A Real Home, Finally (P, IO, Keiji)

Kei listened to Kira's little tour of their apartment, which was a lot more then he expected. They had everything you could possibly need, even running water! He nodded his head quickly when she offered to make food. He was very hungry, and since he didn't know how to cook, he couldn't really make anything for himself. He sat down on the couch and waited. That was when he noticed the door opening... and a person popped his head inside. Jumpy as ever from the years spent held captive, Keiji would shoot out his chakra threads to Neko, willing him to ready the large fangs sprouting from his mouth. Then he would hear him say Kira's name. 
"Oh, I'm... I'm Sorry, I thought you were..." He began, unsure of how to apologize for that. He disconnected the threads, leaving Neko sitting on the floor, and waiting for Kira to explain who this was.

"Ken-kun!" Kira said, completely thrilled now. this day just kept getting better and better. She ran over and hugged her boyfriend (I love saying that). She let him go quickly though and held his shoulders, speaking from an arms length. "Ohmygosh, today has been probably the best day of my life! WE JUST GOT AN APARTMENT. And we brought the bean-bag chairs~" she said, rushing though her sentence. "Oh yeah, Ken, meet my brother, Keiji. Kei, meet my boyfriend, Ken," she said, tugging Ken by the hand to meet her brother.

Ken atleast somewhat ignored the hug and spoke "Hmm, Thats nice Kira-Chan" But with that he would kneel down toward Keiji. "So keiji, I have a question for you..Do you want to become stronger?" Ken would have no trouble helping someone who was kira-chans brother, And he had a new technique he REALLY wanted to try out. One that could completely change how strong the boy was...The Body Conservation Seal

Kei just sat there like an idiot as he watched Kira hug the person who'd entered, and introduce him as Ken. Kei smirked, looking at his sister. "You never told me you had  a boyfriend..." he said, pestering her. Ken seemed to ignore his sister, looking straight at him, and asking a simple question. Did he want to become stronger? What kind of question was that? "Well, yeah. But not just... muscle strong, that's what he's for." He said, pointing to Neko. "Why do you ask? He questioned Ken, not breaking eye contact. He was half expecting some sort of catch or price, as if he were selling a magic elixir or something. Kei had a tendency to over think things of this nature.

Now, Kirameki had a short temper. That was established publicly when she was seven, during her first day at the Academy. She had nearly strangled a kid with her tail for making fun of her. being ignored by her boyfriend... That made her blood boil. But today was a happy occasion. Not... an angry... occasion.... So she let it slid, reluctantly. "Sorry Kei, I never really got the chance. We only got together recently," she said, smiling a little. She walked over to Keiji and whispered in his ear, low enough so only he could hear. "Kei, don't be so jumpy. You aren't with them anymore, you're safe, with me," she said. She had seen how he reacted with Neko at the door opening, but hadn't paid it any mind at the moment. "By the way, i won't tell him that you're my big brother yet, not until you say I can or you do yourself. He'd ask how, and I know you wouldn't want everyone knowing all that happened." She stood up after that, patting his shoulder.

"So" Ken would say toward keiji As the body conseravation seal was activated upon his palm (Invisible to naked eye) "You got any abs under that shirt? As he put his arm forward to attempt to pat Keiji's stomach. If this would go through, the seal would be put on Keiji and he would stand up. Walking toward kirameki and doing the exact same thing, But to kira's Back. This was a safe precaution, and was only to be done to ASSURE Ken that both of them would be able to fight off any unsuspecting foes.

Kei could imagine Kira being a little angry at Ken for a second. But if she was, she cooled off real quick, and came over to whisper in his ear about how jumpy he was. "I can't help it." Keiji would whisper back. He'd listen a little longer, to the bit about being her older brother. He would nod. "Good plan." He would say simply. He had already forgotten he was actually OLDER then his step sister. Just as he was starting to curb his jumpiness, Ken lifted up his shirt. "Dude, what are you doing?" He would say, glaring at him. He did the same to Kira's back, and Kei found himself a little confused. Why had he done that, exactly? He shrugged.

Kira saw Ken lift up Keiji's shirt and touch his stomach. for a moment, she was tense, expecting a freak-out. However, that freak-out didn't come, so she took a breath of relief. however, she tensed up again she Ken lifted up HER shirt and touched her back. she whirled around and slapped him. right across the face. "NO," she said simply, commandingly. "NO TOUCHING. I mean I've know you for only a few days, maybe a week or two. No, just no." But then she began wondering just what he was doing, because he did the same thing to Keiji. "Never mind that. What were you doing, Ken?" she asked, wondering what just happened.

Ken would fall to the ground after kira hit his cheek uttering a huge ammount of gurble "OKAY! OKAY! EXPLANATION TIME!" Ken would say. slowly crawling backwards and standing up. I have placed a seal on you both. Ken would say. Then pulling up his shirt and touching HIS stomach. creating a seal. "While this seal is active. it stores some of your natural power. and when it is released, you get a HUGE power boost. I was adding it for any times you get in trouble" Ken would scratch his head. Then he would turn to keiji "Also. Keiji. You cant rely completely on your puppet. if that thing recieves one blow that stops it from working. you can be reached almost immediately. Thats why i added the seal to you. Kira because i dont feel like giving one person a special Failsafe"

Keiji listened to Ken's explanation of why he'd touched his chest, and Kira's back, which had been a little strange. He seemed sober for most of the explanation, but upon hearing the word "Seal" from Ken, his face paled. He'd just allowed another seal to be placed on him, without even knowing it had happened. For all he knew, that was like the seal from before, preserving and regenerating his body for continued experimentation, or a seal to lock away his chakra. He had been careless. The hair on his arms stood up, and Kei reached for the nearest jar, hurling it at Ken's chest. "Don't rely on my puppet? I can do perfectly fine without him..." He would mutter threateningly. He would then gather blue fire in his hands, freezing it, and forming cold flame claws. He would charge straight at Ken, forsaking Neko. 
"Don't you ever put a seal on me!!" He would scream, swinging his right claw at Ken's neck.
