Aya's Lesson (Open)
Sat Feb 08, 2014 5:55 am
Aya wasn't sure to make of the building in front of her. Sure, she's seen the Academy before, but that was as a passerby. Not as an actual student. Double-checking to make sure her weapons pouch and all it's cargo were in place, she walked through the gates. As she walked, kids gave her various looks. Some were curios, others surprised, some were less than welcoming, but she ignored it in favor just getting to class.
While she knew it would be a good idea to try and get along with the other students, for potential teammates and all that, but none of the kids really struck her that much. None really brought her attention in any way, whether it be from how they dressed or simply how they moved. There was still a few minutes before the bell went and school actually started, but she just went to her classroom and sat down near the back. Idly, the redhead admitted she should probably buy a book or something for when she had nothing to do.
'Maybe I'll buy the Ninja Handbook that has recently been published in the village' she wondered what kind of handbook it would be. Would it have tips for learning new techniques? Life lessons? Survival tips? Or would it be full of useless information? She didn't really believe that one, otherwise why have it published? Either way, she was sure it would be a good read, if nothing else. The teen rested her cheek against her palm and looked out the window, idly tapping her fingers against the desk along with the rhythm of Brighter by Patent Pending.
