His shakes his head at the statement "Nay, the blades you see can be summoned forth into the world outside at will." He states his eyes lingering upon the blade strapped to his Lords waist, he ponders for a moment if a demonstration would be appropriate, he hums before speaking "Any weapon I see, can be copied and stored in this world to be summoned for my use." He states his right hand gesturing to the black combat knife strapped to his waist. "That one for example, will arrive shortly, it will not be perfect as it's of a very fine quality, but nonetheless, I can get it very close." He states crossing his arms over his chest. "The Worlds abilities do not end at housing the blades..how fast are you Shinji?" He asks quirking an eyebrow, it is of course at this point he plans a demonstration and requires to know his lords physical capabilities simply to make sure he can dodge what is about to find his way towards him.
The blades behind him seem to glow before raising high into the air, more being created behind him the number of swords, spears, arrows, kunai, shuriken and all manners of weapon being formed almost instantly..it is quite clear the ability he was speaking of earlier, and why he asked what the speed level of his Kage was...of course the speed level would be required for further demonstration..this is the safest environment for one under Arthur's protection, such as the Tenkage as he is honor bound to do.
He has been ridiculed in the past for being so direct, for his lack of stealth..He is a Knight...he doesn't do subtle..his old friends back at the academy learned when they took their ridicule and attempted to turn it into assault..
The beating he laid upon the knaves with his wooden training blade brought a smile to a nearby Taijutsu instructors face..after a moment of reflection the instructor broke up the one sided fight and gave him detention..along with a gold star for remembering where to strike to cause the most debilitating pain.
The swords idly spin like mini-drills in the air above the King of Knights, who's eyes every so often drift to the black knife something beginning to click in the back of his head, scanning, memorizing..tracing...the size, the shape, the weight, how thick it is, how sharp it is and how much damage it would due to a person.
Truly a remarkable piece of weaponry, he if the man is wearing them also notes any other interesting equipment laying upon the Tenkage's frame such as the bracers upon his arms and legs, his leather gloves, the strange pocket watch hanging from his left hip..and of course his armor if it's left uncovered..
He merely awaits an answer, his scanning taking almost but an instant before it clicks in the back of his mind and his bracers form upon Arthur's wrists, and calf the Jounin gear and boots from before vanishing to reveal either the tunic or exoskeleton if it's left uncovered, Makaze joins the weapons in the air, aimed at the Tenkage ready for the speed demonstration...of course all of them are positioned to fly just away from the Raikage...ya know..just in case..he does not wish for the blood of an innocent on his hands after all.
He watches the Tenkage's reaction and listens for his words, to either go, or for the man to curse him out for aiming weapons at him...hopefully he's not the sort to take unkindly to that..while he does not doubt his skills he doubts in his ability to take a Kage ranked Shinobi in a real combat situation..not that he would even attempt to harm his Kage..he'd take the beating as his punishment..especially since now that he thinks about it this situation would surely be almost a threat upon his life...Oops..

Shinji listened to Arthur with crossed arms. This ability got more and more interesting. One could summon weapons and even copy them. At the mention of the blade at his waist he glanced down and had the feeling that he would be seeing a double of his blade in no time. All that was well and good, but it was the Pendragon's last question that caused to Shinji to laugh just a bit. Was he fast? Fast was an understatement. The reason for the question was a bit unclear for a second, so he hesitated, but then he saw the rising weapons behind the man and quickly connected the dots. The weapons could be manipulated by the user's will...interesting. As this thought came through his head a thin smile appeared on his face.
Now having a pretty good idea of what was going on he spoke up, so Arthur could hear, "How fast am I? Well, I suppose I am fairly fast. We will find out how fast I am, right? I assume you can do more than just make those weapons float, no? Shall we see how fast I am?" As he talked Shinji removed his shirt, so that by the end of his small speech his shirt lay on the ground. He did not wish to mess up his nice white shirt sporting the Uzumaki clan symbol on the back. However, no one would be seeing Shinji's bare chest-they were not that lucky. Instead all Arthur would see was the sleek metallic armor Shinji had taken a liking to and probably the power bracers he always wore along with a chaka resonator. He called the metallic armor "the maelstrom metal exoskeleton". Only the upper half could be seen as the lightweight jounin pants he wore covered the lower region of the armor. Just as Shinji finished speaking a slight aura of blue chakra would rise an inch off of his body. This was the whirlwind waltz: Shinji's signature move and one of his most deadly. Naturally he had no intention of hurting the Pendragon in the least, but he did want to surprise him just a bit. He had a feeling the jounin meant no harm. Plus Shinji was not one to hold grudges. All he saw now was a challenge. A challenge he would meet.

