of his shoulder he has the corpse slide off his form and into the bag, surprising enough it does not fill the bag, but instead vanishes within as he folds it back up, and returns it to his pocket. Now with his hands free, he returns to the matter pertaining her gift. "It is a jutsu your sister mastered, she learned it from your mothers old scrolls. I think she would want you to have it instead of having it be lost in time, if you have something to write on, I can write out all the mechanics for you." Shouten offers, his gaze shifting behind his glasses as they move deeper and deeper into the prison, it still seems odd with him being escorted this deep into the facility, but should the need arise he has no doubt in his own ability that he could bust out and level this entire building. For now, he will give the girl one last thing to hopefully gain her full trust on the matter, and prove that he actually had a bond with the girl, even if most of it is manufactured memories that are a hybrid of the girls own before death.

Misaki would stop in her tracks as she would listen once more as he spoke of some kind of gift her sister would leave her,"Gift? From my sister?"she will question her mind still processing the truth she has heard from Shouten who she viewed as a good companinon since she took the seat as Raikage. She would would still have her back towards him as she would listen again this time more in depth of his words."It is a jutsu your sister mastered, she learned it from your mothers old scrolls. I think she would want you to have it instead of having it be lost in time, if you have something to write on, I can write out all the mechanics for you." She would dig into her pocket pulling out a empty scroll for his use. It was one normally left in the prison but she would use it for him to give her the information she was gifted. Tossing the scroll behind her"Use that my mother if i remember was a deadly Kunoichi in her time before she retired,if it is something i alone can master and keep my sister,mother name world wide i,ll gladly accept it"she would pause"im slowly starting to understand,that this world need a drastic change or this chaos will never end"she would finish.

Shouten raises his left hand to catch the scroll, and the writing utensil if offered as well. Shouten's form stops, turns to his right and leans back, his back resting against the wall as he is facing the glass observing the prisoners. With slight motions of his fingers the scroll unrolls, his right hand going for the writing instrument if one is truly with him, Shouten thinks back for a moment to how the jutsu is preformed in his memory, taking his time to make sure he gets every detail right, he begins writing it out upon the scroll. "This world does need to change, the world is not at peace, only blind to the truth sadly." Shouten continues to write down more of the jutsu whilst speaking now true words, his feelings about the world. "There will always be death and war, that is why I never bought into the village system. Kirigakure no Sato took everything from me, after my revenge was obtained, which I am sure you heard about, everything seemed to be moving in the right direction, and now Tengakure no Sato makes a move against my ally, and your sister." With the conclusion of his words Shouten finishes writing the contents within the scroll, he looks it over once before twisting his fingers around it and rolling the scroll up once more. Shouten tosses the scroll and pen towards her, "If I recall correctly, it is named the Soul Resonance, I witnessed your sister use it a few times and it is truly a unique jutsu, a form of minion creating it seems." With this Shouten lets her take in his words, leaning back against the wall still as he looks toward his left towards her.

There would of been a pen attached to the scroll as ot was tossed towards her company,She never understood this word you have people who hurt others for the hell of it and those who do it cause they think it's right. Misaki would lean against the Corridor looking down at the prisoners below them."Yes you are right even in this place the death count doesn't stop,it as if we were built to kill those who breathe the same air we do and step upon the ground we step on"Pausing showing she was more smarter then she seem for her age"we probably can not change the world since we are meant to die at some point and time but we can at least delay it and make some change to the world"she says crossing her arms over her chest."Tell me after sinking Kirigakure...is your thirst for revenge satisfied....or do deep down you still wish to reap all you must to get the sarisfication you long for?"she asked not turning her head looking straight forward. Below as Shouten was writing onto the scroll two prisoners were going at it at that time. Both using there environment to destroy the other as she the Raikage watched this. Catching the scroll and listening to what was said after she put the scroll into her pocket she would smile slightly."Hmm a jutsu created to make minions...that should be useful for sure"she would say her mind wasnt on her sister but the brawl below"Is this all we meant for?"she ask turning to him,talking about the fight below as a reference.

Shouten thinks this over for a moment, this is something that has crossed his mind many times, the fabled, 'what now?' question, and if it was truly worth it. Shouten now speaks after getting the proper words together, "I will not deny, I know that there are still refugees that escaped that attack, so I still wish to complete my vengeance by hunting them down, certain information I have gathered revealed that there is a cluster hiding out in Tengakure no Sato, perhaps that is why it changed and became so hostile as of late." It was by chance that by him taking the Tenkage's desk on a whim would prove beneficial, paperwork was still left inside it which included a complete village roster of the Shinobi at that time, and of past, he would not doubt it if the dogs from Kirigakure no Sato were the ones that confronted him during his assault. Shouten now lets out a soft sigh, readying his next words. "Those are questions that even I have had cross my mind many times, but of coarse I have my own answer to them. This world cannot be expected to change on its own, human nature is to kill and hate, it is built into our genetic code. The only way for one to truly bring peace to the world, would be to enslave it, the Fire Nation came close but gave into the false dream that they could set an example and have others follow them along the road of peace. This world will not change, unless it is made to change." The last of his words are void of emotion, the words he has spoken to the girl being the truth of how he feels, this world is rotten and he swore long ago, that he would burn it fully to the ground and rebuild it in the proper image and have it led to peace forcefully.

The fight would of continued as blood would be splashing on the floor as if it was water from the inmates. This didn't bother Misaki she saw much bloodshed in her young life i mean look who her father was. She would continue to look at the brawl below as Shouten woukd of begun to reply to her."Then it seem we share a common goal at this point,we both want to see the fal of Tengakure No Sato.....same purpose Vengeance"she would say to him as he had spoken about he wasn't satisfied yet which she smiled about. She would continue to be leaning against the wall as she would continue listening her voice silent to let him finish. Feel some of her chakra be restored she would raise her hand just enough for him to see. Her hand was open and her fingers had space between them as it would suddenly be covered in Black Lightning,"Tell me what do you see when you see this?"She would ask him"Me personally i see my sister soul.......destruction...Lightning flashes brightly then fades away,it dont protect it only destroys"she says turning her open hand into a fist as the lightning will disappear with that movement.

Shouten hears her words, mentally he smirks at how she has confirmed she wants vengeance against Tengakure no Sato. His eyes look upon her hand as the abyssal lightning dances along her shrouded hand, he now speaks giving his honest opinion. "I see a young woman with the power to shape this world into something good." Shouten has a light smile form upon his lips as he continues. "Power is power, it depends on how you use it. It is true lightning cannot offer a loving embrace, but it can offer the strength to fight off those that would otherwise destroy what you hold dear. Just like you and I, our labels as "Humans" do not define what we are, the same as how we cannot define a purpose for our powers." With this, Shouten allows his words to sink in, hopefully the girl understands the meaning behind his words. Shouten whilst he speaks observes the inmates within, pointless violence without a purpose, the men inside and himself may of shared the title of criminal, but that alone proves his point of how different things can be when categorized.
