Shinji quirked an eyebrow as Xyxer handed him a vial labeled "UCHIHA", perhaps the former Mist shinobi was blind as well as deaf. All the same Shinji took the blood and gave it a tentative shake. He then glanced up at Xyxer, "You do know you got an infusion of Uchiha blood along with your eye, right? But, no matter. Care to explain the interesting labeling method on that syringe?" This was more a test if anything else. If Xyxer looked confused then Shinji could only assume the man could not see or had accidentally given him the wrong syringe. Shinji hoped that this was not the case as it would mean Xyxer's fighting ability would be greatly reduced, but on the other hand it would be a great time to challenge him to a spar, if he was indeed losing his sight.

Xyxer noticed the slight movement on the man's brow when he looked at the labeling of the syringe and he frowned briefly; this man truly believed he was foolish enough to not read a label correctly? Regardless, he let that blow pass as it was almost certain that the man was not tactically advanced. Merely lifting his hands up, he waved once and started to walk backwards as he spoke, "It's the right vial, do not fret. Perhaps I will see you again, Ex-Tenkage." And with that, he turned around and simply left the area.

Shinji simply nodded at Xyxer's poorly masked jab, which included call him, Shinji, ex-Tenkage. It was truly a shame that Xyxer was not blind as it would have made Shinji's challenging him to a spar a bunch easier. Perhaps he would challenge him later, but for now the former Tenkage had things to do and people to not see. More importantly he had an eye to work with. With that Shinji made his way to the hospital. He was no longer Tenkage, so he knew that he would have to come up with a valid reason to want an eye transplant as opposed to just having it done. However, maybe as the former Tenkage he still had some sway. Only time would truly tell.
