Youka had picked up another mission from some shady dude on the side of the road which was completely legit to do another mission for him. Youka didn't mind as last time he got to slaughter an entire village, even if that's not what he was told to do. He had sent word to Maku and Kira to meet him on the borders as well to complete this mission with him, he knew they could all use the cash and this would be one way to get them all to make some money. As he waited on the borders he released his chakra senses to the full 100 meters so he could sense if anyone was trying to sneak up on him again.

From what he knew all they had to was accuire some goods and bring them back. Sounded pretty easy, nd maybe he would even get to fight again, or maybe he would just kill everyone just because. He hadn't picked yet, for now he would just wait.

Maku was sitting eating an apple.  Why because apples are cheap and delicious that’s why.  He had gotten word, that Youka had a mission for them.  Something about getting some stuff for someone else.  He didn’t really know, nor cared.  The pay was good so he was happy enough, he’d kill a box of puppies for ryo these days.  Finishing his apple, he dashed out to find Youka.  It didn’t take long his friends chakra signature was familiar to him after all their time together, and quickly noticed where he was.  Dashing over to his friend.  “We waiting on the girl then?  Hopefully she will get a chance to prove herself in a fight, since I have only seen her in a spar so far.”  Maku took a seat, and pulled out two more apples, tossing one to Youka.  He began to eat again, and thought of how the mission might go.  One thing was for sure, he had to make sure not to steal Youka’s kills this time, he was sure his friend was still more than a little upset when he killed that monster and left him to do the cleanup work.

Shutting his eyes, he opened his chakra senses, though it would look like he was simply resting.  Hopefully it’ll be a fast mission for some fast cash.

Kira rushed out the door, bag dangling in her hand to rock back and forth in time with her stride. She was late and she was fairly certain that youka would be upset. Closing her eyes she activated her chakra senses, almost trilling over her own feet as she ran as quickly as possible to where they were to meet. When she finally got there, drawn to them by the signature of their chakra she moved as quickly as she could, slamming face first into the door before turning the handle and entering more slowly this time.

"I'm erg um.. I'm here guys" her face hurt a lot but thankfully she had little pride to actusly bruise and physical injury healed quickly.

Again being transported into a magical room because Kira can't read Youka watched the clumsy girl roll up eating nothing but dirt. It was actually funny to see her in all her clumsiness but Youka couldn't let that be shown. He was the serious one in the group and didn't need them to see that he knew how to have fun as well. Sometimes he felt like the dad raising two kids though they were always bickering and dont get him started on those dolls. "Well glad you could join us Kira, you did well on the last mission you did with us so I'm bringing you on this one as well" he would say looking both of them in the eyes seeing how they reacted.

"This mission is a simple get the supplies and get out, we might have to deal with a little resistance but it won't be anything we can't handle i'm sure. he would say before turning to Kira. "I know you have been training like crazy to become stronger and I've ben watching you, you're doing a good job, but if you run into anyone you can't handle please call for one of us to help you ok"

With that he would begi walking the trail to catch up with the supply wagons that were en route, this should be a fun day he thought.

Kira arrived, in typical Kira fashion. He liked her, she was different, clumsy, shy, and a little silly at times, but all these things made her endearing. Youka described what the mission was all about. Seemed simple enough, and it might even be fun. Maku hoped there would be a good amount of resistance to get the girl some additional training out of it. Following Youka he spoke to his friend telepathically so just the two men would hear. “So, I found out about this “demon” that is inside of Kira. It’s a bit intriguing I think. Perhaps we should let her fly a little free on this mission. Watch out for her of course, but let her work harder than normal. Could be good for her, and she could use the practice. Also, from talking with her she seems a bit resistant to killing and the like. Though her innocence is commendable, I think we should dirty it a bit and callous her to the world. However you’ve known her the longest so I leave it to you, but its something to consider.”

The caravan shouldn’t be very far up, and once again Maku used his chakra senses. They were still out of range, but already he picked up three individuals in front of them, both at the full 100 meters, disappearing and reappearing as they moved in and out of his range. These must be the backup, watching for attacks form the back. They would have to be careful, apparently this group wasn’t taking any chances.

She flashed them both a smile, only to clear her face as youka began talking, thst youka, she though, was all buildings and hatred. She wondered if he had any humanity left in him which split her mind like an egg before the scrambling. Suddenly she could remember a time when she felt the same. Long nights plotting deaths of people she couldn't care less about because it either fit a purpose of she was bored and needed something to do. The memories both scared and disgusted her. She had no clue what would drive someone to be do cold, though whether real or not she couldn't disbelieve she had once been the same, and wanted to find a way to help him.

