Solo Training [P,NK]
Tue Jul 16, 2013 4:12 pm
It had been awhile since Takeo had decided it was time to once more train. He had been content with remaining at his current strength. That was until he realised that if he remained as he was he would be surpassed easily by the people he knew. It was bad enough that he could count the number of people he knew that were weaker than him on one hand; he didn’t want to end up having to admit to himself that he was weak. And so it was with that in mind that the boy decided it was best to actually do something. With some resignation he heaved himself out of his house. Such a painful experience it was to actually try and do something. It had been awhile since the youth had done something productive. The only thing he had been really doing was going on a few odd missions with his team mates, because it was required of him. After all it was his job, or something along those lines. He wasn’t really sure why he bothered anymore, maybe he was just lacking anything interesting to do. Though it seemed that he was the only one in Tengakure who was like this. Recently there had been an apparent attack on the village, which thankfully resulted in no losses. Or at least there had been no reported losses, though Takeo wondered if the higher ups would try and cover something like that up. Now that he thought about it, the idea was rather likely. Maybe that was why he hadn’t seen what his face in a while. Then again Takeo didn’t really think it was possible. At least not in Tengakure, maybe it happened in some other village but not this one. Not that it concerned Takeo in anyway, that is unless he himself was killed. He would rather like to be honoured if he ever died…unless he died in some stupid way. Like getting one shot and losing all four of his limbs before getting an eye stolen. But no one was that weak, or unfortunate enough to have it happen to them. Haha, only a complete failure would manage to somehow pull that off. How embarrassing it would be for that person, if Takeo died like that. He would want to be forgotten because that’s just pathetic really.
Now perhaps it was time for Takeo to try and do something productive today. So the great question was what he was going to do today. You’d of thought that Takeo would have planned ahead in the event of such a moment in his life where he actually wanted to do something. But then again the boy wasn’t that much of a planner, perhaps he used to be. But after several spars he thought that it was best to just make it up as he went along, unless it was actually something serious. In which case he would obviously make a plan, after all he wasn’t a complete idiot. Anyway back to the main point. Takeo had no idea what he wanted to do, the easiest thing which was considered training was to try and learn a new jutsu. Well that seemed like the thing he was going to be doing today. How boring. With a dejected look on his face Takeo began to make his way towards one of the training towers located somewhere around the village. Despite Takeo’s amazing sense of direction, he once more managed to get lost. And thus spawned an epic adventure, filled with drama, romance and action. Okay so maybe it wasn’t as thrilling as it good of been. On that thought it wasn’t thrilling at all. Regardless eventually Takeo arrived at his destination. Now that he was there he began to wonder how he managed to get himself lost in the first place, after all it isn’t exactly a hard thing to spot. Whatever, it doesn’t matter that much now anyway. Striding into the building Takeo decided to take an elevator to a random floor on the tower, hitting all the floor buttons once he was about to get off to try and annoy the other passengers. Entering into a random room, he saw that there were several other shinobi within the room. The room itself was rather large, so he took up a position in the corner. The jutsu he wished to practice was a variant of one he currently possessed already. The Lightning Clone or something like that was its name. At least Takeo thought that was the name, it could be something completely different, regardless that is what he was going to be practicing on this fine day.
Now then, it would take all of Takeo’s will power to try and remember exactly how he was supposed to do this. His memory wasn’t the best these days, he found himself getting more and more forgetful as time went on. Maybe old age was already kicking in? A panicked expression briefly flashed across his face as he thought of being old. But then it returned to its blank look as the panic faded. He wasn’t getting old any time soon, well technically he was but that wasn’t the point. Anyway back to the task at hand. Many attempts later, he figured out the fifty-five unique hand seals that were required for the jutsu. It took him around five to six minutes to carefully perform each hand seals, they had to be perfect. Then it occurred to Takeo that these weren’t the hand seals that were required. So after having to ask someone how to perform the jutsu, which was rather embarrassing for the sixteen year old youth, he finally managed to master this technique. Well rather learn than master.
There were two clones that were positioned in front of him. Both of them were identical to Takeo in appearance, and both were ready to be commanded and used for his own personal gain or something along those lines. Now who to use them on was the question? Takeo’s eyes swept across the room, taking in the ninja within to try and find a suitable target for the clones. He found one in an unsuspecting Genin. From the looks of him he was incredibly weak. It seemed he had only just begun to train and already the boy looked tired. He looked pathetically small as well; Takeo wondered how someone like him had managed to get past the exams. Most likely it was all down to luck. Regardless of how he passed or not, the poor boy would soon be subject to Takeo’s masterful plan. Said masterful plan was in fact very basic, it involved the clones leaping at the poor unaware boy, thus being destroyed and shocking him. The results were quite hilarious for Takeo, the boy let out a cry before falling unconscious from the shock. Suffice to say Takeo made a hasty exit, before he was paid back by any witnesses who sought revenge against him. With that over and done with Takeo gave up on training anymore, he truly was lazy it seemed. So with that he simply walked on back the way he came, this time not getting lost on the way.