Arthur smirks, his eyes narrowing as his left foot steps forward, it appears this will be more then just a demonstration, the twinkle in the Tenkage's eyes are of a yearning for battle and he was planning on asking for a spar.
Trace On.
The Exoskeleton, bracers and other items are reinforced, lightning pulses begin pulsating around the Knights frame along with gusts of wind forming around him his palms raising to be level with his own chest his arms straight before twin flashes of light form in his palms and the Master Sword behind him vanishes...revealing two of the same sword in each palm, his Legendary Agility is now active, along with the Tenkage's armor that would set his speed stat at 320..his legs tense and his eyes are trained upon the Tenkage. "Are you fast enough? Let us find out! Have at thee!" He shouts partly in jest but the grin on his face shows legitimate excitement for a fight the blades redirecting before the thirty blades all rocket towards his position aiming to fan out across a ten feet radius of the small area where he is standing the more powerful blades aimed to converge upon him and the smaller ones aimed for his escape routes, the blades are moving at a speed of seventy and are all an average of four feet long and two feet wide except for the copied Makaze which is outright aimed for the Tenkage's left eye.
As the weapons fly Arthur dashes to the left and begins circling, his eyes trained on the Tenkage as he attempts to flank him keeping a decent twenty feet away from his position his moment to strike would be when the blades land..his senses are on high alert, if the Tenkage does not or cannot dodge the blades would be stopped a mere inch from his position and Arthur would stop the technique in order to apologize profusely to his lord while offering meals and gifts and even his first born son if need be.

As Arthur stepped forward with his left foot Shinji moved a swiftly as possible. He was not attacking, no. He was still preparing. As lightning began to pulse around the frame of the jounin Shinji would have just started putting the finishing touches on his knot. The knot he had tied now secured his Tengakure headband securely around his head firmly and in such a way that it would not come undone. However, the headband was not worn in the normal fashion. Instead it dipped down just a bit off of Shinji's head in a manner that covered his left eye.
At the sight of the two swords being summoned Shinji could not help, but blink once. It was a normal blink in every sense of the word, but upon opening his eyes his right one would be different. In it would be cradled a crimson red orb with three black tomes ringing the pupil: a three tome sharingan. The covering of his left eye made it possible to use this fabled doujutsu without frying his own brain due to conflicting signals from the two different eyes that could track at different speeds.
Once again the jounin spoke. This time Shinji did not need to think about what he was saying. He knew what was coming: a spar. This would be interesting to say the least. Arthur took off in an instant at a rather incredible speed and at the same time a rather massive amount of swords began to fly at directly at Shinji. Any normal person would freak out at a time like this. However, Shinji was no normal person. He did not lose track of the Pendragon clansmen. The swords were the least of his problems-they were slow. Just after Arthur took off Shinji followed suit with a show of speed that clocked in at 360, which was one step above the jounin's speed.
As he moved to the right to intercept the man Shinji took special care to avoid any sword that may come his way-though it would be very hard for any of the swords to keep up in the least. His use of his sharingan and superior speed would facilitate his evasion of blades with an aplomb if it did indeed become necessary. Shinji was also sure to be aware should any blades appear out of no where: buried in the ground perhaps? He did not know what to expect so he surveyed the area around where he was headed for any threats. Also, as he ran, he swiftly drew Makaze in his right hand and held it firmly. If his intercept plan did indeed work, and Arthur did not alter his course, then the two shinobi would meet exactly a quarter of the way around the circle in which Arthur was running or rather was planning to run.
If all went as planned Shinji would appear three meters in front of Arthur at the aforementioned point with Makaze pointed directly at the man with a half cocked smile on his face. He would keep his weight shifted to the right and his muscles tensed ever so slightly as his chakra flowed through Makaze-he was ready to make a move should Arthur have anything tricky up his sleeves. Though he would allow Arthur to make the next move. Shinji wanted to see what exactly this jounin could do. Plus he was rather interested in what those swords the man held could do. Surely the jounin would not pick any old sword with which to do battle. Although Makaze was no lightweight blade when it came to battle either. Maybe Shinji could teach Arthur something about the blade seeing as he mentioned it being copied.

