Shouten's grin grows as they are left alone in the room, the mans excitement meaning this will be fun. "First off, your gonna have to see if you can form medical chakra, if you can do that then you can easily do what I am about to show you, this way you will find alot more fun, never again will you want to use a knife once your hand is coated in their blood and flesh mid surgery as the knife itself~" Shouten extends his left, his palm facing the air as it hovers over the table, two tendrils form from the center of his hand only to begin twisting around one another taking on a form similar to a strand of dna. The tendrils compress together molding into a replicated artificial heart, the heart beats in his hand without blood, Shouten looking at the man with a slight smirk. "I'm going to have you take the body parts of the boy you just killed, and see if you can make something new, I'll provide life through the heart." Shouten offers it to the man, the dna is kept blank in the heart, splicer allowing it to adapt to the dna it is put in implanted contact with as to not allow any trace back to him. Should everything progress upto this point, Shouten's right hand becomes shrouded in a blue veil of chakra as he holds it up, his fingers aside one another as he flattens his hand before explaining. "If your doing it right, this is what it should look like, with this you can cut through flesh as if it was butter, and manipulate cells and genetics to such a point you control how they work, making them function however you wish, so get creative~" With this Shouten takes a step back, assuming the man has taken the heart by this point he waits to see what he can come up with, or if he can even do it.

Taking the heart almost greedily with his left hand, Reginald looks toward the body with glee, a content sigh escaping his mouth as he approaches the body.

 Mimicking Shoutens instructions, Reginald flattens his hand and brings his fingers together, now all beside one another. Nothing happens, Reggies anger beginning to begin erupting. He looks at his hand and makes several chopping motions, nothing occurring.


" WORK! WHOOSHY WHOOSHY HAND! WHOOSHY WHOOSHY!  Oh quackles be damned...What did father say? Something about chakra that one day...What in the devil was it....WHOOSHY WHOOSHY! "

Remembering back to his childhood, Reginald scours the deepest recesses of his insanity stricken mind for what he seeks. Finding the memories of lessons his father had once taught him, Reginald attempts to briefly remember them only for the Entity known as Quackles to appear in each and every memory. Every time, It ends with Quackles burning the house down while Reginald Rides out on Mr Biggles' shoulders.

Internally, Reginald begins conversing with himself.

" Good god...We have a TERRIBLE childhood, Reginald. "

" YA THINK!?! THEY NEVER LET US PLAY WITH SHARP THINGS!?!?! " 

Sitting nearby, A finely dressed Mr. Quackles interjects, offering his insight on the matter.  

" My dear Reginald, Perhaps I can help you? You need to focus on what you are doing. Think of it as just another surgery. Your father taught or at least told you that the key to being a Medical based Ninja was concentration and control. "


" SO....YOUR SAYING IT CAN GO WHOOSHY WHOOSHY? I JUST GOTTA FOCUS? "

Snapping out of this introspection, Reginald holds his right hand out in front of him and begins focusing, channeling chakra into his hand which he attempts controlling, his hand now becoming shrouded in a veil of blue chakra.



" WHOOOOOOOOOOSHY....WHOOOOOOOSHY! "

Doing as he both saw and imagines he would need to do, Reginald looks on with glee as he begins severing flesh WITH HIS WHOOSH WHOOSH HANDS! He starts laughing maniacally as he removes an arm finally, taking note of some struggle in his concentration.

" Use the force, Reggie. Use the force - oh...um...use the whoosh, use that. Don't do the other thing.  "
 

suddenly blurting out words, Reginald does as the inner voice commands.


" ALRIGHT INTERIOR VOICE OF QUACKLES! "

Utilizing the " Whoosh " Reginald concentrates more in depth, removing and combining with further ease as he begins getting a bit...devious. Reginald swaps the legs and arms, putting one set where the other would normally be, then doing the same with the feet and hands. Then, Reginald attaches the lungs to the sides of the head, forming a frill that would move everytime it breathed, in theory anyway. Manipulating the inner workings of the body along with it various systems, Reginald then removes the lower jaw and attaches that to the calf of the right leg. Finally, Reginald removes all of the other organs and proceeds to fuse them to the back, introducing his new creation promptly.

" meet....JOHN HANDS AND FEET! "

With that done, Reginald places the artificial heart within the body, clapping as he hopes it comes to life.

Shouten watches, hearing the voices of insanity that come from the man as he begins disassembling the man, a bit of time however passes before he goes all "wooshy wooshy?" Shouten's arms cross as he simply watches the creation process, the swapping of the arms and legs, a less impressive act, he however gives bonus points for the interesting use of the lungs and organs that remained. He watches as he places the heart within but it does not animate itself just yet. "Almost, you have to flow chakra into it to merge the heart, thus giving it the spark of life so to speak, then we can meet Johnny!" He says with a tinge of excitement in his voice, curious how this creation will function.

" BREATHE JOHN HANDS AND FEET! BREATHE! "


Reginald reaches into the chest cavity, grabbing the heart as he focuses the flow of his chakra, letting it flow into the heart and thus merge it with the body. Withdrawing his hand, Reginald steps back, waiting.


