Corvin had been spending a sad amount of time training alone at the training grounds at Sunagakure. He decided he needed a change of pace and looked at the mission boards. He Wanted to take on harder missions that just D and E rank, but until he was assigned a team or achieved Chuunin, this was what he was stuck with. Fully prepared to catch cats or watch over a pie or some such thing, he noticed one mission requiring him to help out at the academy. Corvin could not sign up fast enough. He went at the specified time to the class and knocked on the door. The teacher met him out in the hallway and explained that all he needed to do was go over some of the basics of being a genin with a group of three of his students. Easy peasy. He saw some fellow shinobi already there taking their groups of three off to talk with them. He stood in the hallway waiting to meet his group, and soon enough the teacher arrived with them. One boy was your normal every day shinobi of the Sand. One was a girl who greedily eyed his forehead protector on his left arm. The other boy seemed like he would rather be sleeping.
He introduced himself and talked briefly about his clan and their kekkei genkai for the sake of those who did not know. Then, he figured it would be easiest to do this while walking and taking a little mini tour. The first place he went was the mission boards. He explained how to read the boards and what the various ranks meant and what requirements you had to have in order to even apply for which rank. He then took them over to the doors of where you could usually find the Kage and talked a little about how important he was to the village. Then they made a stop at the training grounds where he talked about the importance of always continuing to better yourself. A well trained shinobi is a safer shinobi after all. He then spent a while answering questions from the kids and had a good laugh with them. When he eventually brought them back to the Academy and collected his money, he felt like it was the easiest he had ever made. This was the kind of mission he could do every day!