As they walked she considered her options carefully, she wouldn't want to use non renewable resources, she thought to herself so the poison and exploding tags weren't viable. She hoped it would be an easy infiltration. Her fingertips probed the bag at her side quickly, passing over the random nick backs within until she pricked her finger, finding her target. She drew the senbon needles out in a pile and slid two between the holes in her fish net shirt, walking silently beside them with the remaining three in hand.

Youka could tell Kira was not happy about killing people but it was a world where that sort of thing happened and there was nothing you could do about it. He would have to talk to her about this at a later time but for now the mission was priority number one and he would like to knock it out as fast as possible. Youka wasn't going to be left out of any of the action this time like Maku had done to him in the past with a certain beast they were supposed to kill. They were only about 20-25 meters out from the caravan and he could almost see it in the distance and feel the presence of some more people as well his smile deepened and he couldn't hold back his excitement anymore.

"I'll lead the charge and hopefully there will be people for you when you get there" he would say smiling. Maku should know what would come next after he said that, Youka formed the tiger seal and poofed in a smoke of speed. In an instant he was on two men hands on their necks squeezing tightly crushing their wind pipes as his threads began ripping another in half. Youka was trully happy and he let out a cry of excitement

Maku listened toy Youka, and gave a chuckle, "Lead the charge" the man was always so serious, but you let him kill people and he got giddy. Maku watched as the man dissapeared in a blur of speed to fast to see. He then heard a sound like someone having a damn fine time, and could only assume it was Youka. Maku, decided he would let Youka do what he did best, and instead stay wand watch after Kira. If they both left her, it was possible if not unlikely that she could die when their backs were turned. "Kira, how about you lead me this time, I can play support, I don't mind." With that they were on the caravan Youka at their side, doing horrible things to what Maku assumed were horrible people, if not well better to just think of them as horrible. Spotting two individuals up ahead he spoke to Kira one more time. "Do you see those two men in front of us. Take them out, if you don't want to kill them fine, but at least dissable them, I'll watch your back."

Maku wanted to see her fight in a battle where death was a possibility outside of the realm of training.

Youka was off before she knew it. He would lead the charge really just meant he would go kill everything to supply his own sick need to murder and cause chaos which honestly suited Kira perfectly. The more he did the less she would have to get her hands dirty and honestly she really preferred to not dirty her hands with blood, whether of the innocent or the guilty.

    Maku spoke to her once more, offering to allow her to take lead. She wasn't sure if he genuinely wanted to see her succeed or if that was code for I need to keep you between the two of us so thst you don't did, but either way she appreciated it. They traveled down the path to get within range and once they had reached the ten meter mark two men walked out, probably to assist in defense, which really meant get murdered ruthlessly by youka. The senbon barely left her shirt before they were out of her hands in a fluid strike calm and timed. The weapons flashed blue for a moment before leaving her hands charged with her chakra. To the outside observer it would seem that she had missed horribly. Her hands slid into the sign required and the two men took one more step before stopping and planting their feet on the ground, hands sliding in to mimic her motion.

    "Shadow shuriken technique" she said to youka in a whisper and as she stepped forward so did they, stopping just at the point when the send on were edging out of their shadow. With sufficient distance between herself and maku established she turned to the left before punching as hard as she could at the air. Both turned and the man now standing in the front of the pair dropped like a brick, out cold.

Youka was having the time of his life, the caravan had stopped and there was now just blood thrown everywhere and on everything. His robes would need a deep clean after this again which he hated having to do but it had to be done for the same of killing more people! He could still sense Kira and Maku which meant they were alive and nothing had happened to them. He guessed as much, Maku wouldn't let anything happen to Kira as long as he was watching her, which allowed Youka to cut loose some more with his threads de limbing a poor guy sho had stood up in front of him, the guy was just a stump now seriously, no arms or legs just a head and a torso.

Youka figured he would startle the girl a bit into maybe killing one person picking up the torso he would throw it in Maku's and Kira's direction to see what would happen maybe she would slice at it or something. He would let them finish up on the humans Youka went to go kill the two horses that were pulling the caravan, they had seen too much of what was going on and needed to be punished. Using his tendrils he gutted them both allowing their insides to hit the ground before they collapsed on top of them, now he was sure no one could get away on horseback man was he smart.

"You guys almost done yet" he would yell from the other side of the caravan, "I'm hungry"
