Solo Jutsu training 2

Azmark found an old, abandoned building, most likely ransacked by a group of ninjas, as most empty building are in The Land Hidden in the Borders. Pulling out the scroll that he had sealed Malik in, he activated the Puppet Summon jutsu and summon his puppet. Eight chakra threads travelled from his fingers to the puppet. Each one connected to the puppet, all at different parts: two to it's legs, two to it's arms, two to the retractable blades, one to it's body, and one to it's head.
Azmark wiggled his fingers, slowly getting used to controlling a puppet. The puppet reacted, first sluggishly, then slowly moving like Azmark wanted. He tested the blades, and they extended and retracted smoothly. He then tested the arms, raising them up and down, figuring out their range of movement. He then proceeded to test the range of motion for the legs. After figuring this out, he then worked on moving the head around. Lastly, he started to actually move the body, getting it up on it's feet, the palms of the hands dragging on the ground.
Azmark had it walk around, getting the feel of control several things at once. There was no way it would of passed for a human walking, and it stumbled four times, but eventually he was able to walk it around the room and have it stay up right. At first he thought it was just his unskilled hands causing the stumbling, but he learned he had to focus on the whole puppet, not just the legs. If he let the body lean to far ahead or back, it would fall that way. If he did not focus on the arms, the would get caught in the legs. After learning this, he started slow; controlling everything, even the head making it seem to study where it was walking. As he kept this up, he was able to speed up the puppet, getting it to the point where it was jogging around in circles.
Azmark slowed it down, and then started having it do tricks. Back flips, front flips, somersaults, cartwheels, even having it do a couple handstands. He continued this for another ten minutes before growing bored of it. He walked it back over to him, released the chakra threads, and then sealed the puppet back in the scroll. Sliding it into one of his pockets, he searched the house for stuff to make an obstacle-course from. Finding some old chairs, he dragged them to the main room. He also found dresser, which he brought along. He dragged all these items and then started to make things for the puppet to jump over. In a last attempt to find things, Azmark noticed a bookcase, which he figured would be a good, final test. Grabbing hold, Azmark slowly dragged it into the next room, taking a break to catch his breath. Afterwards he dragged it once more, finally making it to the main room and adding it to the course.
Taking another break, Azmark took out Malik's scroll and just played with it. Pretty soon Azmark realized he would have to get another puppet, that this one would not be at all useful for anything more then honing his skills; that it would be destroyed in a heartbeat in an actual ninja battle. Azmark thought he had taken a good enough break, and unrevealed the scroll, and activated the Puppet Summon jutsu. Once Malik appeared, he connected his chakra threads once more and started the course.
He had him climb over and climb under chairs, snake in and out of the dresser's bottemless draws. He then worked on jumping the dress, first from front to back, and then long ways. Because of Malik's design, with no fingers, it could not actually climb or hang onto things, so Azmark realized for the bookcase, he would have to actually jump it. And with only about a foot distance between the top of the case and the ceiling, he would have to time it correctly.
The first couple tries were utter failures; in fact Azmark had to pick the book case up several times. Either Malik was too low, and would knock it over, or Malik was too high and would hit the ceiling. After several attempts, Malik finally got ontop of the bookcase, and Azmark slide him through the otherside. Then Azmark had Malik slowly drift back down to the floor. Azmark repeated this several times before moving onto the next part.
Twitching his pinkies, the blades extended from Malik's palms. Each where five inches long, and two inches wide. Azmark moved Malik back over to the rear of the book case, and then tried his "hands" at weapon placement. The first time he tried to just carve an M into the case, the first stroke knock it over. Azmark groaned in frustration, and brought Malik back over to him. Twitching his pinkies again, he retracted the blades, then sealed Malik away with the Puppet Summon jutsu. He then went over, picked the bookcase back up onto it's side, and dragged it over to wall, setting it on it's side so the rear was facing away from the wall. He then went back over to the scroll, released Malik, and reconnected his threads.
He extended the blades, and the proceeded to slowly carve Malik's name into the bookcase. The first attempt was barely eligible, but Azmark simply moved Malik down a bit and tried again. Slowly he started to get to the point where he could make a legible carving into the case. Pleased with this control exercise, Azmark move onto the speed. He sealed Malik up again, slipped his scroll into his pocket, and then went out to the well and got a bucket of water. Hauling it inside, he set it up so that the water slowly dripped from the bucket on the dresser onto a cup he found on the ground. Pulling Malik's scroll out, he released him, and connected the chakra threads.
Extending the blades, Azmark moves Malik over the the dripping bucket. Move the puppet as fast as he can, Azmark has Malik swipe at the droplets, trying to stop them from reaching the cup. At first it was not going so well, and most of the time it was simply timing that caused Malik to fail. As Azmark continued to do this, more and more droplets were hitting the blades and not the cup. Azmark figured that this was good enough for this training, and brought Malik back over. Retracting the blades and sealing Malik away, Azmark grabbed the scroll and went outside to the trees.
Azmark brought out Malik again, and after connecting the chakra threads, then tried simply lifting the puppet, without having it jump. At first it was slow, but by focusing his chakra into the threads, he was able to slowly life the puppet, having it fly into the tree. Extending the blades from the palms, Azmark had Malik jump up and cut off several leaves. As they started to fall, Malik did a back flip and started to jab at the leaves, piercing all of them with ease. When Malik landed, several leaves touched the ground. Frustrated, Azmark repeated the actions, once more having Malik cut leaves off, back flip and jab at them. This time Malik was a bit faster, though getting even more of the leaves; still it was not good enough for Azmark. Malik repeated the rotation until zero leaves touched the ground. Pleased with this, Azmark retracted the blades and seal Malik in his scroll.
Going back into the house, Azmark went into the basement this time. The basement was pitch black, but for his purposes, it was perfect. Dropping the scroll and releasing Malik, Azmark connect his chakra threads. Though they did not cast enough light to see much by, they did cast just enough to be noticed in the dark. Sitting down the floor, Azmark practised trying to get them to turn invisible. At first nothing happened, so Azmark figured it might have to do with the amount of chakra you give the threads, so he tried varying the amount it sent to them. He found out if we went to low, not only was he not able to even control the puppet, but that some even just faded away, causing the puppet to fall. He tried then seeing if by putting more into them, it would cause them to be brighter. Though they did slightly grow brighter, most of the chakra just collected in the puppet and did nothing. Frustrated, Azmark released the threads and let the puppet drop. Thinking back on the scrolls that he had stolen, Azmark knew he shouldn't of burnt them for firewood. Even if he was freezing, having them would help now. Something dawned on him, though not from those scrolls, but the ones he stole years ago, the ones on basic chakra management.
Reconnecting the chakra threads, Azmark simply focused on the threads themselves, willing the chakra to go invisible. At first it seemed like nothing was happening, but Azmark kept at it. Slowly, before his very eyes, the threads got lighter. At first Azmark thought it was a trick, but in the darkness, the light was getting smaller, and smaller, until... it winked out. Sitting in pitch black darkness, Azmark held his breath, listening to the sound of his heart. Slowly moving his finger, he tried to have the puppet clap. In the amount of time that seemed like forever, he finally head it... the dull sound of wood on wood.
He had learned to make his Chakra Threads invisible.
