[Sorry, for leaving, just gotta do something then I'll join the topic again, if you guys aren't done or not at a loss of stamina.]
Since no one was doing anything everyone was keeping their positions it gave Daniel a little bit of time to think of what he was going to do later that day. He then decided he would make some kind of oven baked dinner, but remembered that it took a while for the oven to turn on and heat up. He then knew that he was definitely going to be hungry after this current battle and he wanted the oven to be ready for him and since no one had started fighting yet he thought it would be okay if he told them and he went home to turn on the oven and hopefully make it back in time. "Hey," he called out to the small group, "I need to go do something real quick! I'll be back as soon as I can, it's pretty important." He would then run off the way he had came back to his rented apartment.

Haru would watch as Daniel made his exit. Whatever, he supposed. What he really wanted to do was impress his sensei, who had not seen this technique. Using it made him very powerful, and his charging was almost complete. At last, he finished charging the fury of the storm, and could end this little standoff of theirs. He surged with pure energy, appearing in a far more powerful version of himself. Bloodshot eyes, blurred features, and a sense of him vibrating in place replaced his normal appearance.
"Let's see what you're made of..." He would say, readying himself to attack. He would charge down Takeo at full speed, attempting to sweep his legs out from under him with his right leg, spin around, and kick at his side with the same foot. This would not hurt Takeo, only knock him away if it made contact. After executing this kick, he would attempt to dash past him as he fell to the ground, appearing next to him, standing at the ready, with his arms raised offensively. "Your turn..." He would say.

His attention was diverted over to Daniel as the boy announced his departure. Takeo simply waved as the boy ran off, presumably to go do something important. Takeo was so busy waving in fact, that he didn't actually catch all of what Haru said. So when the suddenly found his feet go out from underneath him. Let's just say he was sort of surprised. Surprised enough that his face took on the exact look a manga character would look like when they would be surprised. You should know the type. A kick to the side sent him rolling across the ground for a bit. Then to top it all off, the boy basically taunted him. Taking a moment to recover from the surprise attack he moved back to a standing position. It seemed what Rin said might be true after all about this guy. Really there was only one way to test that out. A head on attack of course. A straight jab was thrown with his right hand, just to test the waters as it were, aimed in the general direction of the head. Should it be blocked well then he would follow it up with a left knee to the ribs. And well if it was a hit, then he'd probably just stand there for an hour or so in awe at how bad this guy was...he really hoped it was the former.

Haru would notice that Takeo was fast, about as fast as he was normally, but in his Fury, he was ridiculously quick. He would see Takeo try to punch him, with such an obvious attack. A jab like this, in Haru's experience, was usually to buy time, or hide another attack. Still, he had no blind spots, so usually, this was done in vain. He would swat the arm that was targeted at him aside, before twisting to his left to avoid Takeo's knee. If the twist was successful, he would end up standing on his right side, with his back to him. Taking advantage of this, he would bring back his right elbow, pulling the strike so it was more of a glancing blow. Whether or not the strike was successful, he would twist to his left again, so that he was facing Takeo again. Using his right foot, he would aim a kick at his chest, which would likely stagger him.

Once more Takeo found himself distracted, this time by a pretty bird that flew overhead while he attacked. It was at that point he found himself staggering backwards, a throbbing pain located by his chest made Takeo think two possibilities. Either he was having some sort of heart attack, or he'd been attacked in the chest while he had been distracted..again. Honestly this guy had no sense of fair play at all. For a moment Takeo forgot what was going on in his utter anger at this extremely rude boy. So that was the reason he stood there for a moment still looking towards the sky. And then well he stepped back forward and kicked towards the boy's right shin. Well the side of the shin really, he didn't feel like possibly injuring his own foot right now. The boy's leg yes, his own no. Then he found himself running out of things to do, what a dilemma he faced. Perhaps he would think of something within the next few seconds, or perhaps the boy would collapse in pain screaming and clutching his own leg from the mighty kick delivered.

(Sorry, I've got to take care of something)
Haru would feel his strike connect, as the boy simply stared up into the sky.
"Get your head out of the clouds, or you'll end up in the dirt." He would say, deactivating the fury of the storm so the fight was more fair. He would twist away from Takeo's kick, taking up a defensive stance a few feet away from him, ready to dodge if the need arose. He needed a moment to recover from his extreme burst of power. He'd really only started to charge that because Daniel was there, but now that he'd left, he'd been faced with only Takeo as an opponent.
"Sorry about that. That move was intended for the guy who just left." He would say, as the fatigue started to clear away from his body. He checked his watch, and sighed. "Well, I've got to go. See ya." He would say, turning and leaving

