Run Run Run Around

As his hit seemed to succeed, Anko would be more than impressed with this student. Even when down, filled with pain, Leander always seemed to persevere. The Uchiha felt honoured to spar against one like Leander, despite his rank and abilities. Anko would notice the boy getting up once more, the Uchiha predicting this to be his last resort. He could see the boy launch himself at Anko, Anko doing everything in his power to maintain a perfect record with his absolute defence. As the fists came, Anko would swiftly swat the first arm that would come towards him out the way. In accordance to this, from the moment he could regard an open chest, he would punch it as it would indefinitely send the boy back once more, most likely causing a disturbance in whatever else Leander planned. Albeit, Anko would follow by swiftly moving his left leg across Leander's legs while he could see them in a kicking motion. Things seemed unfair, the Uchiha having the Sharingan to support him, along with near-instantaneous speed for guidance. Aside from this all, the boy still proved to be a challenge. These were the things responsible for Anko's success at the moment, seeing as he could even handle a bombardment from the boy...but hardly. If the punch Anko had recently let out would succeed, then everything would most likely be over. However, if it were to fail, Anko would be dealt with multiple, hardly effective blows. He could tell this was all the student wanted anyway. From this point onward, the Uchiha could only await a response.

As Leander's first punch was swatted away he would try for a second with his other hand but being punched in the chest he lost his momentum, and his breath. As Anko moved his leg across Lea's, Lea would stumble backwards and fall yet again. Never having hit his superior Lea would not get up this time. He sat in the sand , resting on his arms, panting. 
"Really got to work on cardio" he would say lightly between heavy breaths. He didn't quite realize he even said it out loud. When he finally caught his breath he would look up at Anko with a huge smile. Never had he had so much fun training!
"Thanks a alot!" He'd said friendly, still smiling.

It seemed as though things finally settled from this point. Despite his victory, having seen Leander smile, Anko would begin applauding him. "Never have I seen a Student, not even a Genin prove himself this strongly. Your fighting skills sure are impressive, Leander." With this, Anko would offer a hand to help him up. "I know I'm already in charge of a Genin team, but, how'd you like to be my student." Anko would ask, a grin coming across his face as he still felt honoured to be standing before this boy. "I would like to help you get stronger; to break your current limits as a shinobi and work with me until the end. Are you up for it?" Anko couldn't help but smile from this point, wondering how the boy still remained mentally unaffected by his constant strikes. To prevent himself from talking any further and rushing the boy, Anko would stop here, awaiting a response as he could only for the best in a situation like this.

Leander gladly accepted the hand offered and pulled himself up to stand beside Anko. 
"I don't see how you can call that impressive. I didn't land a single blow." Despite his loss he still grinned. Then he stepped back, a little shocked when Anko asked Leander to be his student. He didn't feel like he matched up to others in his class and here was a superior in the village telling him he hadn't seen any others prove themselves like Lea had...and on top of that asking him to be his student! From Anko's easy almost effortless blocking, Lea already knew he was strong. All this was racing through Lea's mind. 'Take it slow Lea' he told himself before answering Anko.
"What exactly would that entail? And what would happen when...if i become a genin and get assigned a new sensei and a team?" Lea asked, wanting to say yes but having to consider things first.

"This is a spar." Anko would exclaim, "Despite how one fights in a spar, it shows each person where they lack and benefit. You almost hit me on perfect guard: an Uchiha whose speed cannot be read through a student's mind, yet you did it. This whole spar was a simple test to see how strong you are. This brings me to the same conclusion. Hands-down, I believe your abilities surpass your title. However, don't let these words get the best of you. Continue to improve, and everything will become worthwhile." The Uchiha's tone would become mor serious as Leander spoke of conditions; specifically those that involved Sensei. "Once you become a Genin..." Anko began, "...You are recommended to join a Genin team with a Jounin enrolled as your Sensei. However, this doesn't mean you cannot have your own individual Sensei." Anko would smile as he said this, trying to relieve the boy. "I'll be the Sensei who trains you aside from missions and teamwork. Deal?" Even this wouldn't conclude what the boy would ask as he seemed to wonder what this whole adventure would entail. "First of all..." Anko began once more, "...As your Sensei, in order to teach you, I will need to know your Element. As a Student, I realize you have not yet proceeded into Specialties. However, your journey with me will grant you lots of time to think about it. During our adventures, aside from your original work, we will master all Elements and Specialties you wish to learn, along with jutsu. You will learn about your true shinobi self during our adventures, and determine all paths you are to walk through. Sound good?" With a serious face, Anko would await a response, hopefully showing him how different a team Sensei and individual Sensei can be. "Live life to the fullest, Leander." Anko would conclude.

"It all sounds to good to be true." Leander said almost jokingly. Two senseis...seemed like things might conflict once in a while. 'We can cross that bridge when we get there!' he told himself thinking the matter over. 'Live life to the fullest..this opportunity doesn't come around often..' Lea was really thinking everything through. the concentration showed on his face and he even started to lightly chew on the knuckle of his right index finger. 
"Okay...Okay!" Lea finally answer with a grin
"I gladly accept your offer." And he stuck out his hand to seal the deal.

Anko laughed as it seemed Leander found everything too good to be true. "Too good to be true?" Anko chuckled, "Please! I'm only here to help!" It seems the two were really getting along well, almost like two good friends standing next to each other. Despite knowing that the boy would eventually have a team assigned to him, Anko didn't care. He was already told to lead a team of his own, yet he still had nearly the whole day to do whatever he wanted, thus he would see no problem in this situation. The Uchiha grinned as Leander accepted his offer, seeming to offer him a handshake now. Knowing all good things must come to an end at this point, after having shake Leander's hand, Anko felt as though it was time to go. "Well..." Anko began, "...Looks like everything's all good now! I shall see you later on this week, but for now, I have some business to attend to." Anko would show a bright smile as he said this, Body Flickering out of the area.

I've got to learn Body Flicker soon!" Lea would say to no one as he walked out of the training area smiling.