The Tenkage's speed is amazing, a mere blur to the eyes of the Knight who they he is unable to make out any details can see the color and trajectory of the blurred form and with a simple short hop from the balls of his left foot and a strong slash leading from behind his back to his front the Knight is set to spin in his position a mere foot from the air the blade in his left hand meant to slash towards the Tenkage's position just as he would appear in striking range if he would continue forth with his same plan and speed.
If all goes as planned the tip of the Master Sword would form a small nick upon Makaze's edge the blade of the Master Sword being of the highest quality there is.

Shinji was never a swordsman nor was he really that big a fan of fights, but it seemed that Arthur was more than ready to have one. So, instead of allowing Arthur to have his way in a sword fight Shinji figured why not change the game? Every good shinobi knew that to stand and fight when you were outmatched was a fools errand. So, perhaps it was time for a test of loyalty? Shinji chose to allow the jounin to do what he will and see if he would stop everything to keep from hurting his kage. If the jounin truly wanted to he could strike Shinji down right here, but in the back of his mind Shinji had a feeling that the man would not. It was a hard gamble as it may not only cost him his life, but also the respect of the jounin.
As chance would have it Arthur's quick maneuver left a small nick on Makaze. Assuming that was all the jounin did Shinji would sigh and speak up as he lowered Makaze: "You win. I assure you that I would not be much of a match for you in a sword fight." With that the Tenkage would simply wait for a response: be it with a blade or with words. Sure Shinji could have fired off wind blades as Arthur approached or even fired Makaze's evil wind blast, but what would be the point?

Arthur pauses in his follow up and blinks once before he nods once the blades dispersing, the realm following a moment after.
He smiles "Me the winner? Nonsense, I'm obviously worse for the wear" He states his face taking on a strangely serious tone "The King never loses, especially not to one of his own Knights." He states crossing his arms over his chest and nodding once, quoting some of the old ways of his people.
Not to mention that his Lord is a Shinobi...no doubt he had a dagger hidden somewhere in the darkness ready to lash out if worse came to worse and he turned out to be a traitor, such is the way of a Kage..or so he hears...he's never been one after all.
[It's all good man o:]

As the realm of swords disappeared so did the aura of chakra that once granted Shinji such speed. While Arthur spoke Shinji uncovered his other eye and deactivated his sharingan eye and flashed a wry smile at Arthur's response. Once the knight finished speaking Shinji spoke in a rather light tone: "Well if you insist-a king is only as great as his subjects. And if that is true then I must be truly great...Oh, by the way...Seeing as you now have a copy of Makaze I suppose you should know its hidden power." With this Shinji rose the short black blade and aimed it out the open window. In an instant he channeled chakra through the blade. A black sphere surrounded the blade and then a beam of black wind chakra shot straight out the window. He then continued speaking in a rather even tone: "The blade is a good way to catch people off guard in close combat. Now, is there anything else you need Arthur?" The Tenkage then took a seat back in his seat and waited for the knight's response.

Arthur watches the burst of power from Makaze his eyes observing the power and nodding once.
He smiles forms across his face and he bows his head his frame leaning forward slightly his right arm draping over his chest "No, I shall take my leave now if that's alright." He states before stepping backwards and turning away to walk out of the room and exit the tower, if allowed he exits the tower and moves back towards his home.
The walk is quite long as he travels through the streets, he ponders moving somewhere closer but decides against it.

Shinji merely nodded as the knight of the sky village went on his way. As the Tenkage Shinji had many things to attend to to. He had plans...plans for the future. Hopefully he would be able to enact them before his time was up, but he felt that his time was indeed coming fast.
