The Reunion

He had always been a man who wanted to cause as little suffering for the people as possible, while reserving special considerations for events in wartime. Upon learning the true secret of Volcano he took a deep breath and let out a sigh. His suspicions were correct, and while he disagreed with the method, he understood why it was done. With another sip of his beverage Navi's gaze drifts downwards before finally being brought upwards once Viper has finished speaking. 

"God's blind spot huh?" 

He takes another drink while gathering his thoughts. The missing ninja they were looking for were likely either in Volcano village or nearby. 

"And now your weapons of evil to destroy evil are running around unchecked." 

Now that the war was over stock needed to be taken of these problems needed to be either removed or dealt with. Under Navi's jurisdiction the Volcano village would need to be cleaned up by the time all of this was over. This would mean removing Osore from power or other measures to create a peaceful land to be one of the "big five". The Fire Nation was unstable as it was, and Navi saw no reason for a bloodthirsty cannibal to be a leader within it.

"Set up a monitor and keep me posted about anything you see in Volcano. I'll send an ANBU team to investigate if need be. We need to deal with these rogues before things get out of hand." 

It was quite a perk to be friends with God, to have observation nearly anywhere would mean hiding from them would be nearly impossible. If they found these ninja, it would likely come to a fight involving Viper, Echo and Navi themselves. A single S-rank missing ninja was dangerous to say the least, but a collaboration of them would require the best of the best to deal with. 

"Is there anything else you've been meaning to tell me?"

There undoubtedly was more to say between the two of them. Knowing his friend for the mastermind he was, he likely had developed some new powerful techniques or had created a powerful new weapon. All of these things would be revealed at their own pace however, and this meeting was long overdue between them.

Viper hears Navi's words, and to say the least he agrees with them. If he wants the world to move on to peace, then he does not need the tools of war sitting around to cause more problems. Viper leans forward now, sitting correct in the chair, his arms removing themselves from behind his head, only to rest upon the arms of the chair. "It seems we have some cleaning up to do, I doubt Volcano will go down without a fight so we have to make sure we are fully prepared for war. There is actually one thing I recall seeing during the attack on Kirigakure no Sato, the assailants have access to the Sanbi." Viper's gaze turns more serious, as he knows this situation is more of a personal one for the boy, and something that also concerns him. "From what I recall, the Sanbi was sealed within the last Mizukage. That means the Mizukage had the beast extracted prior to the attack of Kirigakure no Sato, two scenarios exist with this that are both dangerous."

Viper exhales a soft sigh before continuing, "Either we have a full mastered Jinchuriki on our hands, that could even be the Mizukage that is aiding them, or we have someone in their ranks with the power to manipulate and control the Bijuu to their will, someone with power like mine." Viper's crimson eyes seem to glow slightly upon being referenced, if the enemy has access to the Sharingan eye this makes everything complicated, this also becoming personal for the head of the clan to know that there is a chance his bloodline could be used to cause damage to the world once more. Viper relaxes his form, focusing upon his eternal eyes as he gains access to Asgard, a single monitor being forms in his throne room, this monitor set to give an aerial view over Funkagakure No Sato, the village itself recorded through this until Viper says otherwise. With an aerial recording, he is free to modify it later, zoom in, have it pick up chakra signatures during the recording, and many other things.

Viper's visage, once the monitor is created moves back to his student, "There is nothing else that comes to mind, Volcano was my last secret that I can recall. There is the manipulation of Tengakure no Sato and how come they are friendly towards us, but that is a more simple issue. All I did was imitate the Tenkage after he came to me, giving up on the world, and had him give a proper farewell to the village, and select his successor, or should I say I selected the next successor. I had him say that the Fire Nation, more over Konohagakure no Sato itself is its greatest ally, and will be at their side if they need it. So if the time does come, and if we want their alliance, we need to have their back depending upon their actions."[ Viper looks upon Navi as he awaits his response.

Upon the mention of another Biju on top of all of this, Navi's fists involuntarily clenched together. It seemed that the two shinobi had personal investment in this matter as well as official. All the more reason to track these men down immediately and eliminate them. 

"Thank you for being forward with me," Navi says upon hearing Viper finish his revealings. He was deeply appreciative of this, and the information shared between them could bring much faster results. 

"War with Volcano then seems almost inevitable. Of course we won't begin the operation until we can ascertain more information." 

Navi takes a final sip of his soda, tossing the empty can across the room into the garbage can. He senses that there meeting was coming to a close, as both men likely had some preparations to make given the unfolding of recent events. 

"I'm sure we'll be in touch again soon old friend,"

"It is the least I can do, you have served me during my time in power without question, you have earned my respect and for me to not hide anything from you. I do want to apologies for the secrets I have kept, they have caused more trouble than good since I acted on my own." Viper sighs softly, standing from the chair that rightfully belongs to the man sitting across the room. "I'll begin preparations, and start collecting intel, a monitor is already set up in Asgard that is recording Funkagakure no Sato from an aerial view, I'll examine it later after some time passes and see if it picked up anything." With this, Viper steps away from the desk, his right hand gesturing to the Hokage's seat, this wordless gesture holding much behind it. "Until we meet again, if you need me you know how to reach me. I think I may take a trip to Sunagkaure no Sato and see how they are doing with Koroshi leading them, no doubt all of them are buff including the children with his exercise routine." This is said with a slight laugh and a smile, his right hand makes a farewell gesture, with its conclusion the mans form is gone, vanishing in a flash of crimson.

Navi nods with a warm smile, a rare expression to see on the usually apathetic man's face. As Viper departs he settles into his desk chair, his gaze staring blankly at the back of the room. He reaches downwards to find that all of the paperwork had been finished, and all of the files were up to date. Opening the next cabinet he notices that the request applications have all been filled out and responded to, leaving not a single scrap of the dreaded boring Hokage duties left for him to do. 

"Thank you," he whispers to himself, departing the room in a blur and leaving his now immaculate office. Perhaps it was time for a brief vacation.