A full thirty seconds go by before a gurgling is heard, followed by the tortured howls of pain, John hands and feet promptly sitting up then rolling off of the table. Due to the lack of a lower jaw, John hands and feet cannot talk, this also exposing his esophagus and throat. John hands and feet stands up, scared and confused, his lung frills rapidly expanding and contracting whilst making puff like noises.

John hands and feet looks at Shouten then at Reginald, comprehending it new existence most likely. Attempting to attack its creator, John hands and feet steps forward only to fall, unable to control its movement properly. It makes a pained noise followed by more gurgling, it now rolling around on the floor much to its pain and displeasure.

" ITS LIVES! ...INTO THE BASEMENT JOHN! "

Grabbing John Hands and feet by its upper body, Reginald drags him toward the door to the basement, letting go of him for just a moment as to open the door. Once the door is open, Reginald helps John hands and feet up, dusting him off only to push him down the stairs. A loud gurgled scream is heard as Reginald giggles and slams the door shut, propping a nearby chair underneath the handle following his previous action.

" Oh man, he IS. PISSED! "


Reginald turns toward Shouten, laughing uproariously.

Shouten watches as the creature springs to life, this act brings back memories of his first creations, even the Ostrat, the poor thing ran into the volcano! Regardless however Shouten focuses on the event at hand, he has a talented student that will help turn Volcano into a more kid friendly place....oh hell he cannot even think that with a straight face, snickering as he does, it will be as if hell took over the entire village, it will be glorious~ "Now, you can do other things aside from making our beautiful creations, you can take organics and force them onto any other organic, including yourself and others, when this is done you have have them function as if they originally belonged in the new spot." Shouten walks over to the table, blood is still everywhere as he scoops some in his left hand, cupping it as he does only to make an incision into his palm with right hand, the blood flowing into his body only for chakra to form around the hand and heal the wound and merge the dna with his own, this being used as an example. "Another use you can do if you add onto yourself, is a unique transformation this technique grants, I personally named it the Chimera Transformation." With this Shouten's flesh in its entirety shifts to mimic the boy whom was up until recently, fully alive, and not now living on as good ole Johnny. His clothing shifting as well but this due to his Kamishinka, something he will see if the man is ready for at a later date, he is exited to find an individual that is like him in so many ways. 'That is because both of you are fucking crazy!' Osore yells within his mind, Shouten scoffing at this, speaking out loud as a force of habit. "I am not crazy! I am a misunderstood genius!" Shouten looks towards Reggie now remembering he is here. "Well go on! Insert some dna of his, let it merge with you and then flow your chakra through it, and direct it outwards, do that and you will be in his form." Little does Shouten know transforming is Regie's bloodline, so he should more than know how to transform, Shouten's transformation however is much more advanced.

" What the - Dipshit! WHY ARE YOU BACK ALIVE! I INFILTRATED YOUR CHEST WITH A PLUNGER! THEN I MADE JOHN HANDS AND FEET AND AND - "

Seemingly believing the youth he had murdered has just revived or something, Reginald prepares to lay a beating down, a voice initiating an inner dialogue suddenly.

" Come now Reginald....Surely your not this stupid? "

" BUT QUACKLES - "


" No buts, I hate buts. "


" LOVE YOU QUACKLES! " Reginald blurts out suddenly, cutting the palm of his left hand as directed, slamming it down onto a nice pool of blood located on the table.

Allowing the blood to enter his system, Reginalds eyes roll into the back of his head as he starts shivering.

" DISEASE, HERE I COME! ROUND TWO! ROUND TWO! ROUND TWO! "


Doing as instructed, Reginald channels chakra throughout his body, saturating both his own and the foreign blood with it. The colder, more predatory presence in Reginalds mind enjoys this, a subconscious desire to become a better butcher now on its way to being completed. Directing it outward, Reginald taking on the form of his former victim. Looking at himself, then at Shouten, Reginalds eyes widen considerably.

" DEAD BABIES! THERES TWO OF US NOW! "

Shouten smirks as the man does as instructed, this man has done nothing but meet his expectations and even more so, his clearly unstable mental state will no doubt make teaching him organic splicing an interesting thing to watch. Shouten's form returns to his normal state, his mind collecting itself no longer being unstable. "Well for now I have to be off, I'll be watching how you develop so make me proud and I'll give you some more gifts~" With this, Shouten dashes towards the window, his Kamishinka reacting to his will only to form wings upon his back once he leaps out the open window his Oofloo entered from before, Shouten taking flight out of the building and flying back to his home.

Clapping his hands and dancing about, Reginald sinisterly makes his way into the main area of the room, turning to face the bathroom he had come out of before.

" Oh sweety...We aren't even close to being done "

Heading toward the door now, Reginald begins focusing his chakra as if he were about to begin splicing, his laughter echoing throughout the abode as he enters the bathroom. Turning around to face the doorway he had just entered, Reginald takes his free hand and seemingly waves to something, giving a spine chilling wink with his right eye before he promptly slams the door shut.
