Koroshi watches as Corvin swings the tail at him again while trying to do a back flip, Koroshi viewing this as a weird move as it leaves you very open for a counter attack, but the man is still learning, and Koroshi is kind of his teacher, so he sees it as his job to show him the error of his ways. "Rule number one! Don't show your back to your opponent!" Koroshi shouts while running forward toward Corvin's attack as fast as his body will carry, then once he is within 5 feet of the tail he grabs a hold of it with both his earth covered hands once the tail comes within grasping distance, grabbing the tail by its tip, right after grabbing the tail however Koroshi pulls down with all his might stopping Corvin's back flip and sending him flying toward the ground in front of Koroshi, if nothing stops this from happening Corvin and his new puppet smash into the ground 15 feet in front of Koroshi, the ground breaking apart and forming a crater around them from the force of the hit.

As Corvin is coming down toward the Kage, he sees him make a dash and grab Anima's tail. He makes an attempt at pulling Corvin down from his leap with the tail, but Corvin is fortunate that the tail has 10 full meters of slack. While most of the tail gets pulled out of Anima's shell, it isn't enough to bring Anima flying as the Kage intended. Once Anima lands, Corvin realizes that the tail is still in the Kage's hands and that presents a problem. As soon as his feet hit the ground and the realization is made, Corvin makes a leap toward the Kage with Anima holdings its bladed arms in front of him and has Grey move toward him in an attempted pincer attack. As he leaps he shouts, "Rule two, I know my puppet better than you!" Corvin knew he would pay for that later, but at the moment he was having too much fun and it just slipped out.

Koroshi hears gears moving above him when he pulls the tail, quickly realizing that there most be more slack hidden within the puppet, making his attack fail, but this gives Koroshi another idea "Lets see how much slack you got!" Koroshi says as he opens his hands, using his God of Earth technique to send his earth gloves forward and off of his hands, after doing this Koroshi closes his hands again making the earth gloves grab a hold of the tail once again while they move forward, going at 400 speed. The gloves drag the tail until it completely runs out of slack, then with a jerking/banging sound Corvin's puppet is forced to turn around due to the tail coming out of the back of the puppet, if nothing is done to stop this Corvin and his puppet are sent fly/skipping across the ground toward Koroshi at 400 speed "Rule number 3, don't let anyone touch you, or your puppet!" Koroshi shouts as he quickly turns around while swinging his left arm with his body, punching Corvin's puppet on the back of the head, denting it but not really causing too much damage to it or Corvin.

Corvin, mid dash, sees the Kage's earthen hands take his tail and move at breakneck speeds away from him. He only has enough time to mumble "Damn..." before he is sent skidding across the ground. If that wasn't bad enough, he was also given a quick smack on the back of his puppet's head. Fortunately for Corvin, the Kage seemed to have forgotten about Grey barreling toward him from the other side. Even though Corvin got a dent on the back of his head, the Kage had turned away from Grey who after deftly moving out of the way of Anima's tail and the earthen gloves was now moving in for another attack. Corvin takes the hit to the back of Anima's head and rather than immediately try getting up, he says down to hopefully trick the Kage in to a false sense of security as Grey comes at him. If the Kage does not see Grey coming from behind him and dodge it, Grey will run into his back head first being careful not to skewer him with its palm blades.

With Corvin now on the ground Koroshi can fully sense everything that he is doing using his Doton sensory, so if he continues to control Grey to fly toward him, using his fingers to do so, Koroshi feels out these movements and realizes that he is fighting a puppet master, and that he can not see the other puppet, he comes to the conclusion that it must be behind him, so right after striking the back of Corvin's puppets head Koroshi quickly turns around clockwise, while at the same time extending his left arm forward, if the puppet doesn't change its course, or alter its movements in any way then when Koroshi does this, he ends up catching the puppet by its neck, stopping the attack before it could hit him "Nice one! you almost got me that time!" Koroshi says with a smile before throwing the puppet away from him, by swinging his left arm to the left, hurling the puppet away from him just in case it might still be deadly, the puppet if not controlled to stop is sent flying 25 feet away from the two.

