A little of this... Oops... [Death]

To him it was just wonderful waking up on just one of your average days, you know, in a comfy bed, under warm blankets, head on a soft pillow, but sadly it was almost impossible for everyone to wake up in this perfect scenario every day. Everyone knows those days where you'd wake up backwards on the bed, part of your body hanging off the corner and Daniel absolutely hated that thinking it was just one of the worst possible things that could happen to any innocent citizen. To prevent this from happening he intended to create a medicine, a sort of panacea for all bed related injuries such as the worst of them all, crinks in the neck. The annoyance of a crink knew no boundaries and it didn't simply annoy pansy-like people, but even the strongest shinobi. So Daniel pondered on the topic throughout the rest of the day and wondered that if someone were in a deep enough sleep, would they wake up. He wasn't sure and he decided who better to be a test subject than himself and what better way of doing so by taking a common sleeping pill called Notambien™. One pill is used to put a common person in a sleepy mood allowing them to sleep easier and to use it properly one must wait an hour for it to kick in. Taking the first pill Daniel laid on his bed in the comfiest position possible, thirty minutes passed and no effects had taken place, impatient and childish Daniel got annoyed decided he was immune to such drugs or something of the sort. Not wanting to wait, he took two more pills swallowing them easily without water. Waiting another 10 minutes and still no effects Daniel almost got angry and took another four pills which wasn't really the brightest of ideas, especially for a ninja in the medical field. This time as another 10 minutes passed, he almost instantaneously fell asleep without any drowsy symptoms, although it wasn't really a normal sleep. It was one of those sleeps that basically lasts forever, then again, more on the terms of literally lasts forever. (If ya catch my drift.)

Nox skipped from skyscraper to skyscraper throughout his vast village when a particular scent peaked his interest. It was a familar smell to him, the smell of fresh corpse. Nox followed the scent to Daniel's apartment, and let himself in through the window. The giant of a man was surprised to feel the natural energy, which once flowed through the body's veins, still residing within the corpse. A fellow clan member, Nox would soon piece together as he prodded the body for signs of rotting. Nox collected Daniel's body and held it with a single hand, resembling the infamous King Kong. Nox found that it was his duty to give his clansmen a proper burial..........................................................or he would just devour the body without leaving a trace to prevent the secret of their abilities falling into the wrong hands.

Haru stared at himself in the mirror, his lack of a second byakugan still strikingly strange to him. It had been like this ever since he lost his first one, only the sharingan was a striking reminder that he lacked the thing that made him whole… He didn’t exactly need it now, what with the sharingan and all, but it was still something he was ashamed of losing… He had originally planned to confront Daniel after his chunin exams, but the past few months had been hectic, with his ANBU training, a long lost sister arriving, his sensei and friends dying one by one right in front of him and running a squad, among other things.  But now, his time was free, and he had time to breathe for once. And he wanted payback.
 
A trip to the ANBU headquarters provided him with the information he needed, and within the hour he was at the door of the place Daniel was living. Before entering, he took a breath, covered his sharingan, and activated his byakugan…  He was asleep. That seemed appropriate. An eye for an eye was a ridiculously appropriate take on the situation.
 

He opened the door, treading across the room. If push came to shove, he could hold him down and take the eye forcefully. Moving to the sleeping boy, his fingers began to glow blue. He would surgically remove his own eye using a chakra scalpel, quite astonished that the boy did not wake up during the surgery. With a clean cut, the surgery was done, and Haru used the mystical palm technique to stop the bleeding, figuring that would be one hell of a way to wake up. Little did he know, as he walked back out of the room, that he wouldn’t be waking up any time soon.

You're all good bro, approved. I appreciate you putting thought into why you were there, and the actions you did to get it back, and not just run grabbing the eye out of nowhere.
