Jin didn't expect the attack that Xuro performed sending a dragon of lightning towards him, Jin was going to test something out here, could he play a game of chicken? Xuro probably knew that Jin loved avoiding attacks and then popping up where his opponent least expected it, if anything Xuro probably expected Jin to rely on such a tactic, so he was going to see if he could outwit Xuro in terms of mindpower, and sure enough, he manipulated the dragon over Jin's head and into a tree, it seemed as if maybe Xuro really didn't want to hurt Jin in the slightest, but that was pretty cool of him to do that anyway, Saves Jin all of the bruises anyway, he didn't really feel like having to head to the hospital to get all of his injuries treated yet AGAIN after having to go last time when Yaju completely disengaged Jin's arm and basically deadened it, they spent about 3 hours trying to restore feeling and control into it using a professional physio, and Jin didn't quite feel like making a return trip to that clinic anytime soon, he was impressed though, Xuro had definately gotten better, it would seem, and that he was definately not pulling any punches, this team learned fast, and seemed to be getting stronger by the day, but Jin had to ensure that he remained the strongest member, he didn't want to get his limelight stolen anytime soon.
He heard an alarm go off, where did that come from? Was it Xuro's watch? Oh, yeah, it was, it seemed as if Xuro had to go, Jin didn't know what for, maybe his parents wanted him home, ha, Jin never knew the sensation of a curfew, he never had any parents, so that explained a lot, Jin didn't know where his parents were, but he was happy that there were people who had them, they seemed to be a hell of a lot more fortunate than Jin was, that was almost certain.
Nonetheless, as Xuro left, Jin felt a bit alone, what should he do here? God knew, he figured he'd just go and rest on his usual clifface, as he always did, as he had no house, which seemed to really suck at times, but Jin knew that he'd eventually find a place to live, maybe after passing the Chuunin exams they'd give him a room in one of the barracks or something, god knew, he was beginning to get tired of sleeping out in the cold, that was for certain.
He didn't really have much of a choice though, it was either that or just being dead really, and he definately prefered the prospect of being alive, it could be worse though, Kumogakure was a nice village, so he didn't really mind for now, he just kind of made some form of settlement on the side of a cliff in a hidden cave, which seemed to work for him, but Jin realized that living with nothing made him realize just how welcoming it is having something that people tend to take for granted nowadays, like, oh, a tap, or a chair, or a couch, or a fridge, many many things. He hoped he didn't have to put up with this bullshit for too long though.