Corvin watches as Grey is unceremoniously tossed aside by the Kage. He stands back up and has Grey return to his side, five feet to his right facing the Kage. Collecting his iron sand back into a gourd, he sets it aside. "I guess it's time I start focusing then." Corvin takes a deep breath. Without having to focus on his iron sand, his focus on his puppets skyrockets. He considers his situation and surroundings as well as his opponent. Finally, he decides on what he wants to do. Hopefully, the jump in speed for no longer focusing on the sand will be enough to take the Kage off guard. He decides to test the Kage's reaction time first by simply sending Grey in for an attack. After pulling his palm blades back in, Grey is sent flying toward the Kage (Speed 115). If he cannot dodge, the puppet will punch him in the gut.

Koroshi watches as the puppet known as Grey tries to attack him again, tracking its movements with his sharingan, Koroshi's reaction time at this point being around 200 so he easily sees the puppet coming toward him, and can react in a manner to stop the attack from hitting him, although Koroshi decides to show off, rather then to just get out of the way, so he waits for the puppet to get closer to him, only moving once he is within 4 feet away from smacking into him, the movement that Koroshi does is stepping forward with his left leg, while moving his right arm to the left, palming the side of Grey's body and sending him flying to the left of Koroshi, then without any hesitation Koroshi swing his left arm upwards, delivering a uppercut to the puppets chin, sending him flying 30 feet into the air, all this only happening if he continues toward him "Should I start focusing too?" Koroshi says with a smile as he looks at Corvin.

If these moves do indeed work, then Koroshi goes back to watching Corvin, who lies within his puppet, using his Doton sensory to inform him of any attacks that he might not be able to see.

As soon as Grey is knocked into the air Corvin strikes. Corvin feels that the only way to counteract the Kage's speed and ability to see his attacks so clearly is to corner him with multiple attacks until he achieves a checkmate. He sends Grey spiraling back downward toward the Kage in a superman like position holding out his fist first aiming for the the top of his head. At the same time, Anima leaps forward toward the Kage aiming a punch for his face and using his tail to move around the left of the him and swipe an area of a couple meters behind the Kage should he leap backward. While moving forward, Anima extends two tusk like blades from either side of its trunk. As he leaps forward, Corvin says "I need some eyes like that!" with a laugh. If the Kage stays where he is he will receive both a punch to the face from Anima and a punch to the top of the head from Grey. If he leaps backward to avoid the punches he will be tripped up by Anima's tail. Since Anima's tail is reaching low and to the left to get behind him, moving to the Kage's right would require him to leap over the tail. If the Kage moves toward Anima itself, he runs the risk of being skewered by the tusks of Anima. If he moves to the right, Anima will move his trunk in an effort to catch him either by the arm or leg, whichever he is able to grasp. If he moves to the right, Anima will use the momentum of the back swing of its tail swipe to make an attempt at knocking the Kage down with the flat end of the tail.

Koroshi senses all of Corvin's movements because he is still in contact with the ground, his Doton alerting him when his fingers move to control Grey, as well as the movements to lunch Anima forward toward himself, Koroshi also being alert of the tail attempting to move. Koroshi wanting to show off his ability's a little decides that he will turn Corvin's own move against him, to start off he smirks at Corvin, this very small movement actives his God of Earth technique, controling his earth made gloves to pull against the tail, restricting any form of movement that it may try to do, keeping it from going behind Koroshi. The next part of his plan is to wait until both the puppets are about to hit him, right when they are within 3 feet Koroshi extends his arms forward, catching Anima's punch with both of his hands, then right after doing this Koroshi pulls backwards while taking a step back, forcing Anima in the way of Grey's attack, and with such little time to alter the puppets movements Anima and Grey should smash into each other, that is if Corvin is unable to move one of them in time.

If everything goes as Koroshi plans he then begins to speak "Using several attacks is a good way to confuse your foe, but you have to be careful not to get mixed up in your own attacks, this could lead to you losing the fight, or your life" Koroshi says while lifting his left knee upwards as fast as his body can, stopping only a millimeter away from Anima's chest, this showing how he could really hurt Corvin, should he want to.

Corvin, anticipating having to adjust for the Kage's, was able to avert Grey off to the right of Anima having scrape slightly before landing on the ground with a bit of a thud. Seeing the Kage's knee coming up toward his chest Anima makes an attempt to grab his leg with its trunk. At the same time, Anima used the momentum of the Kage pulling it forward to send a punch with its other arm toward the Kage's gut. If he is unable to do anything about it, Anima will grab the Kage by the leg with its trunk while simultaneously punching him in the gut with his free hand. If he is caught in the trunk, Anima will pull him with all its strength upward and then slam him back onto the ground.

If Corvin successfully slams the Kage down, he will look down on him and say "I think I am learning".
