Caves! So Exciting! [P, NK]

Kojin sighed as he finally made it to the area where the caves where. He had been exploring the desert every time he got bored from being cooped in the village for too long. "Maybe I'll find something interesting here. Hopefully nothing to weird" he mumbled. Most of the time he went out of the village either something weird or bad happens. For example, the first time he left to explore he got hit in the head with a beer bottle. Despite that being such a long time ago he couldn't forget the event and the others that followed after it. He didn't head out for some time after that incident. Deciding that there was nothing else to do, the boy sighed and started to stretch his legs.

Yukio walks along the path through a cave with Kurai and smiled "well boy today our first day of training as a team i promise you this is going to be amazing. no fall backs or loses boy " he petted his head softly and then kurai shifted his eyes towards the cave and growled "hey hey boy relax don't go over board protecting me i remember what mother told you"

" now kurai you have been with Yukio since the day he was born and have trained with him since then. now today you and him will become permanent partners" kurai nodded and spoke " my lady i promise yukio will be fine ill keep a keen eye on him like he was my own" he bowed and walked towards me running fast and jumped on me "come boy time to train"

Kojin had just finished stretching his legs and was now working on his arms. He stopped immediately once he heard the sound of a growl in a cave behind him. He turned his head sharply, wondering if there was a wild animal somewhere in the area. 'I really hope I'm wrong' he thought. It surprised him when he saw it was a canine and... "Yukio?" he boy asked. He grinned and rushed up to the duo once he saw a Suna headband on Yukio. "Hey, I didn't know you come all the way out here! I also didn't know you got genin and your companion, congratulations!" he exclaimed.

he high fived kojin and smiled " yup i tried my hardest and got it, I am one step closer from accomplishing my dream " Kurai sniffed him and glared "hmmm hes okay with me i guess he doesn't seem like a logically threat, although he is armed and a ninja from our village" Kurai surprised him with his speech and Appearance "What you never seen a talking wolf before hmmm you lack the knowledge of my pack" Yukio tapped his head "HEY be nice kurai not everyone is a enemy, i do have friends you know " Kurai wagged his tail and walked around the entrance of the cave "hmmm i smell no traps, no danger, no other presence so we are good to go " he ran deep inside the cave and howled loudly "im sorry about that kojin kurai is my protector also , mother instructed him to keep me safe and alive so hes kinda like over protective kinda like a brother to me so he worries alot" he smirked and snickered a bit

Kojin high fived with Yukio and smiled at him. "It's alright Yukio! I think a talking guard dog is pretty cool!" he exclaimed. He went up to Kurai and grinned at him. "I hope you and Yuki will get a long so that you can be a great team. Speaking of teams, did you get assigned one yet Yukio?" he asked as he turned his head back to the other ninja. He wanted to know which team the fellow genin was on, if he was assigned to one, so that both of their teams could possibly meet up or something of the sort. 'It would also be interesting to see which teammates he has'.

kurai looked at him "im a wolf not a dam mutt boy :/" he sniffed around "hey be nice boy, and not yet they said they would inform me of my team i would be assigned to in a few days so i will let u know and yes it would be very interesting" kurai looked at yukio and smirked "lets just hope we don't get assigned to a weak and cat like team or i swear i will disobey orders and kill them no holding back" yukio looked at kojin and sweated a bit " ehh im so sorry for his attitude its just he is a smart mouth , he gets it from mother and hanging out with raijin!!" kurai wagged his tail and looked at yukio "hey raijin is the only ninja i respect from our village and the uchiha even though he is our rival" yukio sided and put his head down in shame " my own brother likes raijin more than he likes me :(" kurai stood up on his back legs and licked yukio's  nose "relax you know i love you bro"

Kojin scratched the back on his head and sweat dropped a bit. "Sorry, Kurai, I can't really tell the difference." he replied. It was true, he hadn't really seen much canines in Suna so wolves and dogs look the same to him. He chuckled as he heard Yukio say that Kurai got a smart mouth from his mom and Raijin. "Well I didn't know Rai even had a smart mouth, or do you think that because he's your rival?" he asked while raising his eyebrow. The boy didn't know what it was like having a rival since no one at the academy bothered to compare themselves to him. He was positive it was an interesting relationship though.

Yukio flicked his nose and watched him "kurai just because your cute doesn't mean you can smother me with love now keep your head in the game because today we go wild you have to remember our training and we have to prove something to kojin over there " he points at him and smirks "me and kojin have a rivalry we have to settle because we didn't get to fight the day before my genin exam so i owe him one " kurai howls loudly and and it echo's through the cave " so i get to hack and slash as fast as i want heheheh yes bro lets teach him a lesson he will never forget and he will bow before my awesome power and might!" he poses like a heroic animal "um Kurai easy boy your getting hot headed as usual, don't underestimate kojin Ive fought along side him and he is a bright strategist and his lightning techniques are pretty awesome like his lightning shield and his ray" yukio praised kojin for his jutsu and fighting capabilities

Kojins' eyes widened a bit as he heard Yukio and Kurai talk to one another. He had totally forgotten about the spar he had promised Yukio! It was a good thing he had been training all this time otherwise he might have been screwed. Kojin smirked slightly as he looked at Yukio. "Oh? You think you can beat me that easy huh? Don't get overconfident just because you're a genin!" he replied with a larger uncharacteristic smirk. He took some steps back to get some distance from the other ninja. He then settled down into a defensive stance, getting prepared for anything that came his way. "If we're gonna spar then let's start now, come!" he shouted.

Yukio paniced and waved his hands frantically " wait wait wait i haven't eaten my lunch yet and i want to get to the other side of this cave first!" yukio glared at kurai and poked him "you see you got him all wild up and now he's ready for a brawl " kurai clawed the ground and snarled " oh come on im ready im ready for a fight i mean i know he's going to lose so what's the big deal bro?" yukio openned his back pack and unpacked all his food and kurai's bowl and started cooking ramen, pork , chicken, bread, and dumplings "see your favorite's all in one place now relax and eat up your going to need the strength to face kojin because he is no push over i warn you now kurai this is the real thing not training so no jokes or fooling around we need to be totally in sync or our combination attack's will not work and mother will be disappointed" kurai ate his food fast and in huge loads while yukio ate his food just as fast almost choking and then stopped and looking at kojin "um oh im sorry  would you like some im sorry my mother packs alot and we eat more than we can handle so hahaha im willing to share with my rival hehehe" yukio handed him a bowl of ramen
