Father Why?!?!?!?

Shinji lead the way and Daemon followed. Shinji said not to worry about punishment as it was self defence as Daemon though it was and how he had him to vouch for the young boy who had just killed his father. Daemon was lifted if just a little bit by those words. "D-do you think the new Tenkage would allow me to travel?" He asked as some emotion began to enter the boy once again. Daemon really wanted to visit the land which he got his namesake from Yukigakure. The land of snow just the thoughts of it made Daemon smile on the inside. Although he had devoted his life to this village alot of that had just died by seeing some of the evil this village protected.

Shinji shrugged at the question and his left eye twitched a bit. He still had the Byakugan active and it was starting to strain a bit, but he had it remain on. Speaking the boys question Shinji spoke in a joking kind of tone, "Well I figure I can pull a few strings here and there. Being a former kage does have its perks." Glancing up Shinji noticed that they had arrived at the towering mass that was the Tenkage's skyscraper-a place he once called home and where he made a vow to protect the village. It was a solemn vow, but it was also a vow that had started to fade in time. He would never truly leave the village, but he would take any chance he could to see the world. The only place he had been outside of Tengakure was the Land of Iron and that was for a meeting, which was incredibly dull.

A smile was now upon the Yukis face as Shinji said he could pull some strings. He looked up at the same time as Shinji did and saw the building that there were headed to the smile wiped clean off his face as he stood there looking at the massive skyscraper. "So....now we go in." He said as he still followed Shinji inside the great building. The hope of seeing the great country of snow, and the other countries to be honest, was still inside him as they began the trip up the stairs. Taking in a deep breath Daemon closed his eyes and exhaled he was sure nothing would happen to him but at the same time he could only think of the worst.

After a shot elevator ride up to the top of the tower, Shinji and the Yuki, if he did follow, would be standing in front of the Tenkage's door. It was a door that Shinji had sat behind many times before. He was rather interested to see what Denkiteki had done with the place. For some reason he rather doubted that there were piles of paperwork-Denkiteki seemed like a fairly organized man. AT least that was Shinji's assessment. Thus, with a confident stride, Shinji, assuming there were no anbu guards outside the door, would walk up to the door and give it three sharp raps in quick succession. If there was indeed an anbu there then Shinji would ask for an audience within the Tenkage. All the same he would wait for a response.

Daemon would follow Shinji and take the elevator and again as he knocked on the familiar door. He quite hoped that everything would be fine. Three knocks later He was left staring at the door waiting to see what would be said, Entrance or Denial. His heart began to thump in his throat as he waited outside. A minute passed but it seemed like an hour to Daemon still he stood patient and motionless outside the door of the Tenkages office.

Den was done with his paperwork, space time manipulation made getting it done rather quick. Well, quick for people who were still in the real dimension. It still took forever for Den to completely his work, in Sanctuary it took him a number of hours to get it all done. Den was resting his head on his desk and waiting for his appointment with some of the elders that would take place in thirty minutes or so. Not something he was really looking forward to.

He heard a knock though, 3 in fact. A nearly silent groan escaped Den's lips. Mentally pulling himself together, Den sat upright in his chair. "Come in." His voice was formal, just lough enough to be clearly heard by the 2 shinobi on the other side assuming their hearing was good. He then waited for them to enter, unsure as to who they were.

With a half shrug to himself Shinji pushed open the door with a rather lazy twitch of his hand and stepped into the office. He hoped that Daemon had the common curtsey to close the door behind him. Then, in a rather off handed way Shinji spoke as he assumed Denkiteki knew who he was, "Good afternoon, I am here with Daemon today as he has something to confess." Shifting to a harder tone the second Tenkage continued, "I would would appreciate it if you could hear him out." Shinji did not mention the whole traveling thing, because it had its place and it was not now. Plus it would take some doing as the new kage would no doubt want to weaken his already dwindling shinobi population. All the same Shinji would simply wait for the Yuki boy to tell his story to the Tenkage.

Daemon followed Shinji in and closed the door behind him. After Shinji said what he had to Daemon would begin to speak up. "I...I killed my Father...." He said as he stood beside Shinji the whole ordeal finally hitting him. He had killed his father his mother was dead he had no family at all he was alone in this world and for what a sandwich how was that fair. "I went home and found blood.....upon following the blood trail i found my father standing over top my mom who he had just killed....there was blood all over his face." Stopping here he remembered the blood on his own clothes but continued on anyways. "He killed her over a sandwich....because she wouldnt make him one.......a chunin killing a woman over something that petty....." He was starting to tear up inside again so he fell silent looking down at the floor waiting for the Tenkage to give out his verdict.

Shinji and Denkiteki both stood in silence as he told his story. He wondered if that was a good thing or if it was bad. His mind had began to race with thoughts that were only bad 'They don't believe me even though i'm not lying....What do i need to do?' he thought to himself as his eyes darted to and fro watching for things that may aid him in his endeavor, should it get violent, he sincerely hopped that it would not get violent but he had to get prepared. His hands itched towards where his weapons were and ready to grab them. His fingers poked the tip of two senbon and he got ready to grasp them.

If they should began to talk Daemon would relax and take his hand off the weapons and listen to what was being said. If however they still stood silent he would quickly draw the senbon and throw them at the both of them, One at the neck of Denkiteki and one at the neck of Shinji Uzumaki at the jugular vein of course to ensure a kill, this would only occur if neither of the men began to talk though.

Shinji had lazily listened to Daemon's story for the second time that day. The genin did seem genuine, so he figured Denkiteki would at the most give him a very light punishment or have an anbu operative read his mind for good measure. All the same Shinji was well aware that the choice of punishment lay with Denkiteki as he was the acting Tenkage, thus Shinji remained silent as he awaited a verdict. No, he would not speak a word he would simply keep an eye on Daemon. However, were Denkiteki not to speak then something most interesting would take place right before Shinji's eyes: Daemon would draw two senbon and throw them; one at Shinji, himself and one at Denkiteki. Now, were this to happen then Shinji would take action as quickly as possible to eliminate the immediate threats. With the aid of his one active Byakugan eye he saw the senbon in immense detail and would react accordingly. Just as the senbon aimed for Shinji left Daemon's hand the Uzumaki would activate his whirlwind waltz.

Then in a swift movement he would raise his left hand and fire off two blades at their maximum size at the senbon that was on track to kill Denkiteki. Unless the senbon took on a mind of its own it would be diced to bits and fall harmlessly to the floor with a metallic clink in three even pieces. The blades would continue through the senbon and slice deeply into the wall and thus causing no harm to anyone, but saving Denkitkei's life from an unlikely assassin. At the same time this was happening the former Tenkage would move his right hand up and just as the senbon that was set to kill him was about to hit his throat he would, assuming nothing impeded him, catch the senbon between his pointer and middle finger and throw it lazliy into the wall behind him with an off handed flick of the wrist. If all went as planned it would probably take Daemon a second to realize what happened. However, once he did realize what had happened Shinji would speak in a cold venomous tone that was very uncharacteristic of the easy going kage: "You know what? That was really really stupid." With that the second Tenkage would simply wait for an explanation-he did not feel threatened really. With naught, but a thought he could neutralize Daemon, but he did not much want to do that. Killing was a nasty business.