As Rin signaled nothing happened. It seemed that everyone waited for the others to make the first move, to see what they were capable of, maybe learn something about their fighting styles. It did seem fairly silly to Rin, because even if someone were to start attacking, there was only a 50% it would not be you and being under attack... better be the one attacking, the Chuunin figured, and learn what they can do to defend themselves first. Sometime attack moves might not even get a chance to be executed if already in a fight. But this was just his own opinion and he did not voice it, letting the stare-fight continue. At some point Haru would tell the others he would get ready and start this. With that his chakra began to strangely surge through him, unlike anything Rin had witnessed before. The power buildup seemed more physical, than of chakra nature, but he would still notice it and could speculate on its potential. He had no idea his pupil had something like this up his sleeve and wandered which way all this power will be directed, because if it were to power his damage output, he might not hold back enough and Rin did not want the kids getting seriously injured. In that time, before Haru was done, the Daniel boy decided it was taking too long, or maybe something else, and explained he needed to go somewhere real quick. With that it was only Haru and Takeo... and the observer Rin. Takeo would not initiate on the Hyuuga and as promised, as soon as the boy was done powering up, he started. At this point his appearance had changed, revealing just how much the student had grown, the power emanating from him. Momentarily the boy would disappear from Rin's field of vision as well as go under his Kagura's radar. Only after Takeo took the first hit, did Rin realize this was due to how much faster Haru now was. Apparently the technique he had witnessed boosted speed greatly. Almost immediately Rin's eyes would start to glow blue, as he would tap into the power of aquarius, locked in a very special stone given to him by Sameonna Hashigaki, the stone that Rin later reforged into the pendant that now rested on his neck. In response the neckwear would also faintly glow as the water nature chakra calmly flowed through it. However, even with the new level of concentration, Rin could only detect traces of Haru when the boy was on the move, although it felt like he was very close to catching up, well at least with his mind. He could have tried more, but it would have costed him some fatigue himself, on top of not knowing for how long he would be able to maintain that level, so he decided not to. Kagura's had becoming almost as natural to him as his normal eyes and relinquishing that ability felt like going blind. With that said, the fight did not last long - Takeo was fairly obviously unable to keep up with Haru and was taking hit one after another without any trade offs. On top of it, it did not look like he was actually trying. So, in a couple more clashes, Haru backed off and the power he had gathered somehow faded away, that part Rin did not focus on. Rin was a bit surprised when he heard his student apologize and say that the move just used was intended for Daniel and not Takeo. Why would he use that against one kid but not the other? Maybe Daniel was very fast himself, or maybe this was a counter to some other ability the kid had? Rin knew speculating was not going to lead anywhere, so he left it at that. Then, out of the blue, Haru announced he had to go and without any proper adieu just turned around and left them. Even forgot his dog, who was smart enough to realize it had to follow its master and leave after him. This left Rin in a fairly strange situation. Basically he and Takeo came here, then the other two showed up, taking about fighting, one ran away, the other, Rin's own student, beat Takeo and left as well. And now Rin was standing there beside beat up boy and after a moment "...awkward."

And now it seemed that the other kid had disappeared as well. "That was quite interesting." Takeo responded to Rin's rather awkward awkward. He simply wiped his hands in his clothes and stood there for a moment thinking. "Perhaps I have just fought against Tengakure's strongest Genin." He mused aloud. He wasn't saying it to comfort himself, after all he hadn't really been paying attention. But from the sheer speed of the boy he doubted he would have been able to fight back even if he had been focused. "Hopefully I wont have to face anyone like that during the exams." His head turned left and right as he searched for his amazing jacket. Luckily it hadn't managed to be trodden on during that. So he simply wiped it down before putting it back on. "I've learned what I needed to about taijutsu now. Don't bother and just let clones do all of it." While his tone was slightly sarcastic. That was Takeo's actual plan. He didn't feel like he should bother with fighting himself during the exam. If he ran out of chakra before he beat his opponent, then he would obviously forfeit. "So, want to do something else?"

Apparently Takeo did not feel awkward or at least did not reveal it to the Chuunin. He then noted Haru perhaps being Tengakure's strongest Genin and Rin could only agree, the guy was easily Chuunin level, if Tengakure had somebody stronger than that, he honestly doubted they were Genin ranked. If Haru plays it right, he will surely get enough attention in these Exams. To the next sentence Rin replied with a simple "Hopefully." it would be problematic if he had to fight Haru himself, when the boy could muster that speed. Maybe if he trained his concentration some more he might be able to track him, but right now it would not last long.
Well, it seemed that Takeo had his fair share of taijutsu for today, he even formulated a bit strange, but a conclusion nonetheless. Voiced it sounded a bit strange, but Rin himself was familiar with that sort of tactic, so he did not say anything. When prompted of what they could do now, Rin shrugged taking a moment to think. Well... they could do what he is good at... "I suppose, I could train you some Ninjutsu, if you don't mind. I'd like to consider myself a specialist in that area, but you know. There is no perfection, no end of mastery."
